Sunshine Island: Farming Game

This is the third time I’ve suddenly been unable to log in just as I was about to hit the 180-day consecutive check-in milestone. It usually takes about a week before I can log in again. I’ve contacted the technical team on Discord and tried all the solutions they provided, but nothing worked; furthermore, I received no compensation for the losses incurred during the lockout. I’m starting to wonder if this is just a coincidence or if their system is deliberately preventing me from reaching my goal. I’m becoming increasingly disappointed with this game-it’s time to say goodbye.

I love the game but for the last 2 days I can’t login. When I login it gets to 46% and stays there. I cannot contact support because I don’t have my username or user ID. Please help!

Load screen stuck on 47% and hasn’t loaded in over 6 hours.

I recently downloaded the game and in the portion of the game when it first begins it forces you to follow directions where you are trying to build a wind mill that you are not yet at a high enough level to reach. Which leaves you stuck on the new building screen with nothing to build and no option to leave the screen!! I have closed the game, deleted it re-downloaded it and its still doing the same thing 👎👎

I was playing this game for almost a month and got over level 30 with the season pass I paid money for and after watching an add in the market my account restarted and I lost everything! I wrote customer service weeks ago and no one has gotten back to me. Don’t spend your money! Fun game but untrustworthy people running it.

I started off loving this game. That has changed following a fraudulent charge that was processed on my Apple Card for almost $20. I immediately disputed it with Apple and even had proof I was playing another game (I had made a purchase in that game at the same time this fraudulent purchase went through). I played the game briefly later that evening and did not have anything extra added to my account as though a purchase had gone through. Thus, I figured the issue was resolved. However, when I attempted to play again the following day, my account had been suspended. I reached out to customer service via the app and waited several days for a reply (a known problem per comments left on their Facebook). I included proof of the false charge (the receipt for the purchase I had made in the other game I was playing) and informed them there was nothing credited to my account as though a purchase was made. Customer service clearly did not even look at my e-mail. They just stated they saw a charge back on my account and that I needed to pay them almost $18 via PayPal to “reimburse them”. There was no reference made to anything I mentioned in my e-mail. The total they want for “reimbursement” is also different from what my Apple Card was originally charged. It’s also strange to me they are so insistent on it being through PayPal when they accept other payments too. All in all, this situation is either a scam or was very poorly handled by their customer service team. Either way, It’s sad to see they clearly can’t be trusted.

Beware of the so call earnings for this game. The upgrade Tropical Townhall cannot be done until you reach level 47 which is not stated on Freecash. The game owners and/or Freecash provide only 32 days to complete. I have been playing an average of 14 hrs a day for the past 39 days and it will take another 3 to 4 days to get to level 40. I believe it is impossible to reach level 47 in only 32 days no matter how much money you throw at this game. That being said. I like the game just do not like the ethics of the owners of the game

Lags everytime I open game doesn’t even let me collect anything that I farmed from time to time.

This game could have been fun, but the requirements for expansions & upgrades are so ridiculous it’s not even worth playing. Makes for a very boring game.

They suspended my account for no reason. I’ve made in game purchases and was on a very high level I worked very hard to earn. All of it was gone. That’s not ok to do so for these reasons I have to give 1 star. Gotta be better.

This app is not updating on iphones.. Please fix this issue, Player Tournament is ongoing!

I’ve been playing this game for months. I have my own guild and I’ve made a lot of friends, I love the game, but I don’t love all the glitches! They updated a few hours ago and now I can’t get back in the game and as I said, I run my own guild so now what do I do? It’s always something there’s always something that doesn’t work. There’s always a glitch. The game is always shutting down but now I can’t even get in.

Gang stalkers will not allow me to play

I absolutely LOVE the game. But if you need to contact customer support don’t waste your time in checking for an update. I have been suspended for a week now because I got a refund on a charge I did not make, and they are not replying. I have sent several inquiries and emails and have heard nothing back. I am the leader of my guild and fear I will be automatically kicked out soon. Again, the game is fantastic but support is AWFUL!

Downloaded and never got a chance to even play, won’t load past 46%

I’m very disappointed in the fact that the developers are so greedy and can’t fix the glitches in the game because I have spent a lot of money on the game and customer support doesn’t help at all! They just want more money and more money for their own business model that they have been increasing their prices for everything! The fact that they sell their stickers packs for $100 dollars is ridiculous because they have nothing in them that is worth buying and they are selling diamonds for $125 dollars and they are just greedy! They are just a cash grab and they don’t care about their customers or their players being satisfied with the game they don’t fix the problem with the game glitches that are having in the game and everything is just plain boring to me! I am beyond disappointed in this game design and I don’t want to play this game all day long because I have a life!

This is very confusing and I don’t know if I have give the dog a treat or not. I may have to delete the game instructions aren’t clear

My mom plays this game like it’s a 9-5 job… no joke she averages 50-60 hours per week. It’s the first thing she opens when she wakes up! Please save yourselves

I tried this game for over a year. Although the developers consistently create new content, they are missing the mark. Ads are so long and needed frequently, after a few minutes of playing, you’re left with nothing to do but the same tasks over and over again, they make mini games impossible so you have to watch ads, use gems, or pay money. I gave it a shot but got discouraged and disappointed consistently. Not my idea of fun!

