My account has been repeatedly flagged as commercial use, which blocks me from using the app. Looking online, there are thousands of users with the same issue. TV has removed any options for free users to submit a ticket or contact them in any way.

Used to be good… now just geared toward businesses
TeamViewer used to work great… Now they cap you for some reason and kick you off your device and restrict you from logging on randomly. Then, they ask you to upgrade for some insane price only a company could afford. If you’re just a person using an app to connect to a pc/laptop, this app doesn’t seem to work well anymore.
Other users are reporting the same. It seems you can request to get your account “unflagged”, and returned to personal use, but it appears nothing stops it from just getting flagged again despite no change in use (same single laptop sign in, single device usage). Too bad, this used to be a great app. Look up a different option that’s cheaper/free and better.

Useless for personal use
I used to use this app and I loved it to help my old parents with their PC issues, but now that is limited wants 600 a year for that, there is no way I’ll pay that for help my old parents a few times a year

Very shady renewal policy
TeamViewer buries in their fine print that you must provide them with 28 days notice before your renewal date in order to cancel their service. That is completely unnecessary for a digital service, and extremely shady. The company is very much out to exploit their customers.
Constant logout with SSO
I get logged out of the app within 3 minutes of closing any connection. It doesn't matter if the I keep the screen on or not. If I do one small task before opening another connection, I have to log back in. Oh, and the email and password are not saved on the SSO screen even when using the checkbox to save login.
Details matter
This misses the mark working on tablet to computer. The details and inability to consistently click the correct pixel, move, and stay connected fails. It fails. If the home version cannot handle something as simple as clicking circles, being sizing adjustments, I am amazed to think this is being used on an enterprise level.
Don’t use this app.

Unable to use mouse like real mouse on pc.
I connected my Bluetooth mouse to this, and I was unable to use it as a functioning mouse even when I swapped it to mouse interaction mode it didn’t make the movement at all

I’ve been using this software for years, but the last couple of months my connection drops constantly. I reached out to support and got no response.

Won’t work or let me login
I have no idea how this got so many positive reviews. I’ve tried using it without giving them my information but not only do they not let anyone even use it without doing so, it won’t even let me login at all. Absolute disappointment.
Any alternatives?
Paid for a perpetual license and then they decide, “naw, we want you to pay for a subscription now” Very telling to see how you treat your long time users. Greed kills every app.

This app blows. It changes my password to connect every single time even when I went in and turned off the setting to change the password after each startup. I’m away from home having to use it and I get messed over. Looking for a new app

Не могу подключиться ни с компа к компу, ни с телефона к компу. Везде стоят последние версии. Создаю сессию - при попытке входа вылетает, подключаюсь через ID - вылетает. Никаких логов, никакого объяснения ошибки. Никаких туториалов нормальных нет. Только could not connect to partner и This account uses third-party authentication. Просто кал.

This app is so unreliable from mobile, the clicks are unreliable and the connection has always been poor, but recently they now kick you from the session after a minute of use so they can inform you that they charge $600 a year for this service that many many many others provide for free. What are these apps that do this for free? Parsec or anydesk - both more reliable and free to use. I hope someone reads this review and is like “oh thank god.” Your welcome

They claimed I was using it commercially. They said I may have used a WiFi from a coffee shop or something and made it look like I was using it for a business.
I tried to start a new account and only put my home computer and my wife’s computer which are in the same room. The same thing - I was using it commercially.
They DO NOT want people using it for free anymore because they are loosing too much revenue but by law they have to offer it for free.
We all need to turn them in !!!!!

App is no longer working after last update. App will not launch, keeps crashing.

This app was working perfectly fine connecting to my 2012 Mac mini and then stopped working after the latest update. The app opens, scans my face for Face ID, and then automatically kills the app. What happened??

Flagged my account I've only ever used for myself, not even giving IT Support for friends and family, as commercial. Common TeamViewer, you can't be that greedy!
$700+ for Mobile Support
My guys use some Trimble survey gear in the field. I figured I’d get a remote license to help them when the time comes. Time came and I went to sign into their unit, turns out it’s considered a “mobile” unit. They wanted 3x more per year for support and a Whole bunch of things I don’t need. No mobile only support. Huge rip off. Will not ever use these guys again. What a joke.

No longer free for personal use
I’ve been using teamviewer since I was 13, last week they changed the license without warning
30 second session limit for non-commercial license?
I don't know why TeamViewer suddenly decided that 30 seconds was enough time to get anything done. Sure, I use a free non-commercial license just to pop around my home machines, but that's a bit ridiculous.
TeamViewer is not worth it anymore
Remote access now is only 20 seconds for non-commercial connections. Shame!!!!
Keyboard not working in iOS
I was using for home use and have close and open the app multiple times so the keyboard of my iOS works when I click keyboard button and suddenly the panel of options just disappears making even a disconnect impossible from the iPad, I have to click on the computer’s end to disconnect. I have been unable to do anything productive lately due to this issue.
