Not a single setting works.
None of the settings to limit notifications work. Turning off notifications from members doesn’t work. Turning off notifications for pictures, comments, or messages doesn’t work. Not even turning off notifications works. I had to turn off notifications at a system level to stop getting hundreds of unnecessary and unwanted notifications.

Why new messages at top???
Literally, the only app where new messages are at the top. Why are we going against the grain of every other user experience on the market. Please fix this. It is well deserving of five stars but I just can’t give you those five stars when you feel the need to do something different just to be different. How does it make any sense for newer messages to be on top when literally the operating system of the phone both android and Apple has messages that are new at the bottom.
Great app when it works
Very glitchy. All of a sudden today all the messages and comments on our group “wall” have disappeared. We keep trying to post new messages but they also disappear.
Behind the times
This app is so outdated, and you never get notifications of messages unless you open it. Very annoying and frustrating.
Worked great until recently
The app has gotten super glitchy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I cannot always open up the dates for my group to RSVP or other times, it spins and spins. Please fix!
Age minimum
It doesn’t say the age minimum on App Store or TeamReach so either add it or make it so YOU CAN ACTUALLY USE IT AS A KID for cross country ,track, etc
No confirmation on remove is bad design
Today I was reviewing one of the people that had joined my teams group, and was adding his son’s name as that’s how I identify the parents and their children. I accidentally hit the removed member, and he was just gone. No confirmation I really wanted to remove him of any kind.
As an app developer myself, I can tell you this is absolutely horrible form. You never ever let a user blindly delete something without making sure that that’s absolutely what they want to do and that includes removing them from a group because I can’t go back and add the person back without them going through hoops. This is dumb.
I will gladly modify my review when you fix this obvious giant gaping hole in your process

Paid user
This app is no longer working. If not continues I will have to move my team functions. I am regularly unable to get data for prolonged periods. I need to check the group the night before and just get a spinning circle. This is new on the past 6 weeks.

Glitchy & Frustrating
There has to be a better way to sign up on the calendar than scrolling to kingdom come-and then it bumping you all the way back to the top , and you have to do it all over again! Not to mention, it stalls out constantly. What is going on?
No one can join the group since the new update
This app has worked really well until the recent update. Now people can no longer join our groups. Please fix this.
Not impressed
This morning the app went down. When it came back up I had to reset my password. After multiple attempts it was unsuccessful because the 4 digit confirmation code was never delivered to my email ( not in inbox, spam or junk). Very difficult to connect with support.

Decided to update in the middle of an event out of town and I was unable to communicate with my athletes
Unprompted Updates Make app unusable
Good news! You’ll be unable to access your schedule or chat/comments because the app will start an unprompted update blocking you from viewing info. It remains unavailable for long durations with a screen saying: “Updates in Progress will be completed in the next hour…”

Bugs
I have missed very important message way too many times from our Coach because the messages won’t load. If you click Forgot Password, it won’t send you a code. I updated it today and it. won’t show attachments. Uninstalled it and now it won’t let me back in. There are too many bugs for this to be reliable!
Updates causing app crashes
After recent updates I am unable to use this app ..it crashes upon startup every time it is opened. This poses a significant issue since now I can’t access new information about my child’s teams.
Missing a key feature: waitlist notifications
Overall decent app. But they need to implement an alert that indicates when on a waitlist and moved to participant. This would drive more traffic to the app and save the hassle of trying to remember which events you are waitlisted for.
Not “Easy and Intuitive”
Good luck figuring out how to send a direct message. I absolutely hate this app and can’t understand why so many clubs/teams use it. Interface feels like it was built in 1999 and never updated.
Poorly designed
Threads are confusing. New comments are not always displayed first and comments to existing posts appear as new comments. Have to join groups multiple times because the group disappears from list of groups joined. After rejoining to access the group, you will see your name listed multiple times due to having to keep rejoining

Functional, but the app is a mess
This app provides basic functionality, but it suffers from some serious problems:
The timeline is a mess. Between threads being updated that are days or weeks old floating to the top, to really terrible image handling, to alert flags that don’t update properly, this app is a painful UX. The name they decided was cool for this app tells you a lot about the sophistication of the developer.

