Ok so I stumbled across this game and decided “ This game looks fun!” So I downloaded it. I started playing it and the first thing I saw loading into the game was an add. I watched the add. I started playing and was already getting the hang of it, but when I was swiping it kept glitching and I kept getting hit. Then it kicked me out of the game and I looked in my pictures. I was terrified of what I saw. I saw a picture of the main character Jake with his head on a tree branch and his body laying on the ground covered in blood

I had this game a while back and I remember unlocking a mariachi skeleton along with other characters I had it saved to my apple account and for some reason when I reinstalled the game all my characters were gone and I don’t have a way of getting them back!
Absurd ads that are the worst!!!!
The ads on this game are out of control. Often I have to click 3-4 times after watching an entire 30 second ad just to close it. This games ads are the worst! You should look for any other game that doesn’t take half your day with watching and clicking and clicking on ads just to try to close them!

Fix this bug!!!
I want to start by saying that I love this game so much, but there is one extremely annoying bug that won’t go away. When I am doing the Tag Time event to earn one of the new skins, and I click to watch an ad to continue playing after I run out of time, the add glitches for a bit before returning to the death screen, but the screen is almost completely frozen. The only way to leave the frozen screen is by refreshing the page, and after doing that, all my progress is lost and the boosters I used (which are pretty expensive!!) don’t get recovered, so I lose multiple of the boosters and the time I ran for doesn’t count towards the final score. Please fix this.

My progress GONE
I loved this game. I had many of the characters and had a high score of over 2million. I opened the app and all of it is gone. YEARS of things from the game are GONE. I’m so upset and don’t know what to do. Fix this.
