I don’t like the company icons at all. There should be a setting to turn them off.

After login, the previous log is gone and cannot even restore from iCloud backup

Ad on stock tracker prevents me from opening app. A repeating window saying I can’t buy app, which i dont want anyway, and when I try to close it bounces back and I can’t close the app. I have to shut down my iPad and reboot it. Also the little icon for google apps won’t open to register a complaint.
Bugs
I’m getting a pop up telling me in app purchases not allowed and I cannot get past it. I finally was able to hit ok and before it reappeared I was able to swipe up to close the app. I deleted the app and reloaded but the issue still exists. Up to now, I’ve used your app for years without issues.
Pop up Error Displayed; Purchase - In App Purchases Are Not Allowed
Version 9.0.0 iOS (iPhone 17e). Upon launch of this app, a repeated Pop up Error is displayed which prevents access to the home menu page. Error; “Purchase; In-App Purchases Are Not Allowed”. Please fix…. Thank you.

Too hard to log in
I’ve cancelled my $80 subscription. Enjoyed it for a couple years, but when I got a new iPad it would not allow me to use my log in. I couldn’t find a help area to find a place for log in, and when i googled the problem the app was not recognized by AI.
Needs maintenancen
The application is lagging and very slow responding. It keeps crashing also sorting keep changing. It used to be my favorite application.

Criminal theft
Purchased the full version of the app prior to subscriptions. They refuse to honor the prior agreement and will not enable the full version. Customer support refuses to answer emails
No support and poor app lately
The Apple has issues lately - it no longer show prices in real time, the exit hour losers, gainers, etc - market lovers - does not display at all, the after hours does not display either. Despite numerous emails no one is actually answering or solving the issue. Poor customer support.

Terrible experience for free users
I have been using this app for years as a free user and appreciated the limited ad experience and accurate real time stock updates. The most recent update presents an ad every time you access the app versus once a day during regular trading hours and once after hours. The ad introduces a wait for 5+ seconds every time. Will be stopping the use of this app. Disappointed with the terrible experience and flood of ads.

Could not even draw a chart of the S&P 500 yet all the spammy ads loaded
Do Not Download
Don’t waste your time. I added 50 stocks and it stops working after a few months even with ads. You need to pay each month as it is trial ware. Time to find an app that is more trustworthy.
Useless, opens in a newspaper
I see no reason to use this app. It no longer shows me my stocks. It just opens into a newspaper with random articles. Was the app highjacked? Bye.

This app used to be useful but is now used to flood your screen with pop up ads and spyware downloads. It was recently updated and since then is unusable and unsafe. AVOID

Update: USELESS & STUPID More ads now - shrunk the chart so that more ads can be placed. I bought full version-shouldn’t have to go through this. Forget about customer service. This app owner is just there to squeeze more $$ out of you. Prev review : I paid for the full version but I still see ads. I’ve been trying to contact support but they never get back to me. Every time there’s an upgrade it is very very glitchy. I would never recommend this app.The latest upgrade has annoying ads.

This used to be a fantastic app
I’ve been using this app for over five years and it’s been my go to until the latest update. I’m fine with a few intermittent ads (the way they used to have it). But now it’s obnoxious and happens every single time you even look at the app and there are multiple ads now. Hopefully they fix it and I’ll revise my review.

Ads taking over
WTH? Sacks Fifth Avenue ads have taken over the app. No X to close it and move on. I HAVE TO UNINSTALL THE APP AND REINSTALL TO GET RID OF SACKS FIFTH AVENUE ADS BECAUSE THEY BLOCK ME FROM USING THE APP. THIS HAPPENS SOMETIMES 4-5 TIMES A DAY!

I am leaving this app because the ads have gotten to bad. At first it was the addition of game ads which were an irritation . This morning it was a flashing, buzzing ad saying my photo library had a bad file. It could have tricked an unsuspecting person into a bad situation. I am deleting this app.
Insane amount of of Ads
The ads make the app almost unusable. I purchase/sub to a lot of apps to support the developers, and I would this one too, but honestly I can’t even get a feel for how it works as a free user with all the bombardment. Not being able to paper trade at all as a free user without jumping through hoops also seems like bad move.

The gains loses reported at 9:36pm pst on stocks are incorrect. The close price is right but the gain or loss on the day being reported by your app is wrong. What’s going on with this lousy app?

Still you can’t trust this app and some of the stock prices and changes to those prices. They are way off and incorrect when compared to others like Fidelity after the market has closed. I don’t know where you are getting your data from but it’s incorrect.

You can’t trust the numbers presented by this app. As an example, the Nasdaq closed at 16831, yet the Futures show it as of now at 18920. Why is it so difficult for this app to show correct numbers?

Cannot Unsubscribe
It is nearly impossible to unsubscribe. I have repeatedly asked to unsubscribe for well over a month now. You cannot unsubscribe from the app. You cannot unsubscribe from your iPhone “subscriptions”. You cannot unsubscribe from the their website. I found the stockstracker DAJAX support email and attempted to unsubscribe via support. That was also unsuccessful. I reported stockstracker to FTC and filed fraud with my credit card. I finally found my original email from my initial subscription and saw a link to Paypal. Unsubscribing seems to only be possible after you login to PayPal. This is a horrible untrustworthy way to do business! A company with integrity would give the consumer the ability to unsubscribe within their app or website, or provide CLEAR instructions on how to unsubscribe.

I purchased this app originally and it did not have ads on it and sometimes you can’t even x out or close the ads. It is annoying. I’m moving on.
