Different country servers are also getting better perks than others, like the Chinese servers are getting PR and better free gem opportunities. This game started off really good but it’s starting to spiral.

The shops and gatchas used to be in affordable range but now its only pay to play not to mention they give different amounts of rewards to different servers. Why? #scamu

They are very bad about slyly using generative AI for background images and other stuff. People try and deny it a lot, and SUITU never addresses it directly to just use actual artist work ONLY. I used to spend money on this game and won't anymore due to this. It's rather infuriating. And i don't trust they care to fix it, just to appease the player base who actually cares with the occasional apology gems or hollow apologies.

I’ve already spent hundreds of dollars on this game literally just to get nothing and why do your prices have to be so high to get gems that basically get you nothing and this game gives Chinese servers a whole bunch, more gems and like gotcha tickets for less of the price!! This game is greedy, money hungry and they gently just do not care They will mute you for saying anything about it Literally just play your own risk the game ads are very misleading like fix that for real $20 for a 2000 gems that’s way too much money for nothing and they charge you $100 for like over 5000 gems that will get you really nothing

PLS READ🚨 Apparently, SuitU is giving the Chinese server more higher rewards like more gems, more coins etc. but the other servers don’t get that. Players are starting to leave because of it much the shops cost, trust me…. the prices for shops are like 3,000 and above. And gurl, it is so hard to earn gems if u don’t pay for the game. But if u do pay for the game, you will be broke because of how bad the greediness is…. thank u for reading this and spread the word!!!👏✊

I have been playing for almost two years now and at first everything’s great! Beginners have a LOT OF CHAPTERS and FREE GEMS (the currency you use to purchase outfits in the game)
But if you fall in love at first and stay longer… you get less and less gems.
They have no problem though with adding tons of shops at a time with gachas right behind! (the real money sucker in this game)
There’s no way for someone who doesn’t spend money on the game to collect enough at a time to be able to afford it!
I am still playing but I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the lack of support for loyal players, you can do better.

Greed and discrimination
The prices are insanely high. 80% of the latest items are ugly and useless and definitely aren't worth their prices (for example, latest fashion views).
And there is super unfair unequal treatment between servers. Devs favor CN server and absolutely don't give a d#mn about players from other servers, which is just insulting.

Stealing from artwork, AI, and players money
It’s been recently discovered that Suitu gives way more free in-game currency (gems) to the chinese servers compared to other servers like the US and UK. Not only that, when Flashback Gatcha’s roll around, all players in the chinese servers get a certain amount of tickets, yes, including players who already had tickets from the DAILY LOG IN. Meanwhile players in other servers don’t even get that luxury.
Im honestly disappointed but this isnt this company’s first rodeo when it comes to being sketchy with their income. Not too long ago, the community called them out for stealing artwork without crediting the artist, to use for one of it’s upcoming decos.

First, this game is not appropriate for children under 18 period, people are already coming trying to e-date like dating apps don’t exist, but also let’s not forget there predators(aka people with serious mental, physical and emotional issues seriously get some help) also people create inappropriate posts so bad idea kids. Second, game gonna treat Chinese servers like princess/princes, not kidding, they literally get 35 tickets and 1.5k gems and that’s unfair trust me other servers get 15 tickets and 500-1k gems not even joking. Third, this game uses AI, crazy thing is, after apologizing and promising not to use AI again but literally showing us AI work for the upcoming sets is a literal problem. Lastly, DO NOT PLAY if you are a free to play(aka f2p) why? I don’t know maybe because the community is sooo high they decided to make the sets worth 2k gems, almost 3k because sets are like 2.7k-2.9k gems and that’s a bad thing because you only get like 60-70 gems per daily quests, if your lucky you might get a 100 like that’s gonna solve everything. Fun Fact! For Gacha Events: 5 star sets is a guarantee 20 pulls, to get the whole set which is 13-14 items, that will be 50k gems or more per 5 star! For 4 star sets, which is 10-11 items, it’s a guarantee 10 pull, so 10k gems per gacha! And yes you can buy gems if you have $100 which 11.5k gems the 23k gems is $200 on the website.
Unequal Treatment Between Servers
I am simply furious at the new controversy that had just recently transpired. No matter what weak excuses the devs have to offer to us international players, it is simply not fair for us to receive a fraction of the compensation and rewards the Chinese server receives. Is the international playerbase simply the golden goose where you can reap your rewards?? We've been here for much longer than the Chinese server, yet we do not receive half as much compensation as they do for similar issues. I am TIRED of the excuses the devs are throwing out instead of owning up to it. It's just a blurb of text with no apology, no remorse and little to no meaning. You can explain the 6666 black gems and the 1.5k gem compensation all you want, but what about the 35 tickets? Or the VIP bundles that give out 0.4 perfumes instead of 0.3? Not to mention the pure laziness of not reworking certain outfits, when it's perfectly acceptable to just add the reworked outfit as an achievement.