Everything in the game is overly-priced. The individual plots of land that you need to purchase in the game to build on, increase drastically after purchasing one plot of land.
It would not be so bad if the game increased the prices on a stead trackable, yet fair few coins basis, such as one plot being 8 coins, then the next plot being priced at 10 coins or 12 coins…As you could then bank on the next plot being 2 more coins or 4 more coins after that through out the game. Sadly, no! The game is programmed to be unnecessarily GREEDY! I am talking about true greed! Especially, the third island. The prices are set so high, the third island is practically unaffordable unless you, the player, is willing to shell out $25.00 or more in real money to purchase fake, worthless in-game coins to buy one plot of land, which again, will increase in price for the next plot of land,
If one plot of land is priced at 10,000 coins, the next plot of land will jump to be drastically priced at 30,367 coins. After that, the next plot of land can jump again to be 48, 652. See how unnecessarily greedy and unpredictable the prices can increase randomly.
Here is the real bad thing about the game. Each plot of land can only be used to hold one building, because unlike other time management building games, this game is programmed for the buildings to be large, so no plot of land can ever hold more than one building.
On top of those unnecessarily greedy features, the game never gives out any large amounts of coins a player can quickly use to to purchase any land and buildings in the game. No! The land and buildings want an ever increasing thousands upon thousands of coins, but you, the player, can only be rewarded a few coins at a time, well under 200 coins.
Since EVERY DAMN THING IS OVER-PRICED, that means, if you play the game for over a month…You will still not be able to earn the 30,000+ coins needed to purchase more land. Again, the game deadlocks you, the player, out of playing the game unless you are willing to place yourself in real-life financial debt to purchase fake, worthless game coins.
Oh, and you will find out quickly that game has various different color treasure chests, that you think will be traditionally designed like other games, in which a black chest is a basic small reward, a silver will have a better prize reward than a black treasure chest. A gold chest will then give out a lot more valuable rewards, than a silver chest. Sadly, no! It does not matter what color any treasure chest is in the game, the reward is always insignificant! If you need 3,000 shovels along with the drastically over-priced amounts of coins, good luck…A treasure chest will only give you a random item that will ALWAYS be programmed to give you items that are well under 60 shovels, nails, or hammers. Considering you need those items for every plot of land purchase, separately from needing more of those items for each and every building purchase, and each and every building upgrade…Again, it will take you several months to accumulate enough of those items to be able to do one lousy land purchase or building upgrade.
So the bottomline is that the game is programmed to be “cash grab” game by the game studios that produce the game. In today’s business-world, it is well-known in the online computer gaming industry that any online game studio business that programs their respective game to be a “cash grab” game, is a game production studio that has extremely bad financial managers that cannot control the bad spending habits of the company executives.
It is always bad business for any business to allow every manager to have a company vehicle…Let alone more than one vehicle for a spouse to have access to use, book non-stop business flights, and have out-of-control spending habits with their corporate credit cards. That is all unnecessary purchases that make any company bleed money. The over-pricing of everything in this game, indicates that the production studios associated with this game all have extremely bad management and employee spending habits. “Cash grab” equals “very bad financial management habits.”

There is a new icon that takes you to a personality survey. Not sure why the developers need to be asking my children if they feel depressed or alone when they are playing a family farming simulation. Immediately deletion of this game for invasion of privacy. I asked for a responses from customer service and they still have not replied. Typical from the customer service like the time they didn’t give out the prizes for an event because of a glitch

Having to close the app to open it back up after fishing or sometime achievements is showing half of a achievement picture.

Ain’t worth a damn… if you need help… forget it, all you gone get is AI with stupid redundant answers. App help is set to a game I’m not playing or need help with. Game is very fun but for some dumb azz reason they think maintenance needs to take place every few weeks and now the damn app will not open.. stuck on continuous UPDATE… never OPEN. Informed the dumb AI bot of the problem just for it to continue to send me to a different game!!!! FIX IT!!!!

Mobile version of FarmVille on FB back in the days. Enjoy playing the game honestly. But the problem I’m having is that the third party app I’m using will not track my progress on the game. Reco Social I have been playing the Sunshine Farming game for a week now and I followed all the instructions before writing this review and concern. Need to fix tracking for this game. I have played for more than the two hours before writing the problem.

I was excited to download this game because I like farming games. I enjoyed the story line and when started the game it seems easy growing feeding your cow and making other things that you need to move on towards your next levels. You have gems to fast complete of growing, building etc and I like that you earn gems so you’re not just running out trying to do a quick finish. You have quick missions to complete to expand your community. Although, as I kept playing and completing more tasks I started to feel overwhelmed with tasks and missions to complete. I feel like there is way too much to do at once and on top of that to fill orders board started to glitch like I was missing part of the board that shows the orders to fill. I have opened up another Island to grow offer and you have to toggle back and forth to different islands to fill an order which I felt is was too much. Other than that I love the Islands theme and using the Hawaiian Culture I myself is from Hawai’i. Maybe not to bombarde the player with missions all at once kinds slow down the pace a bit. Thanks, this is just my opinion.

And the constant “buy this”, “ buy that” is overdone.
