No la usen es una advertencia te retienen el dinero por la cantidad de tiempo que ellos quieran y no responden con claridad, es prácticamente un robo.
DONT USE THIS APP ‼️
So, I tried to send money to the Philippines and then when my cousin tried to go and pick it up, they said that there was no recipient/receiver written. & then I tried to contact customer service and nobody is trying to help me all they gave me was excuses. So, if u don’t want to go through a hassle. I would recommend Remitly app and I have been sending and using them long enough to know that difference between the two.

The sequence of transferring is not in good sequence. Should show everything in one page before sending. Confusing, the way you set it.
Remitly is better
Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Even after giving all docs they still find issues in the limit increase.

Podía usar mi llave para enviar dinero a Colombia, ahora debo pagar una tarifa para hacerlo. Inclusive aún pagando la tarifa no puedo mandar dinero porque Nu Bank no está en la lista. Qué mal que no informen primero acerca de estos cambios y que desmejoren así el servicio.

Antes funcionaba, ahora es un desastre. Envío dinero y nunca llega a tiempo. Las transacciones se quedan retenidas y toca esperar una semana o más para que devuelvan el dinero.
Si estás enviando dinero es porque se necesita urgente, no para que lo congelen. Esta app te deja mal y sin solución rápida.

Scam, not legitimate
I tried this and they contacted me asking for personal details and financial information. Also said that you could not send money to yourself if you were not in your home country. So if in Thailand and your home is UK they said you could not do it.

Poor customer service
They always hold your transaction and ask to verify the card. When i contact customer service and Victoria customer service exec. said its our process. Then she canceled my transaction and close the account. Totally unprofessional
