If you ad extra data it will run out very quickly. I have been with t mobile For 5 years and I am very disappointed in this time to move on to a different company

Useless for customer service
It’ll be terrible when they decide to go all digital. The customer service on their chat is the worst. Their associates have no ethics. However, if you call a real person, you actually get somewhere.
Switched to T-Mobile two weeks ago and it’s been the worst mistake in a while. Nothing has worked at all. Their customer service has broken more things rather than fixing anything. This broken app was the cause of many of my problems that keep snowballing.
Update: after speaking with a T-Mobile rep about my review, I have discovered that not only is the customer service on the app incompetent, but incredibly dishonest. Seriously, do not use this app for customer service!!! Call a real person instead!

Horrendous
The home internet here is god awful, and I'm not really sure what prompted me to even attempt to become a customer here for that.
Destroyed International arrival experience
It used to be so simple to arrive in a new country and to upgrade to a fast data package. It was beautiful. Now, by requiring to download this app first on a slow data connection (it takes 2 hours and 20 minutes), that beauty is now ugly. Very bad choice. Please revert back to the old way.

Every time I want to use T-Mobile it asks me to update and I do and the next time it asks me to update all over again. Please correct.

Sign up for paperless billing, port your number out… can never access a bill again! Can’t see your final bill, nothing. Can only go to the physical store IN PERSON if you want to see it.
Trouble as soon as I signed up
The app continues to go back to the log in screen after my credentials are entered. Customer service either transfers or hangs up. So far this insight to our future business relationship makes me want to immediately cancel this service before my phones even get here!
Worst app of all time
All I want to do is pay my bill. That's it. The old app did just fine. I don't want to look at deals and TMobile Tuesdays, I just want to pay my bill. When you go to the account details it says "this section is under construction" and it's been that way since this app first got released. So unless you're genuinely interested in TMobile Tuesdays and the other rewards programs you're better off using your browser to pay your bill, because that's what the app opens up when you try.
Worst App, Worst Service
You can't even use the chat feature for customer service. You are forced to call some incompetent person who can't help you. I'd never recommend this service to anyone.

You guys force use to use this app for EVERYTHING, and the app barley works have the time. Seriously it’s ridiculous. I’m trying to simply update my email

Nos dijeron que si nos cambiamos de compañía nos iban a dar 3 líneas por 100 dólares y 3 teléfonos gratis aceptamos pero al segundo mes me llegó una factura de más de 700 dólares porque según uno de los teléfonos no entra en la promoción tuvieron que pasar 2 meses para que nos dijeran eso cuando pudieron a ver lo dicho en el momento de la compra ahora tengo que pagar más de 700 dólares solo por cambiarme de compañía telefónica estaba mucho mejor con la compañía anterior nunca tuve problemas asta ahora
Glitchy and Unreliable
Was trying to set up WiFi. Gateway worked great but the app kept getting stuck in a loop, then erroring out. Even after having support form TMobile it didn’t fix anything. You’re also forced to use the app to set up the WiFi and there is no other way to do it so I was stuck
As awful as the service
Theres never been a worse app. The performance, speed, and reliability of the app match that of T-Mobile service overall. Terrible.

The home internet aspect of the app is the absolute worst. I hate it. I detest using it. It’s slow. It rarely works. It’s garbage.
Missing time stamps
Missing the timestamps makes t-mobile very inconvenient, especially it is not possible to access the timestamps in the app t-life. After using t-mobile for so many years, I am thinking about switching to another carrier.

Constant updates, harder to pay
I used to really love this app. I could open it up and pay my bill in one click. Now every single month when I go to pay my bill, I have to install an update and then I have to hunt down the payment button. So annoying.
Terrible experience
I had a cart and was ready to check out. Oh it wants me to create an account so I do that & verify then go back to checkout and sing in but then it won’t let me move forward without giving them a T-Mobile number specifically but I don’t have one because I’m trying to check out but wait I can leave a review and go back to the Verizon window. Whose idea was it to make it hard to sign up online? Oh & the app offered me a free iPhone 17pro with trade in but website is free iPhone 17pro no trade in needed. Does it look like I want to play games with you? No way I’m trading in my phone. If I continue I’m getting the free phone or I’ll pay more at Verizon just to not put up with shady games over price. You’re dishonest in my book and what an experience.

