Have deleted and redownloaded it multiple times, when you open the app the loading screen goes to about 75% then just stops there frozen on the loading screen
Dont play
Disgusting. There are way too many ads, they are impossible to close, and the game keeps kicking me into the App Store again and again. This is not gameplay - it’s just nonstop advertising. One star.

Purchased items will be unusable
9 times out of 10 when you make a purchase and delete the game whether or not you have an account tied to your account you can’t access it. The game does not let me connect my account and I cannot access my season pass and the season ends tommorow, support takes long and for others does not respond at all. If I buy something I should be able to access it until I either delete my data or the virtual item is no longer able to be used per terms of agreement.

Falls short
Nothing is better about this than the first game. All of the skins are simply re-colors, so there's no sense of satisfaction in unlocking them. Progression is significantly slower. The UI is considerably worse than the original. I also encountered a few bugs just on my first run. If the customization was actually interesting I would consider playing this game.
You can’t upgrade and it’s boring
This game is boring. I liked the first one, but this one doesn’t get much
Subway Pass CAN’T BE ACTIVATED after purchasing
The game is overall enjoyable but my recent purchase of the subway pass didn’t activate even though my purchase is successful. Attempts to offload and download again didn’t fix the issue. Please fix this bug!

Improved, but also not
Love the area mesh, and fun mechanics for each area. Makes the whole game more interested and fun. But the currencies are terrible! Not a fan of the ticket system. WHAT IS THE POINT OF KEYS?? 100 for a terrible box?? Not to mention boards are terrible! They aren’t as fun and don’t provide cool power ups, just small upgradable buffs that don’t really do anything. And it’s impossible to get any because they all cost 100 board points?? (Been playing for a few weeks and I only have like 23) same with the surfers. All and all I like a lot of the stuff, but it’s too mobile gamey. I feel like it encourages you to not play as much. Try a supercell like approach!
