Broken App - Don’t Bother
Since the new UI, nothing works properly. Go to cart, error. Every time. I don’t understand how a company this large doesn’t beta test stuff like this before releasing a major UI overhaul. This is really embarrassing for them. Shame on them.

Worst app ever!
I’ve have been trying to use this app for a year. I somehow didn’t save my sign in info but it won’t let me reset my password because it doesn’t recognize my email address, yet I can’t open a new account because my email address is already in use. I’ve contacted customer support and they haven’t helped at all. And I keep getting emails from Subway. But they don’t recognize my address upon signing in while also telling me it’s already being used-BY ME! Do better Subway!
Impossible to sign in
As an existing account holder, this update has made it completely impossible to sign in , it insists on create new account which I can’t do because my phone is already on file WORTHLESS
The update is awful
I went to order my sandwich yesterday and noticed the app was updated. After 15 minutes of struggling to figure out how to use the darn thing I wind up, logging in on my work PC and ordered my sandwich..
Horrible experience
Tried to pay 3 times only for it to be canceled and took the money so i couldn’t pay in person
Forces meal at higher cost
After the latest update the app will not permit me to just add a sandwich. It forces to select a side and drink at a higher cost. If you want just the sandwich then you will have to go to the store and order there, the app makes it impossible.
New “update” steals money and never submits order
I made an order for delivery. Entered my address, confirmed it. Entered the code for them to run my card. Amount was taken from my bank account immediately but no confirmation email or other type of confirmation was received. I closed and opened the app several times, no order history. Checked email and refreshed several times, no order confirmation. Called the store where the order was placed and they have no order there with my name on it. Reported it through app support but it’s only an automated chat bot and no live people to reverse the charges for an order that apparently was never placed.

Don’t upgrade
Upgrade is terrible it’s missing tracking for your order. In the past you were able to track were your order os and when it’s done.
New update
New update needs more work. Biggest issue I’m having right now is signing in to my account. I have always used Apple to sign in/up and when it comes to entering my phone number it’s says “number already in use” and it won’t let me move on. I can access my account or rewards
App crash

I placed an order online at a location and then the workers told me they never received my order. So I spent $9 on a meal of the day that I never received. Not sure if it’s an app issue or a location issue but it wasn’t a pleasant experience using the app.
Terrible app
This app is complete garbage atleast compared to other apps it has so many issues that they clearly don’t care about it was literally designed to get as much money as they can off you they try to trick you into think ur getting deals until you go to pay and see the price hasn’t changed and I this app is so terrible it’s not even worth getting Into not even gonna waist anymore of my time money or thoughts on this the only way getting subway is even close to worth it is when you have a coupon

Don’t use
They will take your money for a delivery order and if it goes missing they will not help. Unless you can drive to the location and complain in person
More problems
Just when it finally lets me in, every time I get to the checkout, it tells me there’s an error and doesn’t update the price for taxes, fees, and redeemed rewards.
Update made the app a pain
The update took off my gift card and I can’t get it back on. Also it made the font so big I can’t see everything. Change it back please!
Terrible after update doesnt work
Its unable to process orders at 11:45 pm for a 24 hour store. It failed to process my order two times but I’m still charged on my credit card. App is god awful after this new update I was forced to used

SUB-Par App
I feel the subway app is the worst app I have ever used in the history of apps. Not user friendly, but to save and not spend 20.00 a sub you are forced to use it :( booooooooo.

I paid only for them to never make the order and the status to not show I had to call my bank because the store didn’t want to help me I had to dispute this stupid transaction all because I wanted to order on the app terrible app. Just order online or in person like or skip this is some bs

The new update is trash. It was already not the best but it’s even worse now. VERY hard to navigate and makes store finding harder.
SCAM
Purchased a meal for pick up on the app and when I went to pick it up they said they had not received the order even though I was charged!!! I would put zero stars if I could…

Took my delivery order, didn’t receive any kind of confirmation. I was promptly charged but never received my order. I called around several nearby locations, nobody had my order. The chat support is absolutely useless. What a scam
Terrible update
Once the app changed to its most recent update I’ve placed multiple orders that I get charged for and they don’t go through. I then have to reorder and get charged by the location for a second sandwich even though I never got the first despite being able to prove I paid for it. This is ridiculous. The way I see it subway owes me $30.

None of the rewards work with the update. Seems bugged. “Offer not appied” with no explanation as to why. I have the correct items for the deal.
Subway app always disappoints
Never works correctly. Logs me out constantly, and it’s a headache to log back in. The only thing more time consuming than ordering ahead is going to the store and having them make it in front of me. I wish I didn’t enjoy eating subway, bc I would rather not have to deal with the order process - app OR in person. Every other restaurant app is better than Subway’s, and that’s just kinda sad.
New App is Trash
Tried ordering a footlong and got a 6inch instead because its way too hard to navigate. Couldnt find my store’s location until the 3rd attempt. Whole readability of the app is downhill now.
Mobile app update broke current user login
I updated the mobile app today on my iOS device. The option for existing users was not present. Was prompted to add new account. Attempted to chat bot app feedback, the chat bot did not allow me to describe the actual problem. FAQ’s are too lengthy to pick and choose the problem. Please fix your app subway. Thanks.

The the new update will not let you complete your online order it takes the money out of account then refunds you with out telling notify you the order was rejected

why was the "Missing Transaction" removed after the update?
Previously you were able to submit a missing transaction to earn points using the store receipt. Now, it’s nowhere to be found on the app. The store I went to had a broken QR code scanner and I thought I could still earn points using the receipt, but the option to do so was removed from the app after the update. I’ve eaten Subway for 25 years and I hope they can get it together.
NEW UI IS TERRIBLE
Why did u guys change the apps UI? Ever heard “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”? This is a prime example. If you want to track your order good luck. It used to be so simple and smooth and you went and messed it up.