Found it’s target audience, still janky
This app really found its niche well. But basic things like sending a message still consistently fail without any reason. The reliability of this app for me is becoming a joke. I would champion an alternative that worked and focused less on ads over UX

Notifications not working
I’m not receiving immediate notifications even though all settings in the app and iPhone settings are set to immediate and banners are set to persistent. Also, when a new message occurs in FB Messenger, for example, it displays a number in the upper right (or left, I can’t remember) telling me that I have a new message if I don’t hear the notification. TeamReach does not have this feature and I have to click into the app to see if there is any mew activity. Many times I’m not seeing it until days later.
Missing messages
So many times our team will get a post notification, but when I click, only like three old photos will show up. This needs to be fixed as often times, I’m missing out on important notifications.
Doesn’t work
I go back to see when practice is and the messages are gone.

Downloaded and tried to create account a few days in a row and just kept getting an error message. I also had a group code I tried to enter but that didn’t work either. Not sure why I’’ unable to create an account.
Clean up old events
Nice but can’t get rid of all the olds events and no way to sort so that the new are on top
It lied about the age requirement
The App Store says 4+ but when I put my birthday in it said, “you are not at the minimum age requirement to make an account/ join a group”.😡
Blurry Picture
All profile images are blurry. The quality is very bad. I will 5 star if that is fixed.
Could be great, but annoying slow for key features
OMG please fix this app so that the number of attendees is instantly accurate in the list view vs having to wait 15 seconds for the correct numbers to update. And much worse when is the long wait (30+ seconds) for the list of attendees to display. This is ridiculous. I submitted feedback several months ago and they responded like they were unaware. Seriously? Try using your own app!
Not very modern
Would really like to see the chat function overhauled and brought into the 21st-century. It is very rudimentary and unintuitive. It has many limitations that you just don’t see in today’s chat apps. But this app really hasn’t seen any significant development for years. So I don’t really know that the developers even listen or care.
Here are some examples of what I’m talking about:
You can't like or react to comments.
You can't reply to comments, you can only reply to the original message. You should be able to choose a comment, react to it, or reply to it in an indented thread. TeamReach messaging has such bland and basic functionality.
You have to hit the "# comments" link to reply to a comment, or you end up making a new post, which happens very often because it’s non-intuitive.
Comments are ordered with the most recent at the top. You only see the most recent 2 comments. To see more, you have to know to hit the "# Comments" link, which isn't even clear is a link.
You can react to an original message (not any replies/comments) using 1 of six TeamReach-proprietary emoji - very basic and limited.
Uploaded pictures and files are detached from the messages/threads that they are uploaded to. So when you go to look at pictures and files, it's just a scrollable list, with no context, no way to comment on them, no way to like or otherwise react to them.
There is zero search functionality in TeamReach. Nothing. Nada.
The app automatically signs you up using your full real name and doesn't give you an option to change that during the sign-up process.
It costs $9.99/yr to remove ads, which I don't have a problem with, and I pay it. But that fee is required of everyone you invite to your TeamReach group and there is no option for the group owner to pay for no-ads for the entire group.
All of the above has been suggested by many people for years to the TeamReach developer(s?), and nothing ever gets improved. All they say is, "We'll get them to our project management team." What project management team? There's no evidence that any meaningful development is being done with this app for years now.

Terrible UIUX
Non intuitive. Comments flip from newest to oldest. Just a hot mess all around. Notifications not consistent. Don't try using this on multiple devices.
Bumping out
I’ve been trying to edit an event and it keeps bumping me out. I also tried creating a new event and it also bumped me out before saving. So frustrating!!!

Not working
I am a wrestler and this app is every useful but it just stopped working and giving me updates out of nowhere I really hope it gets fixed
Inappropriate ads
Have used the app for less than a year. My grandsons Cub Scout uses it to keep up to date with activities and what is going on. We have started receiving inappropriate ads, such as sexual conduct. It’s an app that children use, so I would expect better control of the ad content, especially for an app use by young children.
Slow
If you don’t have almost perfect data/service the app barely works, sometimes if you click on a notification the post won’t even be there.
Edit frustrations
I love the AP except that you are not able to take out the names of past members and there are no directions on how to do that.

There’s no way to delete direct message . So if you send something by mistake , there’s no way to delete .