this game is nothing but a money grab!! they make it basically impossible to play for free and apparently the chinese server gets favored over everyone else!! international servers get 15 gacha tickets and 150 gems while the chinese server get 35 gacha tickets and 1000 gems, they also get more gems when the game updates and gems when bug fixes while international servers don’t get any gems for bug fixes. so unless you’re in the chinese server, save your money and don’t waste your time on such an unfair game.
Money grab
Different servers include different amount of in game currency (event wise which is a big part of the game if you’re new) the game treats non pay players unfairly, the game is solely off of buying things and that’s it. I spend so much money on the game and never get anything in return. What really set it off is a recent events where US servers got less gifts than another countries server. Extremely disappointed and suit u barely took accountability

I genuinely don’t understand how this game expects players to stay invested. It’s incredibly frustrating to see art that appears to be either taken from other artists without proper credit or generated using AI, while still being charged premium prices for it. Even if all the artwork were completely original, the pricing would still feel wildly excessive.

Don’t waste your time playing this game. It’s pay to win, all the winners are always wearing gowns even when it’s not the prompt. You’ll never win if you aren’t spending ridiculous amounts of money. The Gacha is TERRIBLE. Spend hundreds of dollars to get repeated items you already have and never the stuff you actually want. Learned today too that they have a bias towards the Chinese server and gift them far better rewards while other servers get scraps. The prices of items in this game are astronomical. The chinese server has been up for less time so there are way older players on the international server yet chinese players get extra gems and gacha tickets we don’t get?? No one spend money, theyve showed they see complaints they just don’t care about overseas players to fix them.

There’s a strong lack of communication and lack of compensation surrounding bugs that affect the player’s experience. This is despite it being feedbacked several times that there needs to be clearer communication due to past controversies and issues within the game. Developers and admin always seem to be on holiday when something that upsets players demands attention and leave unpaid volunteers to deal with the unhappy player base. This is in addition the Chinese server being heavily favored over the international server.
Too greedy
Love this game, and I've spent a good chunk of change on it, but the prices have gotten out rageous, supplies dont last as long (like the skip ads) and now that the other servers are getting preferential treatment, it's a totally unfair game.

I’ve been playing this game since July and have spent near three thousand dollars on this game due to the gambling it promotes and how it preys on its users to pay to play. But whatever. I am now enraged by the fact that those playing on the Chinese servers get so much more awards than us and are treated as the golden child while we get scraps. This is unfair and infuriating for everyone who plays, especially players like me who are the reason your app is still running, because we spend so much money on it. I will no longer be spending any money on this game until international users are compensated as this is discrimination. If things don’t change I will delete this game and let everyone know how predatory it is and how it preys on those susceptible to gambling addictions and does not value their user base at all. Even those who have spent literal thousands on this game.

This game uses AI and steals from small artists! They also are super money hungry with ZERO refund options! I tried to quit but i cant get my money back! New Gacha System is BS
I’ve been playing this game for a really long time and obviously one of my favorite aspects is the gacha system. The way you can earn gems, tickets, and perfumes until recently. Since I’ve played it it’s been that your Gacha reward system resets with flashbacks, that is until recently. Now you cannot pull unless you buy tickets. You no longer get the free 15. It’s honestly discouraging for free players because you can’t pull unless you have the gems saved up. I understand the game doesn’t want everyone to have the same things. But let’s be honest, getting new sets and poses is what makes it fun and the back flash gachas usually only come back once a year. I’m disappointed with the new system and I hope I’m not alone. If Suitu ever changes it back to when it resets I’ll change my review to five stars but for now I’m extremely disappointed.

