Can’t even access paid account

I have been emailed by support day after day saying it's top priority and they are well aware of this issue. It's supposedly always been escalated to the top. They just never have any further response than what I've stated, no solution we are still working on it. I've even suggested maybe if I deleted my account and created a new one they could credit it. They say they have no way to do that, yet when this all started they supposedly credited my current account I can't access. If I could downgrade this review past one star I would .

I tried to hold off on this review to contact support but so far I've had no resolution other than "we are working on it" for over a week. I did not realize I was even paying for this service because it says there are no active subscriptions on my account. I contacted support and was told it charges separate but they were willing credit my account for a month and cancel my recurring charge. The problem is I still get no active subscriptions no matter what device or platform I use. While they have been in a lot of contact all I am always told is we are still working on it so I still have no access. It's honestly not even worth fooling with anymore. Just be careful giving them your money.

Why does it take so long to cancel subscription and why do I have to cancel subscriptions when I thought you would do it that’s why I purchased your application
Not worth it
You’re limited on the amount of subscriptions you can cancel every month and , this is the best part, they charge you with NO reminder, then refuse to refund. They do the exact thing they claim to help you fix. Save your money , this is nothing but time and money wasted
SCAM APP
I had signed up for a discount. I cancelled it before the end of the first week. They are still charging me and I am unable to find a phone number to speak to a customer service representative.
Beware of ironic monthly charges
This is an app that that “gives you instructions” on how to cancel subscriptions. It doesn’t actually cancel them for you. It just gives you instructions which are available widely for free on Google. The irony of all of this is that they then surreptitiously insert a $19.99 monthly charge. Needless to say, they make it difficult to cancel too. It’s a scam.

I’ve been trying to cancel this app forever unsuccessfully! I thought SubPilot cancelled it, but it’s still there. I’m so disappointed
