The latest update (December 14th 2023) logged me out and when I try to log back in, I have to recreate my user profile and all of my cards, scores, everything, is gone. Hopefully another update drops today and fixes this, especially after the number of years and amount of money I’ve put into this game.

Progress gone, Support not responding
Had an account with my email but now it’s saying that that information is incorrect. My nickname is still in use, but I can’t change my password or sign in at all. Contacted support a few days ago and have gotten no response. I’m so over this and I don’t want to commit any more of my time building an account only to lose access because I haven’t logged in in a week or more. Edit: Yeah me trying to contact them went ignored. Had these issues with several of their games and I’m not going to waste any more time when my progress is just gonna get trashed if I got more than 3 days not playing.

I don’t know what happened but I haven’t gone on the app in a couple weeks and when I went to log in again all my stuff was gone and they made me make a new account. I just want my Monsta X cards back

I had an account until it locked me out. Now it won’t let me access my account anymore.
Time and money wasted.
I have spent so much time and money on this game and I have gotten so so far. Until one day it logged me completely out of the game. (I logged in through facebook, always with no problem). I tried signing in using my facebook login information, the information I signed up with, but no luck. It would try to make me create a completely new account. It would keep doing this over and over. I contacted support over 5 times and they said the same each time, automated messages each time, no actual help. I never signed in with an email or dalcom ID and they said that I did, and didn’t help me get my account back. I spent hours and hours trying to log back in with no luck. I am so upset because I worked so so hard and was so happy with how far I got. I deleted the app and I’m not getting it again. Very very upset.

Why did you guys deleted my profiles T.T
I played this game everyday and I spent like 4 hours a day on this game for several months. Then, I was so busy and had to focus on my study so I stopped log in for one month. I knew the fact that when I stopped playing my rank would keep dropping every week but that’s fine. Which really not fine is all the cards included the R cards that I had played really hard to get full themes ALL GONE. Now I log back in my account, only my username is there, everything else gone. I enjoyed the game, and I even wanted to play it again when I have free time but this made me rate it one star!
Where is Wonho?

so i got the game and i tried to play it but it wouldn’t let me play the actual game i tried to redownload the game and it still won’t work for me but all the other companies games worked for me so 🤷♀️

I’m really upset that you guys lost all my data. I put so much work and hours into the game and it looks like I may have to start all over again. I lost a lot like everything and all those events I worked hard to clear. It’s all gone. I don’t know if it’s even worth having the game anymore if I have to start from scratch and lose my attendance streak as well. Why bother since you guys messed up.

I have played all of the superstar games and i’m pleased with them. They are very addicting i will admit. But it bothers me that a member was taken out of Monta x. I know Wonho recently left the group but that was recent you should still make cards for him since he was a big part of the group. I am a Monbebe myself and it just makes me sad to see Wonho being excluded him from the group. I would rate this a 5 star if he was put in it

Notes are disappearing while I am playing.
This game started out alright but what I have noticed fairly recently is when I am playing songs (especially on hard), notes start to disappear as im touching them. For example, I just played Monsta X's Find You and during the start of my slide, the note suddenly disappeared and the game told me I missed the entire note. This has happened on many occasions and I would like to have the issue fixed please.
Doesn’t load
I just downloaded the game today. I’m a fan of MX and the Superstar games. Everytime I go into the app, I get the loading screen and then once it’s done it’s thing for “loading” it freezes on the screen with the artists logos scrolling by with no sign of it actually going and setting up the game itself. Idk if this is a me thing or an issue with the app, but I am greatly disappointed as now I can’t play.

I just updated the app and all of my Wonho cards I worked to hard for- in honor of Wonho- are gone. I know y’all can’t do anything but if starship sees these, bring Wonho back, you all are losing profit because of it.
In addition for an actual review- out of all of the superstar apps this one is by far the slowest. I always sit at the load up screen listening to the worst menu music on loop for minutes.

i really like the game but it’s the scoring that makes me upset. whenever you do a song from your fav artist, it scores you really low even if you have no missed or even if it’s all perfect/super perfect. and it’s only like that for some / most of the songs
Crashes
I love this game but it keeps crashing at 99% loading when I try to play, my mom is having the same problem on a different phone and account. We can’t get our login bonuses and finish events if we can’t access the game. Please fix this !
It is a fake game
This is pretty much a fake game. It has the same features as other superstar games and it is in general fake. Don’t get this game, it will waste your phone storage.

It’s funny how the option to actually play the game is hidden behind 20 different menus. This game is just koreaboo bait. The charts for the songs are fine but everything else is complete garbage. The card system is way too in your face. The game lacks basic options like to change the note speed and to play vertically. Playing this game horizontally has to be one of the worst experiences, the perspective gets completely messed up, notes move WAY too slow, and the screen is way too cluttered. On the new iOS, you constantly are swiping over to other apps by mistake. Once a song is failed the menu options are available immediately, meaning the note you were about to press is now the “bring me ALL the way back to the main menu” button. It’s a shame that music like this is brought to the rhythm gaming scene in such a sloppy, unprofessional way.
Not the best
I’ve played all of the Superstar games and this is the worst one to me. The game design is the worst. Compared to the others, it lacks in quality. It has things, such as, a premium pass that lets you get moving and talking cards but I wouldn’t pay money for it.

Loads too much
I’ve been waiting for this game forever until it’s finally released. One problem is I’ve been for the entire minute for the game to load. I just want to play the game but won’t let me able to play. It crashes a lot in my least personal problems with this game. I hope you fix this immediately. I want to play the game at least once.
