I ended my subscription on 6/13 but they still charged me today on 6/16 for $8.99. Not good!

I like the app but their is a major Issue when transcript to arabic, it make all the text and the direction the opposite. As You say “door the behind boy a is their” please fix or return me the money because I need to us this or another one doing what i need. Thank you.

Customer Support
No problem one is responding. I upload a video and the summary never begins. This started 3 weeks ago. I have PAID for the app. NO ONE WILL HELP!

This app is poorly designed from onboarding. It asks for a 5 star review before I can even use it, and the forces a “trial” before I can even see how it works.
Terrible Customer Service
The app works good as long as you do not try to open your account on another device. I purchased a new phone, went to change my email address on file and boom I suddenly have 3 new accounts, all of my recordings are gone and I’ve messaged tech support for over a week without so much as any assistance other than “it looks like you have 3 accounts”. This is not user error, when you logout of your Apple ID and log in on a different device it will create a new account. I’m searching now for an app that not only is more reasonably priced but has great customer support and will update this once I find one.

Phone recording
I’ve been underutilizing the app for months. After a 1.5 hour call in the past week I find I’ve used up all of my call recording credits. Really?!
Great to Bad
They must have done a software update and since then I can’t trust the app. It was amazing at first, but now I waste so much time correcting the speakers with the transcripts in order to achieve the most accurate notes and action items. Additionally it’s so easy to mistakenly apply a name change To-All than a single statement; the indicator selections are too close to each other. Once this mistaken change is applied there is not backtracking. It simply makes a mess of the transcript.
All or nothing Sucks
I really wanted this app just for taking recordings and turning them into notes while job training and the fact that it’s usable on my watch at 899 a week features that I don’t use is just unrealistic.
Works just OK, not great.
I had success with very basic transcriptions but when uploading recorded transcriptions, more often than not, the app failed with no helpful error message.
Also, when exporting BOTH a “summary” pdf and a transcript pdf (different documents), it saves BOTH documents with the EXACT same name so the second one saved gets overwritten by the first one saved. Come on…this is BASIC stuff. Too buggy.
I’m using an iPhone 16 with the latest iOS updates and my source recording is a 45.3 MB mp3 audio recording; nothing exotic.
