Horrible just horrible
Worst experience ever. It won’t let me place a cash order and when I used a credit card it blocked my account. I used 2 other accounts with different cards and it ended up canceling the payment and blocking my account. I called and waited for more than 45 minutes with no response. The app is filled with embarrassing bugs and I wasted 2 hours of my life on this pile of garbage.

Long wait and bad app settings
App does not work properly, orders were late for more than an hours many times (though location is close) and I didn’t manage to get the claimed voucher! I can’t even open the “pro chat” and this has been happening a lot lately, even with the app up to date! My experience is getting worse and worse with Talabat! I had to switch to Deliveroo they seem a lot more reliable!

This is the worst app I’ve ever used.
I am experiencing an unresolved issue. The amount was deducted from my account, but it has not been credited back or refunded.

Charged twice for something that never came. Unless you’re premium you can’t get in touch with a customer representative. So they only allow people with “money” to have access to their company.
خدمة العملاء سيئة للغاية
طلبت مطعم ولما وصل الاكل كان غير صالح للأستخدام الادمي حرفياً، الدجاج محترق والبطاط بارد، لما خاطبت خدمة العملاء قالي الموظف نعتذر وراح نرسلك قسيمة بقيمة 1 دك صالحة لمدة اسبوعين فقط🤣، علماً بأني دافع 4.5 دك وما اكلت لقمة من كثر ما الاكل سيء.
Misleading advertisements by Talabat
Very disappointing experience. Talabat advertises promotions and special offers that are not actually available in the app, which is misleading and creates false expectations.
Customer support is slow, often fails to understand the issue, and usually responds with generic messages instead of real solutions. Complaint handling is also poor, with unfair compensation even when orders are significantly different from the advertised photos.
The service quality keeps getting worse, and customers deserve much better transparency and support.

قمت بالشراء عبر تطبيق طلبات من بيتزا هت وفي كل مرة يصلني الطلب بارداً او غير مكتمل أو ناقص او فيه تغيير وقدمت شكوى عبر الاتصال ولكن لم يتم اتخاذ اي اجراء فقط خصم لي من البقالة لمدة محدودة .. وانا لا احتاج الخصم ولن استخدمه.. واخبرت الموظف بذلك

Food is always delivered so late. Even if the food is ready no driver to deliver so it end up coming cold

Diabolical customer service
I use this app in Qatar. Delivery times are consistently wrong. Drivers are pushed to their limits. Customer service is extraordinarily wrong on their delivery estimates and insincere. Lots of talk, zero action.
Getting worse than before
The app is giving wrong updates on order status, showing order placed for 50 mins, then showing arrives in 1-15 mins then showing order is confirmed after all this time isn’t realistic, orders taking at least 30-40 mins extra than it should take and no it’s not always peak hours and talabat riders are always on the streets during the day so it’s not lack of riders but the management or system has been changed this year to worse! I hope it recorrects soon or it will loose a lot of loyal users.
Charges are way too much
They charge delivery charge and service fee, what is the service fee for , no one knows.
Customer service used to be good, if you had a problem you could talk to some one , now it’s via the app.
Still they have good offers but many items that belong to talebat mart are bit more expensive that others and others supermarkets. I already use others apps more than talabat.

worst feed back and customer service ever suddenly my profile closed all the points and information just gone and when i try to reach to anyone all i get us ai support that doesnt even help my situation and when u try to sign in my profile again it say that in sent me a confirmation number but when i check i find nothing been sent

Very bad service.. If you have a problem with your order, they won't be able to resolve it because they can't fix the issue before you arrive at the restaurant. Therefore, it's easier to order the food directly from the restaurant rather than having them charge you for a service that isn't provided.
