Impossible to connect
I’ve tried this app multiple times and although I was able to get one reading since then I haven’t been able to sync it properly with my phone. I love the idea of this app, however the trouble and time to go through and figure out why it has such a hard time syncing Data is frustrating

When I’m legitimately stressed this thing tells me me I’m all good all the time. When I’m feeling fine this thing says I’m stressed. It’s utter nonsense
Inaccurate
I swear this thing is backwards. When I feel stressed it says I’m fine, when I’m just laying on the couch it says I’m overloaded. Also is giving me “measurements” while my watch is on its charger, not even on me.
Waste of Time
I did the one week trial. The watch only said normal or great. Even during a 2 hour drive during horrible traffic and an almost collision with another car. That was definitely a stressful time! Not great!

Very inaccurate
I find it to be very inaccurate. I have been notably stressed out and it will say I’m relaxed/my stress is manageable. I was hoping this app would notify me when my stress started to escalate so that I could catch it early and mitigate, but when I’m feeling stressed it’s usually wrong. Also, it won’t work if you have your watch on low power mode , which makes sense, but not convenient. A waste of money. I cannot recommend.
Not what I expected
Well, I guess you can say this may be a scam app that I fell for. The times it should say I’m stressing, it says I’m calm and doing great. Other times it says I’m stressed…and I’m calm. That about all this app does. Not worth the yearly fee. Wish I would’ve remembered to cancel the free trial.
Expensive and doesn’t work
On days where my stress was unbearable, it said I was more than fine and my stress was low. So the accuracy is no where near close to what it should be. Not to mention the prices for the subscriptions to get access to the rest of the app. And for something that doesn’t even work.

Needs Improvement
I tried setting my own theme, but upon saving … it erases the theme images. Additionally, it shows me stress when I’m sitting down watching a calm TV show…. Originally this was marketed as something that could help me when a migraine was coming on however, there’s nothing in the app that does that. It’s false advertising, glitchy, and often inaccurate.
Deleted App over AI Update & Cloud storage and Privacy Policy Updates
I switched to iPhone from Android for privacy and health reasons (I do not trust anything Google when it comes to privacy and I wanted to start using a smartwatch) and Apple promoted Stress watch and I intend led to renew my subscription. However, the recent upgrade has turned this app into spyware. And the privacy policy uses weasel language about data is stored (it’s “generally” stored locally, but by using the app we agree to send our biometric and health data (PHI) to China.

Steals money and company never responds
DONT TRUST THE FREE TRIAL! I saw this app online and decided to give it a try. I tried the free trial and canceled days before the subscription was to come out but it will did. i've tried to put claims in on the app and got no response at all. utterly ridiculous. this app causes me more stress than it helps me solve
Don’t waste your time
If I could give zero stars I would. I had a massive, multi day CPTSD panic attack. But this app said I’m totally fine and happy yeaaaa!!! Despite my heart rate being sky high. What the hell! Deleted immediately. Trash app.

I have the free version or had I should say for about a month and I liked it so I thought that I would like the paid version better so I went ahead and signed up but I will be canceling before the one week free trial because it really doesn’t do anything more for you then the free version.

I had a stressful situation as an RN and this lovely app informed me my level was “great”. Trying to learn how to deal with my stress and this app is not helpful when my anxiety was through the roof. No thank you will be deleted today.
Bio Age
The new bio age feature has completely turned me off of this app and proved it doesn’t really analyze data. My iPad and phone have the same health data yet my iPad shows me being 6 years older than my phone. Ive had strong speculation before this but this takes the cake. I’ve cancelled my subscription.

I love the concept and I wanted this app to be helpful. But it’s incredibly inaccurate. I’ll be having a panic attack and it’ll notify me that I have “low stress levels.” 2 hours of sleep and getting evicted and dying from pulmonary embolism? “Low stress!” Yeah no.
Worked and now won’t sync
I purchased the StressWatch Pro sub subscription, and it worked at first but now it doesn’t read anything. It doesn’t show me anything on my watch face nothing.

Takes “readings” when on the charger. Tells me I’m in overload. Full of garbage. Don’t pay for this app. It is not accurate.
Zero Stars
Save your time and money. This is a POS app. After attempting to pair the app on my iPhone and apple watch for three days, I gave up. Zero stars, but it makes you give at least one.
Not good.
One, this app doesn’t do anything for you. Or really make much sense. Two, it is $30 a month to get nothing from it. Don’t recommend at all. Nothing ever showed up on my watch to benefit me at all.

To be clear I used this for months, waiting for it to “personalize” instead it was wrong the ENTIRE time. Their “we don’t put feelings to this” is a total lie, they literally say you should be feeling low stress or you are feeling good…. Ummm? Lack of awareness seems to be an issue. Avoid at all costs. I wanted this to help. It “sounds” good. I even understand a bit of the pseudoscience they hide behind. But the fact is, this is one of the most harmful apps I’ve used to try and “improve” my health- physically and mentally.
There is something truly awful about having a panic attack and getting a message across the screen while using a breathing device and program that tries to help you focus (another app by someone else) that says “your stress is low, you are doing great” or the opposite, you are having a good morning or afternoon and get a notification “you must be stressed, you should do something about that” while you are literally cuddling and petting your amazing service dog.
This app and its “science” isn’t for anyone who remotely needs to focus on improving stress unless it’s some version of exposure to gaslighting you want to do.
Also they claim you can do a “partial” refund, which isn’t actually true at all, so they just lied some more.

The app continues to tell me that I am not experiencing high stress, even though I’m experiencing heart palpitations due to the stress that I’m under at work.
It frequently tells me everything is all right, even if I’m sitting at my desk crying. I don’t know how this is calculating but it’s wildly inaccurate.

Charged after canceling glitch
I canceled my subscription but didn’t get confirmation because the cancelation didn’t go through. After being charged it let me cancel so I was charged after attempting to cancel the membership. This app is predatory and gives inaccurate data.

For example, my daily overview says I’m in overload when all data points for the day are at normal. The bio age is also inconsistent and, frankly, unwelcome because you can’t tell it to ignore certain factors. For example, I don’t sleep with my Apple Watch on, but my bio age is constantly dragged up from the most recent sleep reading, which was taken a year ago I was ill. Great concept, but just not useful or trustworthy in this stage.
