Complete Refresh
I'm super annoyed with this company, I've had this game for over a year, and up until now I really enjoyed it. It's not all pay to play, but it does include in app purchases to fast track your progress. I, however, spent over a year grinding out over 4mil power and gathering nearly every relic without spending a cent. Today, my game completely restarted. I didn't do anything different to it, didn't redownload or reinstall anything, as I'd been actively using it. But it completely reset with no warning or explanation and started me from the bottom... again! Glad I didn't spend any money on it just to lose my progress anyway!
This is a game for kids that ad for it is absolutely disgusting.
I mean they have this sexual innuendo as an ad and it’s truly sick and degrading. Shame on yall

Bad save/load system
I can’t remember my username but i know the password, can I get my account back? Also, I keep entering my email for the verification and it doesn’t send a code. Please fix. Also, is there any way I can be compensated for this? I was very far into the game and I will not stop asking until I get my progress back.
Endless tutorial
I got bored when it just made me click wherever it wanted in the tutorial. Decided I hated the game and kept clicking so I could delete my account. Not sure if the tutorial ever ends or if you just get railroaded the whole time. Realized I used the hide my email and just deleted the app. Great idea but tedious execution.
Bad Customer Service
I’ve been playing this game for over a year. After the most recent update, it wants me to start over. I have no way to log in, and there is no way for me to even submit a claim because it requires me to out in my account ID, which is not registering and I have no idea what it is. As a result I will no longer be playing this game as there is no way for me to communicate with the developers to fix the problem and I’m not starting from scratch after spending so much time playing the game.

The paywall makes this game not worth the effort. Just being honest as someone that played AND PAID.

Not sure what the deal is and why this game is still on the App Store. You can’t connect to the server (I’ve tried different connections and nothing works) and the last update was in September of last year.
There is one server which is the global server - so I’m guessing this game is dead and only bots are populating the game world.

Pay to win garbage
With such an amazing art style it’s a shame this game relies entirely on pay to win or waiting time and waiting.
Tutorial was excruciating.
I just want to turn the sound off. Tutorial sucked the life out of me. Deleted.
Toxic
The game is actually pretty fun and it has LOTS of references as collectibles and events. I met great friends and we built a wonderful community. Still, the mods are fallible. They mostly help players that pay the most and hand out bans quickly for everyone else. Speaking of the money, the pay to win players can be aggressive and make the club competition (species wars) pretty frustrating. A club can drop whale packs and take 1st place every week with the bonus resources. I’ve seen a club hold 1st place with strategy leadership and personality. I saw them dethroned by a club that spends 500-1000 when they drop rank to take back 1st. The members harass others. They take advantage of a feature (a glitch that support won’t address) where they can unblock themselves from people who have blocked them because of the harassment. This is also supposed to be kid friendly but these kids are being exposed to chats involving racism/bigotry/sexism/transphobia/bullying. Until the game can fix these issues and treat all players fairly and better balance the competition for F2P I won’t be returning. This is all from someone who played for a year and spent over 300 dollars. It was genuinely a fun a great time but the lack of proper and fair support has made it unbearable.
MODS SUPPORT BULLIES
The mods of the official discord for this game have favoritism towards players who spend a lot of money. These players are allowed to bully others, both in game and out of it, and abuse the system with little to no repercussions. I strongly recommend finding something else to play.

I can’t even open the game! Just downloaded and was excited to play. I have tried redownloading but it keeps “updating” and not letting me play. I don’t have these issues with any other apps. Only this one won’t download and play.
I’m confused
This is one of the most boring games I have every played. I deleted it 15 min after downloading it. Extremely confused by all the great ratings.
Would be zero just like it makes you send 42 times in game for almost little to nothing to adavance
this game is very interesting but very very difficult if your not patient or have a dime to spend, almost nothing but waiting for spend to go or spending money is the only two options this games gives you to play. have fun
Game is awesome but…
The game is simply beyond praise, it is clear that the developers tried very hard. The art of the characters and the world in general is excellent, but the chat screen on half the phone screen is just terrible. And it cannot be removed or hidden. He simply steals half of what the artists drew, it spoils the entire impression of the game.

Good at first
This game was fine at first, but I ended up deleting it. Twice now I’ve logged on and been placed on a new server, and had to start at the beginning. I don’t want to a new server. It should ask if we would like to migrate to a new server, but it should not be automatic. The first time I was able to get my original game back. But this time I just didn’t have the patience to go through the stupid, excessively long, tutorial AGAIN. And I couldn’t open the settings menu to bypass the nonsense and get back to my original game.
A problem
I cannot find the button that let me fuse weapons to form better ones.
Great game been playing since start
The games getting glitchier and glitchier it freezes for several second to mins in story mode and when you get your rocket and the motherboard stars giving quest for items at 300 white tadpoles don’t do it there stealing the money from you it will always offer quests to you that you can’t beat just to take you’re white tadpoles the games becoming more and more broken fix this or the star rating is going down to 1… it was a 5…

Annoying things
Game is a solid okay it will keep you entertained for a while. When picking your character you will have 3 options tho 1 is a joke option which lead me to believe the bird was also probably a joke it is not you will be stuck with the bird unless you switch servers. the chat is impossible to disable and world chat is full of people being annoying or being inappropriate. You can switch to club chat but you can’t turn off the chat so you will no matter what have messages covering the left of your screen very very annoying. Been playing a few weeks probably won’t be playing much more
really well made just not intertaining
I was playing this game for about a day and waiting for something interesting to happen, but sadly i just feel like i was pressing random buttons and reading a whole lot. If you like games like that go ahead!

I don’t understand why it has such high ratings…there’s very little going on in the game. Incredibly slow progression and an non cohesive plot line.
Disappointment
So I played this game for a long time, put a lot of hours into it, spent a decent amount of money on it. It updated 1 day and I haven’t been able to get my save back again. I have tried to email the company about this through the website through social even tried making it seen through discord and I am yet to hear anything back. So annoying as it’s the only mobile game I have played for such a long time that was t boring and I felt like the developers had the consumers at heart. Would be 5 stars had this not happened. Very disappointing.
Edit- Yes I was playing the game for a while and decided to take a small break from playing, after I returned and updated the app it erased all my hard work and save. I was well into the Hellas realm had level 5 evolution on the mutant level 4 the rest with adequately levelled stats throughout. I had if I remember a level 20 or close to mirror for the buffs and a ton of artefacts a lot of which was levelled to max. I was using the wormhole I had reached a fairly high level. I forgot what my star level was but it was fairly high given my progress in the game. I had also spent a reasonable amount of money in the app story. It would be amazing to get my save back. TIA

Stuck on loading screen
The game seemed fun, but been stuck on loading screen for 95% of the time! If it is a server problem, at least mention it
