Trash Game
Dealt with an EXTREMELY RUDE admin. Honey was VERY unprofessional. Refused to help at all. I lost my guild because of the system and tried to contact someone about it, but that admin blamed me for this. Nothing could be done about it. I contributed the MOST out of EVERYONE in the guild, but to get booted out like that just hurts. I quit this trash game. Refuse to spend anymore money if the staff are disrespectful towards players. I read through some reviews, and someone else ALSO experienced the SAME rotten attitude from the SAME person named Honey!
I played this game since the pandemic, and to be treated like this is sickening to me.
They allow devil worshipers to destroy my guild I spent a lot of time over years (I cannot believe this happened so I’m very unsettled by this all). Some inappropriate users and scammers are in this game.
I submitted a request multiple times only to get ignored. They have some wings that fail to fly even if you paid hard-earned flying permits! Absolute waste of time getting 90 or more flying permits just for nonfunctional flying wings!
Leaving this trash game with staff who treat long-term players poorly!
This game genuinely has ZERO care for the player base if their moderator is THIS rude and disrespectful, giving responses full of attitude!
I used to care a lot about this game, but it’s time to move onto better games than this trashy Sweet Dance game!

Greedy
This game is greedy as phack. Even with 5k diamonds, it’s impossible to get all the good items from the eggs. Just another pay to win game with cute outfits locked behind paywall.
Log in button not working
I logged out of my main account to switch to my other account, but I can’t log in! My password and user are both correct because it’s saved into my device but when I press the “log in” button nothing happens… I even tried registering a new account but the “register” button isn’t working either!! So after all that I tried using the “sign in with apple” button and when it was “logging in” it started to load forever!! Please fix this glitch I really want to keep playing
Customer service
The game doesn’t have properly customer service email, everything needs to work via Facebook or Discord. I had bad experience with the admin on Discord server that named Honey, so unprofessional that he didn’t solve my needs as a customer with full of his attitude. If you can’t train your staff how to assist customer, don’t make them your staff or you lose customers. I spent thousands of dollars on the game to get disrespect and ruined my day with bad customer service. Furthermore my problem has still not be solved yet…..

Downloaded & played this years ago, thought I would check to see if it still exists. To my surprise it does. I quit playing after it began charging hundreds of dollars to my mom's credit card after making one small purchase of gems. This game can & will charge you for microtransaction after microtransaction in order to drain you of your money without noticing. Do not give in to the predatory nature of games like this & purchase anything with real money to climb the ranks. Better yet, don't download this app at all.
Locked my account after spending 200
I have not played in couple weeks go to login like I always do to buy new stuff and they locked my account after I been playing for a year and spending a lot of money on game no email no nothing of why I’m locked out but they let players be nasty and have sexual content and more on here
Literally no instructions
The game doesn’t tell you how to get items when you do press the how to get button it’s completely blank. The only thing you could do is login and capture elves. Raise them get a crew basically get married level up dance or whatever and that’s about it you cannot get titles or special titles or you can’t get items under the swap event in the login section you can’t even get the items because it doesn’t tell you how to get it. It only shows you how many of the item you have which is so dumb you can’t really do anything because it has no instructions on his game so it honestly is useless and you can only dance like outfits and that’s it.

I was just on SweetDance today and I accidentally deleted my account. I went on the happy dance option, and I wanted to start over that one and it deleted both the sweet dance and happy dance one. Great game for adults, definitely not for kids. The chat is horrible, it is NOT 9+ like the app says.. please monitor your kids and make sure that they’re at least 14 and up playing this. 😔😂

The game is great but has major bugs with the updates. I remember when I still had my account all my friends were talking about how people were losing their accounts due to how major the updates were and how it was in a way glitching the game. Unfortunately I was one of those people and lost my account. I might remember the password but forgot the username, however I know the display name to look it up. My accounts display is “Emma?” Please if any developer is reading this please please help get my account back I have spent hundreds on this game. It’s been around 2 years and I still think about this game, it’s still such a good game that I don’t mind spending money on but without my main account I don’t see a point in buying anything else. Fixing the game error: When I try to launch the game, it keeps loading and I can't get in.

hard to get items now
Ive had sweet dance for about 6 years maybe (2019) Ive lost a few accounts and items but, some things i have noticed while playing this game for all these years is the fact that, back then they used to make it easy to get skins for your avatar, like dresses, hair, faces, shoes etc. But now its like impossible to even get one thing without buying diamonds. I feel like it’s totally unfair. Its its mainly the reason no one plays it anymore. Its just hard to earn and get anything so people just dont bother. Anyways thats my review.

The reason I am writing this because I’m concerned about the baby clothes I know some people that can’t do the treasure season because it only has two event the need gems to get the clothing but the other two is gold and coupon why don’t you just make the treasure season more gold and coupon instead of gems because there some players that can get them even they have a kids and wants dress them up it kinda a boomer to see that ..

As a person who has played 3 years here is my review.
Positive: Cute fashion, pets (elfs) and great music options to play. The player base is surprisingly huge. Kinda grindy but there was some rewards you can get that are good.
Negatives:
Theres a ridiculous amount of h*rny groomers/p3d0s on here due to the match making dating part of the game, the app should not be rated for 9+ ages.
Bad censoring system, still. Both in the photos on your profile and words.
The gacha has gotten pretty somewhat awful than in the past, you can do 100-200+ pulls and not get the item you want.
Now, I am seeing a bunch of not age appropriate fashion clothing in the gacha egg system.
Side Note:
Apparently everyone or most people who have an old account cannot login anymore recently, you should fix this as soon as possible since they’ve most likely spent a lot of money. (Including myself who has a level 61 account)
Please make another way to contact customer service than by facebook.

Not bad but not great
Over all it’s a fun and cute game. It’s too expensive and has a lot of not child appropriate content for Apple to rate it 9+ the mix and match outfits are cool but they could do more updates and listen to its player feed back on ALOT of stuff. But admins are helpful.
I like the game for the gameplay not for the cash grab
I like the gameplay it’s fun but there are more things I don’t like about the game as a whole that I can list off the top of my head, for example not having censorship in the chat and eggs not dropping permanent clothes unless you spend a lot of real money. I’ve seen another complaint about censorship and how adults in the game behave inappropriately in the chat that everyone can see!!!! For example cursing, bullying, and sexual behavior are all examples of what these adults are saying in the chat that, ima say it again EVERYONE CAN SEE!!! Of course not everyone in the game is an adult and some of the players are minors, so why is it that our complaints about having censorship to prevent inappropriate behavior from adults just being ignored by those who take issue with it, Next, thing I wanna mention is that the drop rates of the eggs are extremely low, ima a free player and I ain’t trying to spend hundreds of of dollars on a game, let’s be serious, I can do 5 dollars but even with that I still wouldn’t get anything for permanent unless I decide to spend more. If you aren’t a vip 13 or higher and aren’t willing to spend a lot of real money at all, this game isn’t for you. This game isn’t all in your face about spending money but it definitely implies it. I know every game needs money but it’s just too much of a gamble to spend money on this game then to not at all, you would be saving your time. Like why would I spend my real hard earn money on eggs that I probably wouldn’t even come close to getting permanent, like who would pay real money to get a clothing items aren’t even guaranteed to drop for perm, and it most likely wouldn’t even show up at all. When did we pay for diamonds to get clothes for 7 or 14 days???
