can’t connect to apple music for some reason. anytime i try to hit the apple music option it just brings me to the app store to download the app when i already have it

I purchased the Lifetime subscription for Stats FM two or three years ago. At first everything worked perfectly and I had absolutely no complaints
Originally I was connected through Spotify, and later I switched to Apple Music. I connected both platforms to my Stats FM account and for a long time, I had no issues at all
Howeverrrrrr for about a year now it has been a nightmare with Apple Music. I constantly get logged out. ALL THE TIME
Every time it disconnects, I have to request my data again from Apple and reimport it into the app. It works… until the next time it logs me out. And of course, when it disconnects, the new streams are not counted. So I have to start over: request my data again, reupload everything, and make sure the stream count is correct. It’s exhausting!!!
Normally you’re supposed to import your data once and then the sync should run automatically in the background. Instead I have to do this roughly every three months because otherwise my streams are not tracked properly. I’ve watched YouTube and TikTok tutorials, followed every possible step to stay connected… nothing works. The issue is not on my end. I’ve always properly transferred the data provided by Apple
it’s unacceptable to pay for a Lifetime service that doesn’t work properly. The stats aren’t reliable if the connection keeps dropping.
I strongly recommend not purchasing the Lifetime subscription until this Apple Music issue is fully resolved. Wait until it’s stable before spending your money. This is clearly not an isolated case either, I’ve seen many people report the same problem on forums.
It’s really disappointing because the concept of the app is great. But paying for a service that doesn’t function correctly just isn’t acceptable.

Logs me out every time I close the app. When I try to log back in now it sends me to this app page. Refuses to log into Apple Music.

Genuinely bottom tier app, makes you pay to see any stat you'd actually want to see, every other button sends you to an add, deleting your account off of it makes you take a whole minute to click the button, and is useless now with Spotify's built in stats. Shouldn't have to pay a SUBSCRIPTION to see the information that is already being taken from you.
Used to be great, now polluted with ads
Used to be a phenomenon app and extremely easy to use. Now my phone freezes everytime I open the app due to the explosion of ads on my screen. You can’t click a button without a 30 second ad ruining your night. Terrible, money greedy company ruined by ads 👎👎

The amount of ads used to be a tolerable amount, but now there are so many that I don’t enjoy using the app anymore. I used to love this app and had used it since 2022, but it’s not worth using anymore so I deactivated my account.

there are so many ads it makes the app virtually unuseable. it is always lagging, glitching, and non-responsive at times. if there are ads, there should still be a useable interface

It’s legit difficult to manage to so so many adds it absurd and when your not getting the 50th add in a row your being begged to buy something egregious experience
Stats deleting
Stats are being deleted and not returning. This issue started this year and continues to not be fixed
Kicked me out
I used to like this app and it was one of my favorites until it sent me a notification saying my streams got unsynced so I was confused why obviously.. Then it made me update the app and unsynced my Apple Music streams and now won’t let me sync it again saying error. I literally pay for this app and just for it to do this is disappointing.
Bad support system
My account got wrongly flagged back in January and I reached out through email AND discord, and no follow up still as we head almost into May. Awful experience and I've had the app since 2021. Streams are always inaccurate and the people who actually farm streams are still #1 on the leaderboards. Better off using another app.

Stats by playlist?
I wanted to look at the stats of songs by the playlists I created in Spotify- you can only look at look at a playlist created in the stats.fm app. I’m sure others like this format- just not for me

It deleted a bunch of my stats, i’ve been paying for premium and there’s an album I had a lot of listens on and now it says i have very little and a bunch of other data is also now wrong
Used to he good…
This app used to be great! You could see all your stats no problem. Now they’ve introduced a “plus” subscription and destroyed the app with ads. And I’ve lost access to half of my stats I used to have. What a shame.
Holy adware
Just upon opening the app you are greeted by 3 popups and a 30 second video ad, im good bro!!

This app is trash. My guess is stealing info. Wouldn’t even let me log in. Kept saying my password was incorrect. Confirmed that to not be the case. Waste of time do not download
Stats Keep Deleting!
I paid for lifetime plus and apparently that was a mistake. My stats keep getting reset to zero. It’s really frustrating especially since I paid money to track my stats.
Awful app
Every time I open this app it seems to get worse. Not only is there an ad for every single button you click, but the lay out it so odd, it takes me five ads to figure out which part I wanted to go to in the first place. Finally had enough today when I simply wanted to look at my most recent top song, and it took almost five full minutes to the app to load, and the ads to play.
Used to be like an almost perfect app imo
I do not trust half the stats this app gives me anymore. Artists that used to dominate my charts now have 42 life time streams when they used to use hundreds if not thousands of streams depending on who. These updates claiming to fix bugs seemingly never change anything. The custom playlists have been giving me issues for months. The only stats I feel are accurate are the weekly and monthly recaps excluding artists that have seemingly had tracking broken for them altogether such as Beach House. So glad I got this app with a lifetime subscription early on because it doesn’t work anymore and I wouldnt see it as a worthy subscription in its current state.
Paid Service
Can’t use the app comfortably unless you give them money. It is laggy (especially when music is playing), and it’s slow to get data (could also be the fact that it slows it down intentionally to get people to pay). Every swipe or click on the app will lead to a pop up asking for your debit card or a lovely 30 second ad EVERY SINGLE tap, not every other tap, no every single tap on the app will lead you to a pop up. It’s like a terribly performing website filled with viruses; I’d never pay for something when the free version is this sad.
Really Disappointed
I have had this app since 2022 and even paid for premium. Why is it for the past year my stats are being deleted. Not just small amounts but full history of albums I’ve streamed being deleted or artist stats being split. Tired of all the bugs this app has at this point
Charged $50 for subscription.
I got the $20 life time plan but instead of being charged $20.99 plus tax I was charged almost $50.

Free version has 11 ads on the first page, forced 30 second unskippable just to look at trends page. Spotistats was miles better. Fix this garbage.

I got lifetime stats pro and downloading data from my school account is impossible, no way i paid money for an app that cant even do it itsself properly.

Cool app at least used to be. I close out of the "special offer" ad on my screen when I open the app and it crashes my app immediately. I reopen it and click on any button on the bottom and instantly have to watch a 30 second ad. Terrible

look, this app used to be banger to see Spotify stats. I’ve always been on the free version and generally I have no issue with them adding ads to view things, I get that they want to make money. However, the adds are not optimized for all iPhones and every single ad is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to close because of where they are placing the X to close. Beyond frustrating and just generally disappointing. I would cave and pay but at this point I refuse because I’m CERTAIN I am not the first person to raise this concern and they clearly don’t care enough to fix the issue. Losers.

Delete streams
I hate this app literally all of my streams get deleted and I have proof because the stream for the single is 300 mins but the actual song is 6 mins when that’s the only song on the album and so many tracks this happens with like mainly TWICE songs bc “What Is Love?” went from my most streamed song of 2026 to a total of 6 minutes streamed. And IZNA, and Chase Icon, and I-dle, an Cardi B, the list just goes on and it makes the stats so fake
Money grubbing
Jesus opening this app is the most late-stage capitalism thing ever, no i don’t feel like paying you 5$ a year for an off-brand Spotify wrapped when im already having an adversarial relationship with spotify itself, at least don’t put the “Pleaaaase give us money 🥺🥺🥺” screen every single time you click a button in the app for god’s sake, don’t you have enough with literally collecting people’s data to an unknown extent and shoving ads in every menu?
