I wanted to try this app to avoid drives to exchange houses to make transfers to my family, however, it says you’re on the waitlist and we will let you know when you’re off the waitlist, this has been going on for more than four months.
Fortunately, my banking application now offers transfers without having to drive to any exchange house so problem solved this app is not helpful at all

No puede cambiar el nombre o el lugar para hacer el envío y el dinero se pierde ya no lo regresan

Sucks
First of all, my account got suspended after I sent money to Pakistan for charity works. Tried to call the customer service, waited an hour and he was rude. He did not help at all, promised to resolve after a week but it’s been a month nothing happened. It happened multiple times!!!! Like oh come on! Tried to call another customer service to close my account did not help either!! Just use other apps. Do not trust this app at all!!!! No zero star for this so I gave 1!!!

Worst Customer Service
Abysmal service and total incompetence. The agent actively refused to process a legal cancellation request for a delayed transfer, repeatedly ignored my requests for a supervisor, and shut down the chat to avoid doing their job. They are using deceptive stall tactics to trap my funds. Unprofessional, unethical, and completely useless support. Case has been reported to the CFPB and my bank for fraud/dispute.

This app wast your time I set up the account and sent $20.00 just for them to suspend my account so can not use it when trying to send the same person I want to sponsor to come to the USA money for medical they stop it and will not allow it to go threw after they get a copy of there Visa card showing there face in the Visa card with a picture of there face beside the Visa card they hold in there hand to identify themselves to who they are you account will be suspended for a operator to unsuspended, but not allow any money to be given to the individual leaving them for dead !
Es una pésima aplicación
Te bloquean la cuentas por la nada , cada ves es es bendito problema que molesto es eso, querer hacer una transferencia y que te bloqueen la cuenta sin motivo, en las publicidades que hacen en las redes sociales dicen que esto es instantáneo y no hacen esos bloqueos , pésimo servicio , atención al cliente duran una eternidad para responder , par una emergencia esta gente quedan mal a cualquiera ni los recomiendo ,

i'm going back to WISE! Process is slow, except for taptap taking the funds out of my bank. Debit card payments are instant, but not the deposit into the receiving account.
Unsuccessful transfer plus poor customer service
I have a serious issue with my transaction. I tried calling customer support but it takes forever for someone to answer the call.. that’s very annoying
Rembolso
Los primeros envíos todo perfecto, pero últimamente la me está re reembolsando los envío sin que yo lo solicite. Llamo a soporte técnico y me dicen que aparece que yo lo solicito. Pero yo no he solicitado ningún reembolso. Después de tres horas. Me llega el mensaje de qué el dinero ha sido reembolsado por no sé. Y tampoco me dan una solución.
Era mejor sin comisión
Antes no cobraban comisión ahora cobran 2 dólares de comisión
