This app was perfect before this update. Very clean and easy to use. I don’t know why you guys updated it :/ The icon is also horrible compared to the original one geez… For people who are reading this and are looking for a good subscription manager, go and use Subo.

Can’t open app
I can’t open the app. It repeatedly prompts me to authorize Face ID.
App fails on iOS 17.3.1
The app fails to open and freezes on the Authenticator screen for fingerprint on iPad, forcing user to shutdown the iPad and restart the device. It also fails on iPhone at Face-ID. (Previously rated 5 Star).
Paid for this crap???!
It deletes all of my subscriptions and will not notify me anymore. I hate having to go back in and fill in all of my expenses info time after time. Do not waste your money!!

App support, wait, what’s that?
I sent an email on their website (kango studios) two weeks ago because for some reason the app is not recognizing my passcode and unfortunately I haven’t heard from anyone yet.
Current version not working
Was doing its very simple job fine for the year or so I’ve had it, but now cannot get past the auth screen.
iPhone face recognition cycle just keeps triggering over and over again, but app never recognizes it and never opens. I assume that means the data I have in there is also no longer accessible.

Kind of scammy
Leads you on to download and wants you to pay 5 dollars for something you could program yourself if you have just a tad bit of spare time. Definitely going to just use spreadsheets and customize as much as I want through that…definitely not $5 worth

All subscriptions GONE
Highly disappointed in this app.. good concept. You take the time to log in subscriptions... then go to add another and all of them are gone after several months. Not dependable. Save tome and just out the subscriptions on a document. Too frustrating to deal with!
I’ll say what everyone isn’t
You can only have two subscriptions unless you pay money and it doesn’t state whether it’s monthly payments or one time purchase! Makes me upset bc it has real potential but everyone needs to make a buck.

You have little to no icons and services other than main stream icons and you lock your services behind a paywall… don’t add more than 2 subscriptions. Bad. Do better. Bots to boost reviews.

It would be nice to have a report showing all subscription expire dates, sorted from soonest to farthest. Other reports.
It would be useful to have a files to record where auto payments are coming from (which credit card, which checking account). This should not store account/card number. Rather a txt files where I might say, “ Costco card”, “chuck’s checking”, etc.
A field for a url or phone number for customer service, or where to cancel.
A field for frequency of payment.
A notes field for entering data that you forgot a place for.
I do all your stuff plus the above with Notepad. If you don’t include reports, Notepad works just fine.

App appears abandoned?
I was looking for a good subscription manager and on the surface this app seem to contain the features I needed. However I did see that the last update for the app was over a year ago. That gap is typically a red flag that the app was abandoned. Ignoring this, I installed the app and paid the tip to get multiple subscription entries.
About 10 subscriptions into my entries, I started to encounter bugs that I felt were important enough to report. I reached out to the company and never received a reply. It’s pretty much confirmed to me that the app is no longer being supported.
Sadly, this is why apps have to have subscriptions, which keeps the developer motivated. If the future changes and the developer comes out of hiding to continue supporting this app, I'll change my review.

No way to sync subscriptions
There is no option for me to sync my subscriptions and they don’t do refunds. Scam!

You can only add 2 subscriptions. If you want to add more you need to pay either $4.99 or $9.99. It doesn’t explain what is included in each price point. Most of the “premium” features are to be able to customize the app, ex. Widgets, dark theme, no adds.

Good app until it deletes your data
I really enjoyed using this app as it was solid and simple to use. And then, randomly it deleted all my subscriptions. This was the app I used to keep track of everything and now I have to manually hunt everything down again. I reached out to Support and got no answer. I’d recommend finding a more trustworthy app to manage your subscriptions
Glitchy
Automatically goes back to previous page without prompting making it impossible to get anything done. I thought that this was an app that helped to discover all of one’s subscriptions so that they can u subscribe from unwanted subscriptions, but that doesn’t seem to be the case(?).
Loss of Data when disabling iCloud (UPDATE)
There’s no way to use this app locally when disabling iCloud which can result in losing data when doing so.

It’s good but buggy
Fundamentally it’s very good, but the app has crashed, icon change doesn’t work for services and the app icons are also missing.
Subscription Manager files vanished
I have loaded nearly a hundred subscriptions into this app over the years. It has worked pretty well. I upgraded to iOS16 the other day. The next day I received an alert that a subscription was coming due - exactly how it is supposed work. I decided to look and see what else is coming up soon, and all my subscription information has vanished. Not good.
Buggy
I keep getting notifications of bills due that have long been removed from the app. Sent two inquiries to support and received absolutely zero response

Disappearing Subscriptions
Every time I update my iOS software, my subscriptions get erased from the app. I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions. I really liked this app and some of it’s features, but having to re-enter every single one of my subscriptions each time there’s a software update, is ridiculous. Especially considering I am paying for this app. I reached out to customer support a few times about this issue, but I still haven’t heard back.

What’s the point if you have to manually import your subscriptions?? I have to pay ... to avoid paying. Can just use iCal + spreadsheet. For free. All of this to CYA Apple’s cynical and exploitative practice of sending email AFTER the charge goes through, not before. A cabal of pimps.
