Needless additional items
Don’t need all the additional items just want to get on and pay my bill and my bill is due in a couple of days and it’s not even showing that I can pay it like it was on US Cellular.

Useless junk
I’ve tried to get or change my security pin, it is just doesn’t work. Now going to store in person instead of doing my work.

I can’t update my profile email on the app settings it take me to a browser window to the online site but it will either not load up (just takes me back to main account page) or it will load up and when I try to update the email it’ll say error. Please fix this asap!
Does Not Work
This app is not set up to work correctly for customers. When I try logging into my account, it cannot be found but when I try signing up I already have an account. I tried using the AI chat bot to help me with my issues and it just told me it understood that this is frustrating and wished it could help. When I look at my home page and click on previous bills, the page continuously loads new pages without loading the material for the page. I asked to speak to a customer service representative and I was given the phone number to shop for different plan options. Ir recently moved into a new place and had heard good things about T-Mobile Fiber but I am already considering changing and it has been less than a month. This had been the most frustrating app and service in my entire moving process.
Lies- AT&T will give you a freee phone
AT&t has free phones, not T-mobile. I have 1 more month and i get a free phones from AT&T. I was told the free phone deal is for online purchases only- it took 2 hours for them to sign me up- not 15 minutes like you advertised. You sell phones, but have none on hand to sell, everything was a waiting experience. 2 days to get a phone delivered??? Terrible experience you gave me. I can’t wait to leave you for AT&T
Refund
I was with Tmobile on their veteran plan for 4 years. It was great. My only qualm is that when I switched to Mint Mobile, which is one of Tmobile’s partner networks, I had an over payment on my account and I have not received a refund 4 months later. I’ve made phone calls and went to the store and was told it would come in check form but nothing. Just lost credibility for me.
Report device found
I reported my device lost on Friday 5/1 I found it on 5/4 & tried to report it in the app so I can have my service active again however it keeps giving me issues where it will not connect my device back. FIX THIS!

There is no reason why the T-Life app should be well over 600 MB in size. Storage isn’t free and I could do most if not all of this on your website. Please respect people’s available storage.

T-Mobile tried to develop a fully functional universal app, integrating all features, ads, and web pages. However, generally speaking, full functionality also means a lack of features.

Customer service
The app only allows you to upgrade and pay for a higher phone plan. It won’t let me downgrade my plan. It tells me to contact customer service through the app and then it won’t load up a chat page. It just keeps time by me out and sending me back to the AI. It’s so frustrating. Stop trying to upsell me on stuff when I’m trying to cut costs. All about making the customer independent and able to do it themselves. Bs, it’s only that when it comes to me spending more money

I was with T-Mobile eight years and they charge a lot after that even I don’t have two connections which connection they add my account I switch already spectrum I pay everything before I switch.

This app does not properly reflect accurate account balance. It doesn’t manage accounts accurately and allows payments and transactions that should not be allowed!!
Change plan
I changed my plan with a billing date of the sixth of each month. I keep getting harassed for payment earlier than the sixth. Would you please take a look at your records? You will be able to verify my May 6 June 6, and so on and so forth date when a payment will be automatically withdrawal, please correct your records.
The connection is very poor
I do not recommend this mobile operator. I pay $50 a month, yet the internet service is very poor. I am located in downtown Seattle, and my signal strength shows only two bars out of four. After using 50 gigabytes, the internet stopped loading altogether. I do not recommend this provider to anyone.
Can’t view or download billing details on app
There is no option to view or download billing details in the app. The guide on the T-Mobile website is out of date. On top of that, you can't log in via the website because it keeps sending you back to the useless app. So, you are forced to delete the app.
Dropped calls
I’ve had service with T-Mobile for about 9 months now. Since DAY ONE. Dropped calls left and right. I travel in mid Michigan for work and need service. I had AT&T previous to us and switched due to better deals and supposedly being the “best network provider”. Well in this 9 months of service I’ve had roughly between 100-150 dropped calls with family, friends and customers. I’ve called and talked to them, I’ve gone into the store and they always blame it on my new iPhone 16 pro at the time. They in fact thought it was so much the phone that they gave me a brand new one to fix the issues. That didn’t do anything and yet the issue is still the phone? Oh and not to mention the “price lock” on the bill. Well the lock is so good that our bill is different every single month! I AT&T wasn’t the greatest service but I had them for over 5 years and had maybe a handful of dropped calls. Now here with T-Mobile it’s a fun game to see how far you can drive right in the middle of a big Michigan city and drop a call because you dropped to 1 bar or their famous satellite mode. If I could give less than 1 star I would but that’s as low as it goes. If you don’t really go anywhere and you stay home the service might be good for you maybe but if you’re like me and have to drive around for work chances are you you’re gonna drop multiple calls every single day
Glitchy
App is really glitchy. Trying to scroll and navigate through the app is extremely difficult. Sometimes the back arrow isn’t present and I have to close the app to get back to the Home Screen. It’s definitely not seamless and I preferred the simplicity of the previous version. Even trying to order a new device or update my address has taken longer than it should. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

Constant forced push notifications
I have every single notification disabled in the app and I’m still getting constant (many a day) unwanted promotional notifications. Deal mean nothing when someone isn’t in the market and constantly annoying them isn’t going to put them in your favor.
Stupid app
Useless stupid app. It send me notifications even in do not disturb, all about some nonsense it wants me to buy. Who the hell do these people think they are? So now I'm deleting it. And will look for a carrier that respects my wishes. Good job driving away this customer. Now I hate T-Mobile as a result.
Spammy and Not Intuitive
They shoehorned the kids watch gps app into this advertisement ridden spammy app. None of the instructions for the watches are for this horrible new platform and so it’s all a giant guessing game to get things setup and settings adjusted. I see less ads on a free version of streaming services than I do here.
Hardest app to use ever
As a customer with a company that has six phone numbers with TMobile and two Internet locations I feel like I waste my time trying to use this app or communicate with Tmobile on the Internet. It always requires a phone call and being that the numbers are a business. I have to talk to the business side. Waste 30 minutes trying to get through.

Customer service sucks
I’ve been a customer for 16 years and for the past 2 weeks my phone and internet will not get 5G! My home internet speed will not get over 10mbps. I’ve called customer service multiple times and got the run around. They keep doing the same thing over and over like it will fix it. I got a new gateway and it didn’t help. They are about to lost a customer.

This App Is Joke
I was told to use this for T-Money managed by T-Mobile. As I found out after spending at least one hour, T-Money simply doesn’t exist inside this App! Is this some kind of Joke by T-Mobile? This is not the first time that T-Mobile has done a very poor job on something which should be done simply in my past experiences.
Lied To About Promo’s
Switched 5 lines From AT&T to T-Mobile 1st week of January and promised total of $400 per line. It is April 26th and I have not seen a dime.

You manage the tracker thru this app, tracker is such junk, just stops working randomly at times when you need it most and the battery life is very bad it lasts like 3-5 days depending on its mood and that’s with all battery saving activities turned on. Wish I knew what I was getting myself into prior to being locked up into this for 2 years

Whether it is the Customer Care number, the app, or the website this company makes it damn impossible for you to pay a bill. The 1 800 number is buggy, the app is not even set up yet for you to manage your account or make payments within it, and the website is just as buggy as the 1 800 number. This company is making billions of dollars a year and they cannot get a functioning phone number, app, or website??????
T-Life app not connecting to active account
A lot of issues and no one can solve the problem. App is literally not working! The onboarding and app experience is not reliable. Despite having an active line, the T-Life app does not function properly and account access is not available. This makes account management unnecessarily difficult.
