Disappointed
Returning player. This game is the ultimate in pay to play. It’s not enough to grind all of these characters to max level (85). Max level means nothing in the event. Now grind to max relic level either by purchasing a single character for $50 or endlessly grind for materials to get there, only to be useless in the battles they’re in. The currency takes too long to earn and gets spent way too quick. As old as this game is, it should cost EA pennies to maintain but milk us for every cent they can in THIS economy. Was once an enjoyable way to pass time is now a perfect source of endless frustration around every turn. You’ve turned this fan towards the dark side forever with your greed.

Terrible, everyone is struggling with the new update and everyone has been on for hours fighting the same battle on the colosseum mode where your hits don’t damage the beast

Game modes don’t work
This game could be good if the game modes work. Would love to play Journey mode but it will not work. The battle button does nothing. I have tried every fix on the internet and it still won’t work.
Scam
This app is a scam, don’t buy anything. They instantly buff the items you buy making your character weaker! It’s a scam for money. You pay and the game will auto sim abd play itself and mostly likely you’ll lose bc it’s a casino type of game. The house always wins. I’m trying to post this and it won’t let me. They don’t want or let you see the negative comments. So I’m screen recording it and posting it on social media accounts and tagging the company and game. Don’t worry I’ll still get my voice out there. Don’t buy or play this scam. Play at your own risk. It’s not as advertised.
Returned to the game for the last time
I return to the game after over 5 years of not playing, at first i was into playing again with the new characters added.
But then suddenly ALL MY MODS just up and disappeared from all my characters, even a new character i just equipped mods to. Tons of progress just LOST, and customer service refuses to fix their screw up. Im done with this game for good.

Keep getting errors when linking account
I used to play this game a while back. I decided to redownload the app when maul shadow lord released. When I went to link my ea account and recover my old progress I kept getting error code 9.0. EA’s help is just plain garbage and didn’t do much to help.

Bad Team Building
This could be a very good game but if you try and do anything ranked you need a team of phoenix units and that’s it. It’s broken and needs to be nerfed in order to be a fun game to actually play competitively and continuously
Worst game ever need to fix xp system
How the xp system works is you get xp after you win games in campaign or normal matches. Then they give you good stuff so that you breeze through all of that. Then they make you use all of your crystals to sim games to gain more levels, which is the only thing you can do because you need to be higher leveled for some reason to continue on the campaign mode. Horrible game so not get. Also did I mention that game is only playable if your pay to win? There are purchase buttons everywhere.
Coliseum ruined the game
They created a new game mode that is horrendous because it helps them to monetize the game. They don’t care about you as a player and only profit.

Use to be a decent game but the tech support is piss poor to non existent they never actually help it is basically the same quality as a Microsoft help fully automated no intelligent person. Cater to whales and nothing for casual fans
Scam, hoax and cheating
This game is an official scam. Random numbers are not random. AI, one that doesn’t know when to use basic abilities and how to manage cooldowns, still can win even with way weaker units/team. Arena battles will put you face to face with guys who have galactic legends, even if you don’t have any (you can’t beat them with regular units). It’s a big money grab, with no consciousness and no dignity. Character map of who beats whom is complete nonsense, with examples be mandalorians wiping out empire units (mandalor was wiped out by empire in SW universe), jawas beating almost anyone and so on. Galactic legends are a complete mess also: Vader is not one, nor is Luke, Obi-Wan and mostly nobody from original movies and prequels, but pathetic and crowd-hated Kylo and Ray are. Jabba, one of petty criminals who died from hands of unarmed princess while his empire was slaughtered by few rebels is a galactic legend and can wipe ANYBODY from those who killed him without sweat…

EA help
I am adding a bad review in hope EA will refund my latest purchase. This is because they took my real money and said my order was ready to claim in the game (I bought it on the webstore) and instead of giving me the relic characters and ship I paid for they gave me gems. I’ve tried talking to EA support in game and the AI was no help. So instead I posted in EA forums and I’m awaiting a response. I would hold off buying anything until they fix this issue which I don’t get how a big company can make this mistake. I’ve heard of other people having this same problem. I’m disappointed.

Dreadful Balance Issues
I’ve had this game for years now and the current gameplay is so unbalanced it isn’t even funny. The only viable characters are new ones (older characters receive next to no rework and do not get adjusted for all the new ones being added with crazy abilities and leader bonuses). On top of that the modifiers used in galactic conquest make some missions straight up impossible to beat (who wants to face off against a team that heals 35,000 health every single time one unit takes damage, or a team that deals 100% of the damage you do to them right back to your characters just by default. Not to mention their absurd speed bonuses over your own team). This game is excessively repetitive, much of the content is locked behind super expensive paywalls, and on top of that the characters are so out of balance it will make you sick to your stomach. If you’re thinking of getting this game do yourself a favor and don’t. Pretty sure the devs are just messing with the players at this point because this game is one of the worst, most unfair things you could possibly play.
Game play is not the way it’s represented
Game WAS fun when it first came out. NOW you can easily see that ea and Disney are just in it for as much money as they can get. All the problems are NEVER addressed by the developers. When a lvl 85 fully maxed team can’t beat a lvl 80 weak team only 1 of 5-10 tries you know the game is messed up. Love how my fleet is fully maxed and over 425k and cant beat a 288k fleet. SERIOUSLY Would never recommend this or any other ea or Disney product. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. Their response to my other review was very insulting.

Game is constantly bugged, broken, they rarely fix it. When they acknowledge it, their “make right” stuff is basically mockery and useless. They pay online shills to cover up their corruption and brokenness. Their developer acts like a petulant child in all manners. I hope this company collapses. Capital games is run by idiots.

I wanted to like this game. I play another game similar to this. I just don’t like how this game looks.
Lack of content
There are way too many bugs and overall no real gameplay there are bassicly no hyper speed token quests cause of how little of them we get also the Jedi knight cal kestis journey is glitched I can’t play it despite having cal kestis saw gerara and cere junda at the required gear level

Too much P4P
This game used to be great years ago, when the developers were more focused on making it a widely user-friendly. Over the past 3 or so years, there’s been a sharp slide towards only making the game fun for people who have the pockets to pay for special things, directly impacting what characters and abilities you’d be able to attain. If you have money and plan to spend in-app purchases consistently, then this is the game for you.
