Horrible app!
I used to enjoy AD radio on ADtv worldwide and now it prompts out of region error? This is a suddent downgrade and not cool at all! i hope they get a fix soon.

I purchased a STARZ subscription and have not been able to log in once. Every time I try through the app, I get a login error. When I try through the website, clicking “Login” just reloads the main page.
I’ve been communicating with customer support for days, and it feels like they don’t even read my messages or understand the issue. The responses are repetitive and unhelpful. Extremely disappointing experience - I paid for a service I can’t even access, and the support team has been completely useless!!

I did pay for starzplay max and also for Aisa cup 2025. No good response from support team. And its look i been scammed.

تطبيق سيء جداً لا انصح به لا يقبل الغاء الاشتراك ويجدد تلقائي ولم استطع الغاء التجديد ولا الغاء اشتراكي ولايوجد رقم خدمة عملاء ويتم خصم الاشتراك ولاتستطيع مشاهدة أفلام ،، تستطيع مشاهدة الافلام المجانية فقط ، لا انصح بهذا التطبيق ابداً

Either cancel my subscription or just explain to me why do I have to pay to watch a movie and why there are ads when watching a show besides it’s too complicated to log in keep asking for a password when I entered it it says wrong I used the option forgot my password and never received an email if this can’t be fixed by your end then cancel my subscription and returned my money otherwise I’ll make sure everyone knows that it’s a scam

I downloaded the app on my macbook so I could watch some episodes on the flight. However, none of the new episodes are available on the app. Cancelled my starz subscription and moved the app to "the trash". If I log in online, I can watch the episodes, but can't download

What a joke!
I downloaded the Starz On app specifically to watch UFC, but it has been a frustrating experience. The Apple Airplay feature doesn’t work properly or should I say it doesn’t work at all, and when trying to use a PC, the screen gets jacked up like a throwback to 1999, square screen and all the whistles and bells. During live streams, there’s no option to rewind, so you're out of luck if you miss anything. The viewing quality is disappointing, stuck at 360p or 480p if you’re lucky instead of the promised 1080p HD at least or 4K because it’s 2024, right? The overall performance of the app is subpar, with too many issues for an enjoyable experience. I expected much better and will be looking elsewhere for my streaming needs.

Everytime I try to play this it gives me a error message saying it not available in my country? If that’s the case why is this in my Apple Store?

App not working in my country
I downloaded the app and tried to login/create an account and it said not available in your county but I live in the United States. Since when is STARZ not available in the USA

Images don’t liad
I had this app and a subscription for a while and I pay for annual subscription, however, for the past 7-8 months, the images in the app don’t load, you cannot see any thing, and a lot of errors come up when play certain content like being logged out! Contacted support, they tried solving this and nothing, so I cancelled my subscription until this can be fixed.

Bad selection of movies & tv shows almost all low rating, they play ads non-stop during a movie. And you can’t control the size of subtitles they appear as a size of ant.
Not working on chromecast
After the latest update the app cannot connect to google chromecast which makes it useless to me, fix this ASAP!

Having bought the cricket package for the world cup , after a few world cup matches they decided to make the world cup channels an additional add on despite having an active cricket package, I am now asked to purchase another add on ? Are your crazy ? What kind of scam is this ?
Cricket package came with 4 channels, midway of the World Cup they decided to remove the 2 channels that broadcast live match and create a new much expensive package. And cricket package is not left 2 channels which only show highlights of old matches. Not kidding.
I am not paying another Halala or cent for that matter.
Either stop the scam and enable the world up channels for all cricket package subscribers or give us a full refund.

One of the worst streaming app ever . When I subscribed for sport keeps showing please contact support always . Then it simony said something wrong . It’s bad I would not recommend it try to find links in social media better than using it .
Paid subscription but app still says reactivate
I have paid an annual subscription using my iPhone Apple account and the payment went through and it’s showed as processed but nothing changed.
My Apple account is reflecting the purchase but there isn’t any in-app support or proper live support for such a service.
Sadly I just lost about $96… I love their content and wanted to watch on the weekend and I am truly upset !