Okay, SuitU is a great game to play if you don’t really have a life (#ME). It’s fun (temporarily), helps pass the time, and you can get a lot of cute items if you work for it! The problem is that it’s TOO MUCH work. Like once you first start off, it’s great! The game is very generous until you reach, like, LEVEL 30. It all starts going downhill from there. 😒 They expect so much of you and once it’s time to repay you, they give you so little for something they FORCED you to work SO HARD for. Like you can waste 200 energies crafting an item you’re only gonna use ONCE, and it’ll pay you back 20 energy. LIKE WTH?! 😤 I feel like an underpaid, unappreciated worker! I’m looking for a GAME not a 6-9 JOB! And heaven knows if the DEVELOPER of this game replies to me, they are not gonna fix SQUAT. 🤣😭 And if they don’t respond? Then that means that they know I’m probably right but will decide to delete my comment anyways because they don’t want to fix anything and keep their good reviews so they can feel like they’re game is “perfect” and “safe” when it’s NOT. 😘✨ But anyways, that’s how they get you attached! this is honestly one of my favorite games, i love the makeup diy feature and the comps that are in the game, ive honestly spent quite of bit of money in the almost two years ive played but honestly now i wont and im thinking about deleting the game. my main issue is not resetting the login because “it’s not fair to new players” except it literally is because it promotes them to stay longer and keeps your loyal fanbase that spends money happy because right now it feels incredibly unfair to old players who aren’t being listened to. also the bugs in the game have been annoying and we haven’t been compensated for them like there was a glitch in a recent comp and they just deleted it after people spent tickets and other things like gems on the outfit only for the game to delete it then fix the bug and rerelease the comp but there was no compensation in tickets or gems so its really annoying to not have developers or anyone listening to their players

Server Inequality
I’ve really tried to enjoy this game, but the disparity between servers has made it impossible to ignore what feels like deeply unfair treatment of the international player base. It’s become clear recently that the Chinese servers receive significantly more generous in-game rewards, events and overall support while international players are expected to spend far more just to keep up. At this point, it feels like global servers are being treated less like a valued community and more like the Chinese servers revenue stream. We pay, they play. We are the pay pigs that prop up their server and allow them to reap the benefits of a system that is working in their favor and no one else’s. I do understand regional differences exist, however this goes beyond that. This imbalance directly affects gameplay, player progression and the fairness in the game. It’s frustrating to know I invested time and money into a game where the developers appear to prioritize one player base so heavily over another. If the devs want to regain and maintain trust from their international players then there needs to be transparency and a massive effort to bring parity across all servers in the immediate future.
Love the game but…
So I love the game and play every day! It’s super fun and I don’t want my review to ruin the game for everyone. However, I’ve recently noticed favoritism towards the Chinese server and things similar. The Chinese server and players have gotten black gems as rewards and overall they’ve shown a lot of favoritism. That being said, it’s a really fun game! I know people who spend a lot on this game and they feel undervalued and scammed. Even though they didn’t get to keep the items, the other servers haven’t gotten the same treatment and they still got to play around with expensive in game stuff.
Mixed feelings
Okay so, I’ve been playing since release. I’ve seen this game go from high effort with gorgeous clothes to… low effort, stealing from artists/small businesses, using AI. The in game community was once lively and friendly, now it’s incredibly toxic and cliquey. People I used to play with have quit due to being doxxed and harassed by other players and moderators turned a blind eye, giving the harasser a light warning. Not enjoyable anymore. Incredibly toxic and the clothing is either ugly, or stolen with no credit.
This game was updating and deleted all my progress. My account, my money was never refunded.
My account got deleted while updating and I had spent my money, time, and more on this game. I would play it everyday, until it deleted on me. I tried emailing, getting in contact with the company, trying to get my account or money back, no response. So that’s the truth. Fun game, but when it comes down to it, it’s just a scam.

i liked this game. after playing it for over a year, i've come to the realization that this game does not care about its own fan base. after spending real money, making real friends, and being muted multiple times, it's become clear that this game is fully based on money. it's pay to win. and with the rise of ai usage, it's obvious to tell that many clothing sets and some dialogues are produced by ai. i will no longer sit idly by and pay for ai content. please improve and work towards uplifting and congratulating long term and new players.
