Bizarrely useless
I just wanted to set an alert on one ETF. But this only offered me four stocks (none of which I care about), forced me to disclose sensitive personal info, then wanted me to sign up. Terrible, useless, does not do what label implies.
Locked out
Software logged me out, upon login it treated me as a new customer, even though 8 months left on subscription. Multiple attempts to reach customer service went unanswered.

Poor customer support
I missed an alert about 2 months ago, and attempted to contact customer service to make sure everything was set up properly, including with my own phone notification settings. After an initial stock response ("Everything's working on our end") 13 days ago, radio silence. No interest in helping whatsoever.

Update 8/14/25:
- Still does not have Coreweave (CRWV). The IPO was 4.5 months ago.
- Does not have BMNR, one of the biggest IPO’s of the year chaired by Tom Lee. IPO was over 2 months ago.
- Still not responding when I have problems (such as not getting notifications), and not responding to comments and feedback. This app is becoming more and more useless as time goes on.
- It’s pretty clear the developers and owners are not supporting this app, while collecting thousands from customers. It could be great, but I do not recommend.

- Texts have always been a problem (due to max allowances) and now I am simply not getting them for months. I get calls so I don’t think it’s a blocked or spam issue.
- The company used to reply pretty quickly and was nice. Now I have tried to contact them in the feedback, and also direct me by email, and I have not gotten a response for about 3 weeks as of this review.
- At this point, the app is completely useless and more annoying than anything else is giving me false prices and alerts, then I cannot get text, which is what I need to keep track of my stocks at work.
- I tried reinstalling the app, but nothing works.
- My notification settings are on, and the app has failed me in many different places as well as on Wi-Fi.
- This is my second year on the premium plan, and I have been pretty understanding, but now it’s simply too much and they haven’t given me a refund even though I’ve asked for it as well as asked about multiple other issues.

This is important because this is the entire purpose of the app, to send notifications. There are various types of notifications, some work and some don’t.
I contacted Support multiple times no response, not even an automated acknowledgment that we received the request. I have a feeling there is no one working there. They might be out of business or cannot afford support or cannot afford to provide these services. I have contacted Apple support, but I am also going to file a complaint. They should not be allowed to sell subscriptions on the App Store.

Title says it all. Maybe a different experience for others, but numerous times the prices were incorrect, and my alarms did not go off. Cost me thousands of dollars.

Paid Subscription Stopped Sending Alerts
I have a current paid membership however mid June 2024 I stopped receiving my text alerts. Customer support said it was an issue with their sms provider and they were switching providers so should be fixxed soon, within 2 weeks. It’s now one month later and still non-functional.
They suggested I use push notifications or email notifications but they do not work either. I replied to them on this, but they never responded.
So the app is now worthless to me.

Nothing more to add, I downloaded it, set up an alarm, and I had to find out that the price passed my set point by choosing to google it. Turns out it passed over an hour ago, no alarm triggered. I open the app, it says it triggered, but I received no such notification or alarm. Nothing in my notification history either. Useless app.

The alerts do not work correctly. They will be triggered even when the price isn’t even remotely close to the alert trigger price. These reviews must all be fake since my alerts have only worked correctly 1 out of 5 times.

The basic principle of this app is to get alerts on various stocks and financial rates, however, you can’t even see or view what alerts you’ve already set there by making it very hard to manage or know what alerts you want, or don’t want. Seems like a very basic feature to have a list of what alerts you’ve already requested as opposed to having to guess. Very disappointed, and would not recommend this to anyone.

Not sure why the Apes can’t dive deep with such a good app as this. None of my hot OTC tickers showed up in this app. Sad.
Scam
I swear. I don’t know how many times I’ve begged them to cancel my account, but they just don’t care and continue to charge my card anyway since there’s no way to cancel it in the App Store for some reason. My only recourse is to get a new card number to cut them off and file an action against them with PayPal, which I’m doing as we speak. Really burns me up, but you just never know with people like this. :-(

Nothing works to get it to show. Not restarting, deleting and downloading, turning phone off, nothing. It wouldn't be 3 stars if they simply didn't show these options. It sucks because they show them and it's impossible for them to work, so now it's disappointing.
Just remove them as an option if they don't work because instead of alerting me it disappoints me.
Also the layout of the app could use some design. I mean it's as basic as it can get just plain white. If you cared about your app you'd spend more than 20 minutes designing it. Have some pride in your work.
Also almost no information about any of the stocks/crypto. I'd like to know the open, high, low, and close, percent change, market cap, etc... for a certain time or day but it only shows it for today.
Oh and also a really cool thing they have is the news section for that specific stock/crypto I'd really like it if ANY OF THEM ACTUALLY LOADED. I mean seriously it just loads for infinity even with great wifi. I feel like they made it and just don't care enough to fix or change anything.
Fix that stuff and you'd have an awesome app and I guarantee you'd get a ton more downloads. I would use it over coinmarketcap, coinbase, kraken, crypto.com, just because it seems so well rounded.

Way off stock quotes
A have a portfolio with 19 different USA based ETFs and Mutuals all easily found on various online stock quote services like Yahoo and Morningstar, etc. but for some reason seven of mine can’t be found when searching using this app. Worse at least four have real time Quotes that are nearly 3-4 % off the real quote found anywhere else. In fact one quote was 2% lower than the days lowest range found anywhere online. How can someone set a price alert on a stock or equity if the price can’t be even trusted. I’m staying clear from this app.

not always accurate
TOYO is on the NQ and their price for it has been wrong for days. The price is not $5.xx, it's in the 3s. Cannot set an alarm because of this, started looking for a back up app to function when this one stops getting accurate prices. Overall, I've noticed that the pricing is always up to date.

This App is no longer supported, they’ve dropped the ball on this one, there’s no support anymore and the apps last update was 8 mo ago as of this writing. A shame cause it did work well initially against good pricing. A shame.
No alarm
Not good. Decent interface, etc. but alarm was not signaled when my target price was met. The app indicated it signaled but no noise was made even though my phone was inches away on my desk. Seems unreliable at best.

Requires paying to get text alerts
I downloaded this to try after I lost certain alert types when TDA became Schwab. I like to get text alerts when the S&P/DJI/NDX move a certain number of points so I can know if the markets are tanking. Unfortunately I can only get app notifications and not texts from this app unless I pay $8 a month. So, its not worth it for me. I think you only get 3 free alerts as well, which is fine for my limited criteria, but may not be for most people. Just FYI.
SPX behind 20 minutes
SPX Is my main trading vehicle and it’s behind about 20 minutes from where the actual price is. My market alert went off 20 minutes after It hit the target price

The first time I use this app, I really enjoyed it. Last year. I canceled because I took a break from trading and then resubscribed a few months ago. And it wasn’t working the same as it had previously. So I canceled my subscription again. *****DEVELOPERS::: Yet I’m still receiving alarm calls. Please cancel these phone calls. They’re constantly filling up my voicemail.
