It logged me out of my account and now I have to start over for some reason
No music
This is a fun game especially if you like rock band or guitar hero. But for some reason, I cannot get the music to play on this app. Also, you have to download a lot of stuff in order to play it but once I figure out how to add the sound, then it should be a great game.

Can’t log in to Facebook
I spent a lot of money on the game and haven’t been able to log in with my Facebook, I wouldn’t recommend using the log in on Facebook since the devs of the game refuse to fix the issue and ignore the players.
Miss on notes when you pressed correct key
it gives you a MISS on notes when you pressed the correct key. It’s frustrating. It’s hard to press, Rhyme Hive is better on this.
Needs a lot of work
This game worked for about three days. Then no matter how many times I calibrate it, it’s still not registering the keys. So I end up not being able to complete the song or challenges. Will be deleting if something isn’t done.
I love the game BUT.. the update..
After this las update I wanted to complete the missions but every time I complete the song it sends me to restart the app… I’m so frustrated, I have great internet connection and don’t know what to do… if you guys can check it as soon as possible please🥲
can’t hear anything
I downloaded this game because I thought it would be fun but it has no volume and I tried fixing my settings but the volume is up on my settings and my volume on my phone is all the way up and still hear nothing so please fix that bug so I can actually hear the music playing.
I LOVE Ateez, but the superstar app needs to be updated
I am SO tired of the pause button popping up and interrupting me when I’m playing a song !! My finger won’t even be remotely close to the pause button but the app still decided to interrupt me with it because it thinks I’m clicking it. It’s interrupted me SSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many times that I don’t enjoy playing the game anymore. I LOVE Ateez and want to continue supporting them through the game but the pause button has me seriously thinking about dropping the app. I can’t enjoy the game anymore because of this anymore. I’ve tried whipping my screen completely clean, literally clearly an inch away from the pause button, and the app still pauses the game for me 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ I’m so tired of it, I can’t anymore
Unable to login
The newest update is so horribly bugged I cannot even login to the app.
Latest Update Deleted Everything
The latest update (December 14th 2023) logged me out and when I try to log back in, I have to recreate my user profile and all of my cards, scores, everything, is gone. Hopefully another update drops today and fixes this, especially after the number of years and amount of money I’ve put into this game.
Fun but--
The game is fun leveling your cards is simple enough but- if you play for Lima while and you start doing good in songs and increase your level to normal or hard I find that it stops picking up your slide notes, I didn’t have this problem when I was spending lots of money on events but once I stopped spending money slides stop picking me up making it impossible to get three stars and in return you won’t be able to fully pass any of the events, but I shouldn’t have to drop hundreds on a game just for an event that only twenty people get to win- guess I will be uninstalling the game very sad.

the layout is terrible, the flashing every time you press a note is terrible. ateez should move to rhythm hive…
B grade card for an R
I purchased an album and got a code for an R grade card but once i put it in, I got a reward for a b-grade card in my inbox instead.

I tried it again I just feel like the patterns are more confusing because of the fact that I’m going to by the tempo and feel of the songs but it has nothing to do with the patterns I’m supposed to be playing so I miss a lot of the hits. The patterns need to match the songs more clearly.

i love ateez and i love their songs. what i don’t love is the issue with ads. it will get stuck after the video has finished playing and you’ll have to restart the whole app every time. this seems to be an ongoing issue that multiple people have commented on and they still have yet to fix it. what i also don’t love is how they continue to push full songs week after week when users have asked them not to on their twitter account. also i don’t love how sometimes the app will freeze after you have finished playing a song and if it just so happens to freeze before the score, your gameplay does not count. so if you 3 star a beat map but the game freezes before the score, then you’re out of luck and the 3 star will not count. this has happened to me one to many times. also the app will get stuck on 10% while loading and will not move past it.

not loading?
I haven’t played this in a while so i decided to play so i could play lemon drop, but i CANT! the game refuses to load past 0.0 and it happened on two different devices, fix this bug i beg
