Developer nerfs rewards after spending money
Capital Games is the developer. They have once again nerfed and gone backward on rewards for customers that spent money. They’ve built a system over the past 9 months that promised one thing, and have now rolled that back, bait and switch, moved the goal posts. Do not spend any time or money on this game. You have no ability to predict how the developer will waste your money and try to trick you into spending more. People have started class actions lawsuits against them. Beware.

If you have this app on ur device it slows it sown and makes apps that use internet not work

This game is a scam. Do not give them money under any circumstances. Lot’s of cheating and pay2win with paying players having full strings of “random” better numbers.

I’d write a work order for support but as we All know, you don’t bother with these anymore. So how about you just fix the game then? How about it actually works for a change? You keep adding new things that don’t work!? Woopie! This is something better? The new coliseum’s scoring is all screwed up! But you know this , you don’t care. Fix something! Anything! You greedy jerks ! Im not being nasty. I simply no longer know how to say it ! You don’t listen to reason, logic or complaints from your customers. ??? What exactly do you want or even expect from us?
Don’t get this game it’s a waste of time.
I have had this game since launch and holy cow is it a giant waste of time. Unless you pay to progress congrats you have to play for 5 years to get anywhere. Not only that the gameplay is annoying as hell. Be prepared for the AI or boss’s to do exactly what they need to do to screw you over. And don’t even get me started on the characters. There are so many OP unbalanced lineups that you will not be able to do anything against unless you grind for months to beat. Oh and if you think you can do the same battle and get a different result all you will get is 5 battles screwing you over perfectly just to waste 15min of your time so they can get their play time up. So you will win eventually just at the cost of hours of your time. Just like everything EA touches they ruined this game to. Don’t get it. Love Star Wars to much BTW only reason I have it.
Unfair profit driven practices disguised as healthy
CG is a bad company who disguises game health as necessary for profit reasons such as relic delta poor matchmaking practices and datacrons

Been playing this game for many years. It’s only getting more greedy, frustrating and unbalanced. The developers don’t care or value their players - only money. Don’t support these awful humans and save yourself tons of money and frustration! Stay away!

I can’t even open the game any more. It crashes as soon as the title screen opens

Typical Disney behavior with overpriced greed at every turn. Would be more beneficial to favor quantity and quality not money. Not to mention it’s broken.
Previous profile reclaimation
I cannot access my old account. I provided you guys with everything you asked in order to help recover my old account but you guys keep assigning a new person to my case and literally running me in circles. Quit running me in circles and help out. I’ve spent so much money on this game. I literally have the apple receipts/time/date/amount/purchase ID and I provided those to you.
Unplayable
I just downloaded it and started the tutorial, but it was glitching out so much it was unplayable. The audio was garbage, even for mobile games. I’m really disappointed.
DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME
This game is awful. So many modes that are repetitive having to do the same RNG battles every week, and being in a guild of nice people where everyone does their part by building specific characters just makes you feel more like you have to stay for them. Don’t. Unless you spend thousands of dollars you will not like this game.

Technical support sucks
I used to play this game all the time and I loved it. I wanted to re-download it and import my old account onto this new one. The account is still active. I can log into it on the site but when I try to import it into the game, it won’t let me it gives me error code 9.0. I press the contact us to get EA help technical support. None of them know what they’re talking about. They’ll send you articles that you have to read and try to fix. Nothing will be fixed through those articles. They will sit there and argue with you that they play the game. They know what they’re doing and that you need to reach out to a different technical support. They won’t help you to contact those other support teams. I am deeply upset by how they treat someone who just needs a simple fix.
