Buggy POS app
Custom overlays do not work, the app barely functions on android and IOS is still a buggy mess. They have the gall to ask for a monthly subscription. Just use OBS desktop, or re-stream on mobile.

When I wanted to click live it let me. But there was a wierd message popping up that stoped my recording everytime I clicked live. PLEASE FIX THIS AND MAYBE I MIGHT COME BACK TO STREAMLABS.

Terrible
The free version is so bad. Why would anyone pay for ultra. It is not user friendly. I’ve tried two days in a row to live stream and have my kick chat show up on the screen. No matter what I do the chat doesn’t show up how I lay out the scene. It takes up too much of the screen and it shows up on the screen if you’re watching. That’s so stupid. I can press the chat box to make it appear and disappear which is helpful but not when the dang chat box doesn’t show up how you put it in your scene. Live streaming should not be this difficult.

I paid for the subscription and never couldn’t have access to anything and when I try to stream always ask me to pay again this is not worth it, and their no way to reach them, they are scammers
I bought two of the same subscriptions today. CANCEL Them. Why do I have to wait forever for support

Can’t show face
I added a guest so that I could use an external camera to show my face while streaming, but whenever I close the app, it only shows the screen share. It doesn’t show my scene that I made and it’s very frustrating because I want to show my face as well as the game that I’m playing.
Streamlabs stop working
I’ve used Streamlabs for years and it was great now the app after new update is not working. 😮 please fix this process so we can continue to live stream through the app.

If you any apply products don’t use this. Man excuse after excuse why it can’t stream. Wont download any of the ultra themes I paid for. Absolute waist of time. Seriously the world would be better if this company went out of business and the CEO went homeless. Absolutely the biggest waste of time I’ve ever seen. You pay for nothing. Everything you can pay for here you can make on Canva for free. Only buy this if you love wasting money.

It was good for the start of my streams but now it’s all f##ed up it won’t stream it won’t fully connect and it it’s messing oh my YouTube channel not even letting me be able to delete the stream. This is not really good because I’m trying to give my viewers content and streams is not letting me stream. I want this bugged fixed.

I cannot see chat when I am streaming on Roblox if there is a way to fix this issue, please do and also is there any way to increase the frames? My max frames is 60 thanks.
Can’t log in TikTok
Is there some known bug that you guys have where we can’t login into TikTok? I downloaded your app so that I could stream on TikTok and I can’t even log into it. There’s always an error.
Disappointed
App was working fine until I purchased the ultra+ package now it won’t work at all doesn’t even start my lives. It’s linked to all my accounts but when I press go live it does not even go live from twitch let alone everything else. It just says I’m live and starts a counter but no viewers and none of my socials are connected to the live it just says my previous live was my last live. Please fix this I would’ve just kept the free version if I knew buying it was going to make it stop working instead of allowing me to stream from multiple platforms as it suggests.

Good Luck Canceling
When I was billed a subscription renewal, I immediately emailed to cancel, citing I was locked out of the account for months. After over a week of back-&-forth to inform me Streamlabs directly had to assist, the grace window to receive a refund passed.
Streamlabs “empathized” (condescending) but declined to issue a refund. I don’t want empathy, I want my $149 back.
I have filed a grievance with PayPal. And I certainly won’t recommend this service to anyone.
