The new update is terrible.

THERE IS A LOT OF THINGS TO FIX
SSSM the game is VERY pay to win when it comes to events. It’s hard to get the limited theme cards without diamonds especially because the events call for A grade and above. The only way you could get the event cards is if you BUY diamonds or save up, which isn’t easy with a new event EVERY week & the diamonds we get from attendance is very low. Without diamonds you can’t get the cards except for the SINGULAR A card you get from the event itself, it’s even harder when it a group & not a single person (some events only have a B card) or if you upgrade the cards to A from obtaining lower grade cards. I’ve been VERY close to getting the event wallpapers & cards but can’t because I don’t have enough diamonds to buy more cards for the event which is very upsetting because I want to get the items. We only get 10 diamonds in the attendance which IS very low when compared to the Japanese games which has 50 for attendance. Can the diamonds attendance increase please🙏🏼🙏🏼

Ruined reputation
I left a review maybe a month ago about how much of a cash grab this game has gotten and it has only gotten worse. All the fun events are gone. it’s full of quests where we have to spend diamonds (which is very hard to get or we have to spend A LOT of money on) to get SPECIFIC LIMITED EDITION CARDS. absolutely disgusting and borderline PREDATORY tactics from this company. the developers and such should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for taking complete advantage of their player base destroying the last bit of goodwill from the many players that want to keep this game alive and thriving. at this point there is not much that can be done to repair the image you guys have set for yourselves. this level of greed is going to run this game into the ground and i will not be surprised nor sad when that day comes.

I’m boycotting SM because they refuse to protect their own artists. The same artists that they are using in this app to make money off of. They let them receive death threats and punish them instead of the people who sent the threats. The latest thing they’ve done is erase a member of RIIZE out of a photo on the app. Complete disrespect to them, their staff, and the fans. This entire company should be ashamed.

Why Disrespect RIIZE?
This app has recently edited Seunghan out of the “Memories” group photo. It is SO disrespectful to erase someone who is in the song and apart of that era, even if he’s not in the group anymore. There are countless photos of RIIZE without Seunghan, but you chose the one from debut era and edited him out. For what reason? Not only are you disrespecting Seunghan, you are disrespecting RIIZE by trying to rewrite their history. Treating him like he was never apart of the group in the first place is wrong is so many ways. RIIZE began as seven members, nothing will ever change that.

I always love the superstars from dalcom, but I preferred the old version than this one, now this one takes a little of more time to load and before it used to be faster and better, it’s not my WiFi because this game used to work more for me before all the updates of changing how the game look and etc.

why was there no event for Chanyeol’s black out
The app is fun but I haven’t opened it since I gave up hoping for an event for Chanyeol’s black out.
Every sm solo, comeback, and even b sides have events so I don’t understand why black out didn’t have one
If you make an event to get Chanyeol black out cards and to play his songs I’ll open the game again :)

Entire card inventory gone after update..
I haven’t played the game in a couple months because sometimes I get busy with life and forget… I’ve signed back into my account and all of my cards are gone, I’ve dropped real money on this game and had the entire nctdream event pack as well as other limited edition cards. For some reason there are random cards in my inventory but nothing else. I’m so confused and disappointed.

Terrible Loading Times
It takes the game (and all Superstar games for that matter) an unacceptably long time to load. After redownloading this game, it lasted 45 MINUTES on the loading screen and drained 30% of the phone’s battery. The loading times, especially on first startup or whenever there is an update, make the game unplayable. Not to mention YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD EACH SONG INDIVIDUALLY on top of these terrible loading times. What does it even take 45 minutes to download….. No mobile app should take that long

Every time that I try to log in since the update yesterday it kicks me out the app and when I log in or delete and redownload it it still kicks me out of the game.
Fatal flaw
I really like the game, it can be casual but a grind-y game if you like to do so. It, in my opinion is a bit of a pay to win but i like it casually so i dont care.
The reason I put a 1 star is because the newest update for "minor fixes" is because now i cant get past the loading screen, i have tried my Internet, storage and etc but its not any of that. It closes itself and now i cant play it. Please fix this

The buttons are small, most often they are not pressed. There is no speed selection. You can't buy cards. Much worse than Rhythm Hive!!!

Great Game but has major setbacks
I’ve been playing this game for more than 7 years now and I’ve loved every aspect of it from the limited themes to the holiday rewards. I’ve seen this game throughout the tweaks and bugs (even spent some money on this game) and recently I was randomly logged out of my account. I wasn’t aware of anything and I’ve been attempting to log back in for the past 2 months now and haven’t been successful at all. I’ve emailed the hotline, the “Customer Service,” Dalcolm Soft has yet to respond to me. I’ve enjoyed playing this game and I was even one of the top ranking players. I am highly disappointed in what happened to me and reading the reviews, I can see that I am not the only one. I personally refuse to restart my whole account because that’s giving up too much time, effort, and money just to play a game. I don’t know what happened to my account and I request to be informed and educated about how to get my account back so I’m writing this review hoping for an answer.
