I figured out fairly quickly that the site is padded. Seeing the same people but different pictures in different locations. It’s so blatant that it’s insulting to the users. Literally any other app will do better than this!

If you’re looking for a nasty hookup (not shaming ppl who do, i mean from completely disrespectful and nasty people) then this app is perfect for you. There’s absolutely no way to filter anything without paying for “premium” features that should be complimentary. Like age or distance restrictions. Yes it ask for a preference but the app completely ignores those preferences entirely. I set my age and distance to certain limits and was still shown 60year old or older disgusting minded people. There’s also no way to stop direct messages so my inbox was flooded with nasty provocative messages from old geezers who completely disrespected my asexuality. “Oh you can block and report those people” yeah i tried but having to spend 30 mins to an hour every single day blocking hundreds of messages is so not worth it. I joined the app because I thought being asexual, i might have an easier time finding my person but this app is a complete, offensive, joke.
great if you want a long distance relationship
why is it showing me guys 2000+ miles away when my distance slider is 20 miles (the lowest they let me set). i don’t have any interest in talking to people i will never meet in person i want to meet guys into trans women near me, in a very queer friendly city. no wonder everyone i know says not to use this app.
edit: the developer has responded stating that this was caused by me running out of results. that is not what happened at all. i created a _brand new account_ and barely got a single swipe in. i live in an area where millions of people live within 20 miles of me, in a very queer area. i was bombarded by hundreds of messages from people across the US and when i tried swiping i noticed i was being shown people who liked me from across the US rather than people local to me. i can not only recreate this and record a video, i can tell you how to recreate: make an account as an attractive straight/bi trans woman. you will be immediately spammed by men messaging you from across the US and when you go to swipe you will be shown their profiles rather than profiles of people near you. it will also be basically impossible to manage messaging people near you having to deal with the fact people from across the US can message you and many of their filters that make this easier on you are a paid feature.

they randomly adjust your age and distance filters, sometimes immediately after you readjust them back to what they were. there is no way of stopping them from doing that unless you have premium. they also allow anyone from any location of any age to send you paid for messages, causing women to be constantly bombarded with messages from creepy older men. they put people who are most compatible with you behind a paywall. they constantly send you unnecessary notifications, a lot of which being blatant lies. i’m not joking, they literally send you notifications saying that you matched with someone or someone messaged you even though they didn’t. and god, don’t even get me started on how buggy the app is. it literally slows to a crawl and starts constantly freezing after only like 20 minutes of having it open.

Safety features are hidden behind a paywall. Ai feature turn themselves back on and auto message and auto like profiles you would NOT be interested in. Constantly adding more and more basic features (being able to see bios, being able to send pictures, etc) behind paywalls. Preferences and filters change without input and change again when set back.

I got banned for making a terrible joke because I got tired of dealing with chasers on this app. No matter how many times I try to get back and completely not have a sense of humor or defend myself from chasers. They keep banning my accounts. I do not recommend this app if you’re trans, find another app. I would leave zero stars but it is not an option

limited likes, pay to see who liked you, once you run out of likes they throw somone really worth liking at you and you cant click em (everytime) and when they reset your likes they take away the one they tease you with before you can click it, alot of the people supposedly worth it are premium and you need a premium account to click em. idk just a money scheme theres some real people but mostly not unless you pay, thats what it takes to date online when you cant go out nowadays i guess, pay pay pay.

I went there as a bisexual women to look for other women and only ever get liked by random old men hundreds of miles away. The entire “queer” part of it is not there in the slightest.
REMOVE THE ACTION LIMIT
There shouldn’t be a Action Limit on this app at all. Especially since I paid for premium, I should be able to message and scroll with no limits. Fix this please or Else.

Almost half of the app is locked profiles. 'Curated for you' I buy Taimi Bronze and it actually made it worse. I only get 1 Special Like a week (Ruins the entire search) because half the freakin profiles are locked by the app! Terrible

Everything on this app is relatively decent, except for the fact that no matter what I do, it keeps extending the filters I purposely put up for things like age ranges, and distance from me. If I tell your dumb app that I don’t want to see anyone that is under 24 and over 30 miles away, then that means I do not want to see anyone that is under 24 or over 30 miles away.
They apparently added a feature to lock the filters but it literally doesn’t work lol.
I genuinely don’t understand the mentality behind this. It’s not making me want to stay on the app. It’s not making me want to continue looking through potential matches. It’s making me want to delete the stupid app.
Also, the app has a lot of performance issues and freezes a lot.

The $19.99 subscription was already pushing it with the features it came with. Now with the latest cash grab they lost me for good. Thanks for showing those same curated people in my regular swipe feed. Knowing it still cost towards my daily actions weather I skip or not

Why does it change my filters automatically? Why are you showing me 18 year olds when I want to see people I. My own age group?! (30s) Why is your awful app messaging for me? Not worth your time and effort
I been on and off of this app for awhile and it’s not getting any better. I’m ts and there are barely to no men who are looking for something meaningful. It ghost sends messages without your knowledge and random guys can message you at any point without you even liking them. My age preference is set to a minimum and i still have guys younger than me send messages how is that allowed??? not to mention the functionality of the entire is just confusing!

Do not waste your time or money, majority of profiles that are attractive you have to pay to see only to never get a reply or like in response. It’s just a catfishing scam for them to charge outrageous prices for in other apps would be considered basic features.

first time trying it and it stopped working after a few likes, its like it removed the options i had at first. it mimics tinder but it has a paywall gimmicks. you’re limited swipes per day, then paywall to do anything else. paywalling basic features like swiping, seeing likes, chatting, is why im fatigued of dating apps. pointless coming back here
Ripoff
I canceled my subscription way before the next charge but they charged my account anyway. Be careful with these scammers. Be careful of their lower tier subscriptions also. Same access as the free version. Too many better apps out there. Terrible company.

90% of the time, profiles of attractive users come up as a "curated" profile and you have to pay to like/swipe on them. Their algorithm quite literally ranks people and charges you to interact with them if they're hot

This app seems to be an absolute disaster. Every basic function available doesn’t connect you to anyone. I think I was able to send 1 like a day? The matches I received were all 200+ miles away (I set miles to 60 max, I live in a big city)

if you are actually looking to find queer people i’d look literally anywhere else. i get that you can’t accurately “check” if someone is queer or not, but Taimi is a perfect example of a space that was created for queer people but was taken over by heterosexual men. not just that, but most people are genuinely grimy and bizzare. i would never recommend this app.

I decided to give this app another go and now I cannot even like a person’s profile or send a message without the app trying to force me to pay for the gold subscription. At this point the app is unusable and a waste of time and money.
Do not get this app
This app sucks. They adjust the filters outside your preferences even if you adjust them back the way you want them. They don’t accept just any picture either I tried adding one of myself and they did not allow me to add it. They add good looking guys to get you to buy their membership. Customer service don’t even care when you have problem and if you escalate they give the email where they don’t even respond. Don’t waste your time or money on this app.

It limits you on everything. Even when you pay over $40 for the subscription. This is easily the worst design, ever. I’m so annoyed with it and honestly want my money back.
