I downloaded the app because I thought it would be those robotic manifestations so I thought yess!! Only to get slapped on the face to see I have to pay a trial. like you guac to be kidding me bro
Lost my work
I spent a lot of time answering questions. It kept going and going. I had to take a phone call and when I went back to it all the work was lost. What a waste of time. I can’t risk losing all that work again. I’ll just use a chatbot for this.

so dumb. you download the app and spend 10-15 minutes answering all the questions to personalize the app, just for them to pop up a payment plan. $7 a WEEK? it cant be this good. if you want people to pay, just say that. don’t make people waste their time going to do all that just for it to not be free in the end??
Beware! No way to stop payments
I tried this app for a couple of days and now see that I’ve been charged weekly &6.99. There’s no way to cancel through Apple and I can’t get back into my old account to cancel. This is not cool! Many people on Reddit report the same issue.
Glitchy but when it works its amazing
unfortunately, due to the bugs in the system, I’m really only able to listen to one manifestation per day because it takes so long to load and sometimes when it’s loading, it’ll stop and start, which is super annoying for getting into a really deep visualization state. When the app works, and you can listen to a manifestation all the way through (only three minutes) it’s amazing. it’s also really expensive for what you get so if it’s not working correctly, it feels kind of like a rip off. I really wish it would move smoothly and I also wish we could have playlist play automatically without having to press start every time.

Wow
Makes you answer an insane amount of typed out questions which isn’t a huge problem until you get to the end and then lets you know it’s actually not free. Very annoying and disappointing.

I really wanted to love it.
I really wanted to love the Stella app by Sara because I’m genuinely into manifestation and mindset work and I was excited to support it, but I’ve run into a major issue that completely overshadows everything else, which is that I am being charged weekly for my subscription and the app no longer recognizes that I even have an account, it literally looks like my account was erased while my payment information is still being billed, so the app is unusable unless I purchase a new subscription which I’m obviously not comfortable doing since I’m already being charged, and there’s no clear way to restore access or cancel since it’s not even showing up correctly, so I’m basically paying for something I cannot use at all which is extremely frustrating and honestly concerning. When a software is taking payment while locking you out of your account that is a serious issue that needs to be fixed immediately because it puts users in a really bad position where the only option feels like canceling your card which is a massive headache, on top of that there are a couple smaller issues like the app not sending any notifications at all so I genuinely forget it even exists and have only used it twice, once to download it and once to try to get value from it, and while the experience itself wasn’t terrible it didn’t feel fully aligned and there was a weird moment where I had entered that I have a daughter and somehow the app started referencing a man using my daughter’s name as if it was a husband which was confusing and made me question the accuracy of what it was generating, so overall I love the concept and really wanted this to be something I used consistently but between the lack of notifications, the strange personalization errors, and especially the fact that I am being charged for an account I cannot even access, this has turned into a really frustrating experience that I now have to spend my day off trying to fix through Apple or support and I really hope they resolve this quickly because it has a lot of potential but this current situation is not okay.

I’m sure the app is fine but it’s being promoted all over TikTok and hyped up just for you to have to answer a bunch of questions then it acts like it’s going to work then makes you pay.. why not just start with the fact that you’ll be paying instead of wasting our time

Invasive Mandatory Info Requests
Not offering a ‘Skip’ or ‘Later’ option during the setup is a missed opportunity.
Asking for private information (even though you say it is confidential) does not mean people want to share it.
Was excited to try Stella’s app-- but making the fields for children’s names and their ages mandatory is ridiculous and is a privacy violation. I am sure I’m not alone.

Don’t download!!! Makes you download the app and asks you so many questions then forces you to pay a subscription fee! Don’t download it… waste of time
Canceling trouble
It’s incredibly hard to cancel my subscription and I have been trying for a week and I wanted to before I got charged after the free trial and I can’t. I get notifications everyday that my card declines because I keep trying to get charged

I spent over 10 minutes answering questions in the beginning just to be stopped with a message telling me I need to start the free trial to the subscription. I cannot use the app now without getting this message. I was under the impression that this was optional. This is such a waste of time for me. I am not spending money on this app. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND MONEY. 😡😡😡

After the free trial, you’re charged $7/week, but the real issue is that there is no clear or functional way to cancel the subscription. That alone is unacceptable. Users should never have to hunt for a cancellation option or worse, not be given one at all.
What’s even more concerning is the billing behavior. Once the subscription kicked in, the app attempted to charge my card repeatedly multiple times per day. When funds finally hit my Apple Wallet (which I don’t usually keep money in), the app immediately pulled two separate $7 charges back-to-back.
This is not normal subscription behavior. This is aggressive, exploitative billing.
There is a clear lack of transparency, and it raises serious concerns about how this platform is operating especially considering it’s tied to a high-revenue brand. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of poor user control and financial overreach.
I will be disputing these charges and reporting this if necessary.

I deleted my account and I keep getting charged weekly after I did the free trial I don’t know what scam is going on but there is no customer service I can contact. After the free trial they will still charge you even after you delete your account

Bait and Switch
No free tier. It’s a great concept. But listen- the description says there are aspects that have to be accessed through premium, which is a clear indication of a free tier and a premium tier. After downloading, it had me go through a very long and detailed onboarding. Only then did a notice pop up about “high volumes” stating that users were now being asked to do the free trial. If that’s the case, be upfront about it, and don’t make me take half an hour to answer a bunch of questions. I’m sure it’s done that way so you then feel like you have to do the trial, so you didn’t waste your time. No thanks.

This was false advertisement, because there is no free version and after you cancel it STILL charges you! I cancelled it two weeks ago and they’re still taking money out of my account! I did not agree to that! I’m very disappointed in Sarah and her team for making this such a rip off.
Not Free
This app was a good idea until I noticed I was tricked. When you download it and set up your information it states that you have to buy a membership because of high volume of people downloading it. Which in itself is deceiving. I cancelled and sure enough there is no free version which was never disclosed or said while being promoted which takes the credibility away for me from the app, the fact that I was enough for me. It made me feel the ick with the creator and her deception so I had to unfollow her on socials. If you can’t be authentic with you “dream” app then why would you be with my Information and money. No wonder she says she can make so much money, it’s at the cost of others like us and doesn’t align at all with what she claims the app will do, it’s truly a bummer. It should have been clearly stated at the jump, now it is sneaky. Be transparent above anything. Credibility and Authenticity was lost and in a world like this most will move on and not trust you.
Needs work
The app has great intentions, and I do enjoy having a app to keep me focused and manifesting what I need. However, 28$ a month is not a price point that I think is fair for this app at its current state. It is very obviously using AI to generate all of this, and you get limited affirmations a day. This is something I’d be happy to pay 5$ a month for. Unless more is added, the story functions run smoother, I won’t be continuing past the free trial. I do love the creator though and I would love to see her adjust to this so I can come back
