The app offers convenient transcription and note-taking features, but my recent experience raised serious concerns about customer support responsiveness and account transparency. After noticing unexpected recording activity associated with my account, I contacted support multiple times and have only received automated messages stating that someone will reply when they are back online. When an app processes sensitive audio data, users need confidence that privacy and security concerns will be addressed quickly and clearly. I hope the company improves both its support availability and communication regarding user data and account activity.

This app was very disappointing. Recorded an hour webinar to try and use transcript to update presentation notes easily but only a few minutes of text was transcribed. Tried twice and same result.
App did not catch any audio
When I did a google meeting it did not capture any audio when it was set to record it just gave a blank file not acceptable
Kind of funny
I deleted my account. Then it was magically undeleted and a free trial turns into $50. I just deleted my account AGAIN. If I get another notification that says you’re trying to bill me or that the account is active again, well I have lots of screenshots.

Not worth it.
Got this app because I had a very important informational seminar and wanted to share it with other colleagues later. The information that it was transcribing was totally different from what the speaker was saying. In short, the app doesn’t work as advertised at all.

I downloaded this app today and used it for the first time to record a meeting. After the meeting was over, I went back to check on the recording and found that five minutes into the meeting, once the screensaver on my phone activated, it stopped the recording. So I missed 45 minutes of my meeting. Is that a setting issue? Does anybody know anything about this?