Locked Out
Created an account for a new business internet line I just got. As I am setting up my internet equipment the app keeps asking for login through face id. After 10 minutes of use I am once again logged out. I tried to login and my account was locked. I called the number for customer service and they said they don’t have the ability to restore access. Forced to wait 24 hours to regain access that shouldn’t have been locked out of is a deal breaker specially for business accounts

I’ve never had a app where I’ve run into bugs and glitches so constantly it’s almost like they’re dedicated to introducing a new different bug every time you open the app. Trash trash trash cannot be overstated. Rather use the us postal service than T-Mobile

Customer service said the minimum expected speed was 140 download. That’s my absolute MAX and it’s a miracle if i hit that. Typical download for me is 14-70mbps!!!! That’s 1/10- 1/2 of the MINIMUM speeds “offered.” Stuck in a plan with a tablet and other phone line but have tried in vain to cancel or do something about the embarrassing internet speeds here. The 5G home internet simply does NOT work as advertised for me. Be very wary.

The absolute worst customer service out there they make Xfinity look good. You will get routed to India in the Philippines, every single time where their agents will lie because they don’t know the answer and don’t know how to do that and then they will hang up on you if you ask for a supervisor. The only time you will get an American agent is if you threaten to cancel your service. T-Mobile knows they’re outsourced agents are so horrible that they will automatically route you to an American agent if you say cancel in their IVR system, but we are not worth American quality customer service any other time. Their billing tactics are dishonest. they literally doubled my bill for paying my device off early? Most companies when you pay off a device your bill goes down but mine doubled and I couldn’t get a single straight answer from any of their ridiculous 3rd party contractors in India and I had to threaten to cancel with a supervisor to finally get someone in America who saw the problem. T-Mobile swears they’re the best and that they’ve got great customer service. They are not the cheapest they are not the best. I have dead spots everywhere and even their biggest competitor. Verizon is $55 cheaper a month than T-Mobile’s cheapest plan we are canceling and going back to Verizon

My phone getting super hot using this app, and God forbid if you need to contact CS chat support from the app, the typing/chatting is so glitchy it’s unbelievable.

Well, I got on the phone three hours ago. I’ve made seven phone calls to T-Mobile seven out of seven have been disconnected. If this is how T-Mobile treats their clients I’m ready to cancel.

T-Mobile T-Life cuts-off older 16.7.15 iPhone Customers
Terrible. Need T-Mobile Tuesday VERSION that SUPPORTS iOS 16.7.15 Updates are worse than throttling service, NOT all Tmobile customers have the latest device or ability to download every iteration of iOS App UPDATES. This is for access to T-Mobile Tuesday promotions, not access to Pentagon papers! Other tech teams are savvy enough to create “older version apps” or separate bill pmts from games. You have the technology! Stop trying to hustle customers to BUY another device. That said, more consideration needs to be given to older version iPhone CUSTOMERS, so that we too can participate in Tmobile Tuesday. I have been a loyal Tmobile Tuesday customer 12 years, so this abrupt cancellation of my ability to access T-Life Tuesday perks due to the latest ios 17 Update is totally disgusting. This lack of CONSIDERATION for longstanding customers is a disgrace. I pay FULL price monthly for my T-Mobile Services and should receive full benefits of the T-Life perks regardless of my iOS 16.75 Version. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling App to No Avail. Locked OUT! Total scam. Customer Service reps are condescending.
Issue of not showing time of calls in call list
This sucker app, after the update, it no longer shows the time of the inbound and outbound calls in the account usage’s call list, which is used to show. The app sucks!
“Something went wrong on our end”
App rarely works with the same error message. And even though it’s “on their end” and they can’t find the issue they still charge you a service fee!

These reviews giving rave reviews have to old as Methuselah. Just migrated from Verizon with a seamless app to this trash T-Life is drudgery. Too many flaws to name. This app couldn’t have possibly been thought through or planned to completely to compete with big carriers like Verizon or AT&T. It’s rushed, likes planned and sloppy work at best, worst than buggy, basic log in issues, can’t find items or says error try again later frequently. On every page prompt; and many times app won’t load when just trying to log in. “You can’t be serious T-Mobile?” “This is all we get?” I’m only two days old on this network and app. It’s complete total t-life trash…. I will miss the Verizon flawless in app experience now …
