I attempted to cancel my subscription, but the app does not even appear in my Apple Subscriptions list, despite the app’s own instructions saying to cancel through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. As a result, I have continued to be charged with no way to manage or cancel the subscription myself. I’ve reached out to support and am still waiting for a resolution. Charging customers while making it impossible to cancel is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before subscribing until this issue is addressed.
Leaves you hanging
The endings feel unfinished or abrupt, giving a sense that the story cuts off too quickly. Each clip has a delay, requiring you to close and restart the app or exit the reel and locate it again. These areas need improvement. However, the imaging quality is quite good. They definitely need to finish the stories because these incomplete endings are frustrating.

Terrible App
I Downloaded the app as many of you because got trap in one of the stories, I paid for the day pass, and when I wanted to cancel it didn’t let me I have sent multiple emails to them and they just keep answering me the same thing over and over again, That I need to send the account information which I did MULTIPLE times. I got charged the weekly subscription now and I still can’t cancel it If you want to download it and watch for free with ads and stuff fine but please do not pay subscription you can’t cancel it after.

I wanted to try this app for only a week, but when it was time to cancel it just automatically renewed. I followed the instructions but the app is not showing on my subscription list so how can I cancel? This is super frustrating. I bought the 1.99 one day subscription to try it out and then could not cancel it so now I’ve been charged $20 when I don’t want this app and I’m jumping through hoops to try to get it canceled, buyer beware!

They make it very difficult to cancel. I have sent more than 20 plus emails trying to explain the issue. I had deleted the app and there is no way to share user ID etc and even though I have provided the context they don’t seem to comprehend the ask or purposefully are playing these tactics.
Apple needs to do better as well and hold such developers responsible. This is not good.

No subscription cancellation
There is no in app subscription cancellation and no connection to apple subscription when I contacted them they response was from a bot all 3 times with no help in canceling my subscription I deleted my account and they still tried to charge me.

I tried to pay through my Apple account which would allow me to cancel easily; however they rerouted me to web browser where there is no cancel option. You have to email customer service in hopes they get back to you and cancel it. A very obvious money grab scheme and I will NOT be purchasing again. Do not recommend. Such a hassle for no reason. Zero stars

Do NOT subscribe. There is no way to cancel the subscription. The App states you can cancel it through apple subscriptions, however it does not appear there & many other users reported the same. I had to send an email to the company with my UID and they still have not cancelled. This app is a scam and there is no way to cancel, so do yourself a favor and don’t bother otherwise you have to deal with this headache.

They do this on purpose so they can start stealing $20 EVERY WEEK from your card. I had to literally cancel my credit card and get a new one from my bank just to stop them. Avoid this app at all costs! Report them for fraud!

I email the service to cancel my cancel subscription but they won’t answer. It’s been very frustrating and I don’t want to be charged another 20 dollars a week!

Subscription problem no answer
So this subscription details clearly state that you can mange the subscription through your Apple subscription but once I subscribe I checked and it was not under my list of subscription therefore I am not able to cancel said subscription or manage it. I emailed the customer service email 3 times now and I still have not gotten a reply and the subscription still doesn’t show up for me to manage.

Beware: this app has been a nightmare. I was told I could cancel through my phone’s subscription settings, but there was no way to do so. Support repeatedly claimed they couldn’t find my account despite me providing the requested information multiple times. I was assured the issue would be resolved, yet I have continued to be charged over $20 six times. Even when they told me they found my account. Customer support has failed to stop the recurring charges it’s a nightmare. I strongly recommend avoiding this app and hope Apple investigates these practices this company is taking.

Everything cost money they can’t just give you a decent amount. You have to pay for everything and I just that half the time it’s a bunch of cliffhanger in the stories not correct. I don’t go together
Subscription Scam
I cannot cancel this subscription through the ways that this app is suggesting and had to use the route of sending an email. Almost immediately their automated system states that I did not give UID and gave the incorrect email which is a lie on their end. Both the UID was given plus a screenshot of the UID in the app with time stamps. I documented what I could but unfortunately this app does not allow you to make any payments changes account password set ups. Their linking system is trash. Please read the reviews before getting this app and a lot of the stories are unfinished so it’s not worth it. I have reached out to my bank and will be diligently disputing any reoccurring charges. Also if anyone is going through this same issue please scroll down to the very bottom and “Report this app” for fraud because that is what they are doing with taking peoples money and giving such predatory subscription making it hard to cancel. Developer need to do the right thing and refund everyone who has been reach out to cancel their subscription!

I’ve tired to cancel the subscription multiple of times but wasn’t able to, I reached out by email but no one has responded to me. I deleted the app and requested them not to charge my card again. 2 days later they charged my card $19.99 although I’ve already tried contacting them multiple of time. I emailed them about the matter and gave them the required information needed, instead of giving me the refund they toyed with me and stated they couldn’t find my information. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP IT IS A SCAM. They have very poor communication and as soon as they have your card information they will continuously charge it. I wish I read the reviews before downloading.
Won’t cancel my subscription
Unfortunately I fell victim to this scam. I was interested in a story and ended up js buying the subscription- assuming i could cancel it after i finished it. Once I was done I looked in the app, my apple subscriptions, even my paypal account just to find out that canceling the subscription is not an option. I searched online and found out that there are MANY people who went through the same issue I am for way back that are still dealing with this problem to this day. I emailed the support team with my UID and they have yet to reach back out to cancel or even help. This app is trash, never falling for AI slop again.

Weekly subscription
Paid for a weekly subscription 24 hours later I was told my weekly subscription expired and I needed to pay for another one not really interested in paying for a weekly subscription. Every 24 hours a week weekly subscription should be for a week not for 24 hours. That’s a 24 hour subscription anyway I won’t be renewing anything on this. I hate it when companies lie to get you to spend money on their apps

Please save yourself a lot of heartache. Do not subscribe to this service. I made the mistake of subscribing through the developer. Because of this I must go through customer service to get the auto renewal cancelled. I have been getting nothing but a run around from them. They keep emailing me with nonsense information.

Issue canceling subscription
The app has no way to cancel a subscription started on your own terms when searching through the app as it was a mistake with my child purchasing it without my knowledge. And there’s no good contact with customers service.
