I love Taco Bell, I love the rewards, I love the food. But no matter how many times I try to place an order, it simply does not go through and stays on the loading screen until it tells me that there was an issue processing the order. I’ve have gift cards used up as a result, orders duplicated, and just a whole flurry of issues. This didn’t start happening until December 2025 and it’s been an issue since, even with deleting and reinstalling the app. PLEASE FIX THIS. I want to use my rewards and gift cards!! I wanna place orders directly through you instead of DoorDash! Pls and ty!

It let's you order Taco Bell, it is what it is. Rated one star because it auto plays a video or an ad with music that stops whatever is currently playing. I'm already using your app to feed myself what I know to be garbage, don't hijack my audio output.

Why do I have to submit a ticket or anything?! It’s barbaric and severely inefficient, at this point just have me mail a letter to cancel an order I made
App is broken
Anything that comes with a sauce requires you to choose what sauce before you place your order, but the app no longer actually lets you pick your sauce. So you can’t order.

Whoever the idiot is that decided the gigantic screen wide button at the bottom to be ‘go to cart’ instead of ‘add to order’ needs to be obliterated immediately.

Two years and still they haven't fixed the location issue
For whatever reason the app sets it to the literal farthest location to where you're at and while there was more than ample amount of time to cancel the order, i tried to, and they didn't help me whatsoever when I tried to call. instead of helping me they told me there were no refunds and i went home with an empty stomach and two dollars less.
No cart or checkout
For about a 2 weeks the app doesn’t have a checkout or a cart, if I click to add something it doesn’t work I’ve tried deleting the app signing in and out pretty much everything and the app is still broken

Stop shoving ai down our throats
For some reason it sent me to a location 15 minutes away instead of the one nearby and then when I got there a had to speak to an AI for my order that didn’t even work.

I used to be able to edit rewards protein for my order. That got taken away. Then It came back. It’s gone again. If I can’t use my rewards why use the app? This is so frustrating.

can’t process orders
for some reason i can’t process any orders that are over $20. i had two luxe boxes with a free reward taco and some cinnabons. every single time it told me that there was “a hiccup” with my payment process. i went through 4 cards before taking off the free taco and THEN it decided to process the payment…. for 5 minutes. ridiculous that this happens every time
Update is awful
Did the update and now can not add any of my favorites to my order. Says they don’t have that item. I can go in and order the item, just can’t save my modified ones. So disappointed

Downloaded the app to get a free menu item currently being advertised and the offer never showed up on my account

The last two times I ordered delivery through the app my order was stolen. Ever since reporting this the app has not worked. The first of the two happened in December. I placed the order and got notice that it had been picked up much faster than expected. A while later upon noticing the delivery driver hadn’t left the restaurant I attempted to reach out to check on them. All messages and calls went ignored for nearly 45 mins before I gave up. Since it was marked as picked up, I wasn’t able to cancel and ended up having to file a dispute with my bank. The second was about a month ago. I placed an order that I promptly forgot about. After about an hour, I remembered to check on it. Finding that the order was still only marked as ‘received’. I contacted support who told me to call the store. The employee at the store told me that location didn’t offer delivery and to contact support to change the location. Support told me that employee was full of malarkey and to call back and ask for a manager. The manager proceeded to tell me that my order had been picked up a while ago and she had no idea why her employee told me they didn’t offer delivery. Ended up cancelling that order and filing a complaint. Ever since then, every time I try to add an item to my cart for delivery OR pickup, it tells me I have reached the max quantity of that item. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, cleared my caches, hard reset my phone, changed VPN’s, logged in on different devices. Nothing works. The app is obsolete and unusable now. What a huge bummer.

This app was cool then I noticed my points just disappeared one minute I’ll a bunch of points then I go to use them and they’re already gone like damn I only get a couple weeks to use them or I lose them that’s crazy

I used to think the app was okay but now it is unusable! Every time I select an item it’s like the app didn’t even register that I added to cart. Heck, I can’t even find the shopping cart anymore to try to even check out what I attempted to order. Fix your app!
unbelievable
I just opened and used this app for the first time under duress. I was trying to place an order for a quesadilla. I went in remove the sauce, put it in my bag. The next thing I know it’s forcing me to sign up. I sign up do all the hoops and hurdles go to pay for the order and I show up and they hand me 12 Cinna buns. How the hell does that happen? then I go to contact them there’s nobody to call. There’s no way to contact someone all they’re doing is allowing you to leave feedback which leads nowhere the world that we’ve created in 2026 is a huge cluster hump of stupidity and all of us just doing what everybody says. With no recourse or no availability to get satisfaction when you were wrong the electronically this is ridiculous.
HORRIBLE APP, SCAM ME $63
Tried to order breakfast and for the first time ever it said issue with my payment, but my credit card was still charged 3 times for a total of $63 and no food order was placed. I’m out of money and no food. What a scam!!! You need to do better and fix your app!!

APP DOES NOT WORK
This app does not work AT ALL! No matter what I do - delete the app, reinstall the app, use a different device -it just will not work. I can’t add ANYTHING to the cart to save my life. I tap the “add to cart” button and it just does nothing. The only way I can order now is either at the actual restaurant or go to their website which sucks because I can’t use my rewards that I have on my account. This has been like this for months now.

There’s no purpose for making a mobile order app when by the time i get there, i am told to wait and pull over for only two items
Complete Joke
App makes you jump through hoops and forces you to join rewards and allow/enter all sorts of personal information (beyond just a name and CC) just to be able to place an order. Per the app, guest checkout is only available on the website, but the website also requires a login to order and didn’t even work when I created one. I’m glad it took so long to fail to order so I had enough time to remember how much I’d regret eating Taco Bell.
Multiple never-delivered orders, no way to contact support
It's become an issue where my orders were never delivered and there's no recourse. For example it estimated that my order won't show up for 4 hours, but I can't talk to support to cancel it / figure out what's up

The app resets your default store after an app update even though you’re right next to another store ordering. Big flaw. No refund. Forced audio that takes over your music. Forced screens like you’re on Temu.
