Awful
It never works. I actually haven’t had something like this incite such rage in me.
Always broken
Why does this app never work? Every time I try to use it and I go to order my drink. It says sorry try again later. I have updated it. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it, whatever I can think of and it happens every time. It also doesn't give me the option to redeem stars.
Used to be good.
Stars disappear too quickly, it is a scammy app and is nothing like the other fast food apps where you’re treated like a loyal customer.

Downloaded the app and attempted to order. Made me go though a whole process that closes when you swipe out to get the verification code. while I could have been waiting in line.
Gift card
A gift card can't be used to subtract from the overall balance when making a delivery order
Hot coffee cold thx to app
Cool ux. But when I order with app I want it to notify me, not stay stuck on “ order being prepared “ for 30 minutes. It never updated. I had to go in and get my hot coffee cold. Next time I’ll wait in line.
Meaningless Notifications
Today is “National Matcha Day” but celebrating in ways only a greedy overpriced coffee chain would approve: a push notification. Silence please, I decide where my attention is directed.
Reward Stars are not always properly calculated
Heads up-reward stars are not always calculated properly in the app-worth checking your account. But in this day and age should I have to take the time to call customer service to audit the system themselves.
App is completely non functional.

Site not working since update
The site isn’t working since the update. It won’t show the local stores so I can’t place an online order
Mod Monday??
Went yesterday and thought it was free mod Monday, it said so in my app. So I asked the barista to scan and she said it’s not popping up, did you already use it? What?? I thought it was only one Monday a month how could I have already used it? How does this even work??
Unbelievable.
Starbucks i love your summer berry so did everyone else. I cannot believe you would discontinue it you are disgusting and i no longer will support you
