Shady advertising
I downloaded this app just so I could leave a bad review and then delete it. The fake stories used to promote this app that appear on Facebook are predatory, manipulative, and flat out false. Using lies and preying on people’s emotions to promote an app is absolutely disgusting. I would never even consider using this app based on the way that they advertise alone. If your app is really worth having, you wouldn’t have to lie to promote it. Shameful.

“Handmade” App but Pushes AI Generation.
This app was originally brought to my attention as an Etsy replacement for those tired of overwhelming amounts of dropshipping and AI content on the platform. Admittedly, I get overwhelmed by social media platforms, and never properly got into it. Just to check the app and see that they’ve implemented a built in AI Generator. For an app that claims to be “Handmade” to allow AI content in general is absolutely garbage, and the fact that they have a BUILT IN generator is a laugh in the face. AI is using stolen data and destroying the environment, but yes. CLEARLY an app originally made for artist and makers WANTS generation based on stolen data with no consent nor cooperation for the real creators. Be so For Real, Tedoo, and do better about actually standing for what you claim to believe in. Immediately deleted my account and am deleting the app. Don’t let them fool you.

Flooding Social Media W/ Fake AI Stories
I had downloaded and signed up for this app in the past, but have since deleted it since noticing they are flooding social media with fake AI stories and stolen photos.
Every group I’m in on Facebook is constantly full of engaging AI generated stories based around stolen photos that have been around the internet for 5+ years. A good app should be able to speak for itself without enlisting people to spam Facebook with their fake stories. Most of these posts are also very emotional, family members passing away, mistreated women, etc. to get peoples attention and gain comments. What a gross way to grow a following for your app, by manipulating people’s emotions and straight up lying for advertisement.
I scan every long post before I read it now for the words “Tedooo app” and almost every time end up skipping it because it’s clear it’s nothing more than a cheap ploy for engagement and advertising.

I disabled all push notifications and still get spammed with many notifications a day. Will delete this app. So annoying!

Phone number
Downloaded the app and was putting my phone number in so that I could create an account and it says that my phone number has already been used. How can this be? This is the first time I have ever downloaded the app. Please fix this so that I can use the app.
Stolen work
They literally just stole my post, artwork, and caption! Complete theft of my art and intellectual property. This whole app is a complete fraud, do NOT support these people.
Cool idea horribly exicuted
Great idea, Awesome community. Horribly executed and ran. If you’re just a tiny cricut crafter it’s perfectly for you. Cant have variants of products, have to literally create every cataloged product by hand. Sure you can try to use your Shopify or Etsy CSV 90% of the time they don’t work the other 10 percent it don’t bring all the info so you’re still editing every product manually. No mater how many people complain about it they are more worried about updating “horoscopes” or “ daily motivations” and meaningless nonsense “channels” . If you want a crafting FORUM this is definitely for you. And the pro subscription is a Joke do not pay. Waist of money this.

Not user friendly, have had multiple technical issues and support is NOT helpful. No sales, I’ve gotten plenty of fake interest. No ads to draw in customers to our shops. Not user friendly to scroll and shop as a buyer so it’s no wonder they have so many issues.

I've been trying to join some chat groups for days, but the app's bugs won't let me. I've tried everything - updating, restarting, reinstalling... nothing works! So, I reach out to customer service, hoping for help. But instead of assistance, I get accused of breaking the chat rules in those groups! Can you believe it? I've never even sent a single message to those groups, let alone broken any rules. The incompetence is staggering. First, your app doesn't work, and then your support team makes false assumptions and accuses me of wrongdoing? Unacceptable! Fix your bugs, and train your support team to actually listen to customers. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and my frustration) elsewhere. RUN AWAY FROM THIS APP PEOPLE! You won’t make any sales here anyway.

I can’t get back in
I LOVED this app… past tense because the app logged me out and I cannot get logged back in. It’s super frustrating because I know that I linked my Facebook to create my account. What’s worse is that I’ve already set up my shop and everything. I absolutely do not want to start over. I can’t get my app to let me log back in and I feel stuck. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app multiple times. Literally nothing is working for me to regain access to my account 😔
Not worth the price
Stay on as a free user… I signed on paid the fee and only got one sale despite posting consistently… it’s great if your a buyer but def not for sellers. Waste of money.
Seems like another money play
Seems like the only way to get sales is to upgrade been on here for months claim they have no fees I see exactly why because you get no sales seems like they always trying to convince you to upgrade so you can make sales

Not an Etsy alt
I downloaded this trying to find an alternative to Etsy, this ain't it. The set up of this app is cluttered and confusing. It's more of a social media.
Be wary of this app
This app is super shady and they try to silence people who question their marketing strategies. The platform is rampant with fake account leaving fake reviews on other profiles to make it look like more transactions are happening than actually are. I have been personally targeted and tried to be silenced and I will tell everyone I can about this platform. Beware sharing your personal information with them.
Fishy Marketing Practices
I was on the app for 8 months. I have a hard time believing the reviews from before that time that say it is great an easy to navigate. It was super clunky when I joined. That has improved some in recent months. I only received one sale shortly after joining, and it was from the CEO. I think they make small purchases to get you to stay longer. I tried the trial version of their Pro subscription, but nothing changed.

Thieves
The people who run this app contacted me to purchase my content. They wanted to give me $50 for 5 photos. I told them no. YET, hours later I find that they have stolen my photos anyways and are using them to promote their app. Don’t support these kinds of people who will steal just to benefit themselves. It’s a violation of intellectual property and is not the correct way to run a business.

I really had hoped this app would be great. It’s anything but good! Expect to see the same “PRO ACCOUNT” posts forced down your throats. When you ask how to stop seeing those, you’re censored and removed from “community groups”. If you post about how messed up the app is, you get a bunch of crybaby Karens bullying and harassing you for speaking your truth AND they will censor you for doing so! THIS APP IS GARBAGE!

There are posts from fake accounts sharing other people’s work, things that toe the line of AI-generated art-generally shady business practices that don’t reflect well on the company. Definitely doesn’t want to make me go back to the app, share my pieces there, or attempt to set up e-commerce through them. Just another “new social platform for artists” that’s poorly designed and shady.

Crashes constantly
At first I loved this app, but recently I can’t do anything at all without the app crashing.

There is a lack of transparency with this company and how they are doing business which would make me question whether or not people should be providing them with their personal information.

However, whenever a member of those groups asks a question regarding Teedoo itself or why the group is now run by Teedoo, that member is blocked and removed from the group.
If you look at the positive reviews left for this app, so many of them say the same thing, just worded differently. Also seems fishy. Please do your research before providing them with personal data.

At first I loved this app.
It seems like there’s only crafters on there. The customer service won’t answer my questions and just keep sending texts to me. Not getting any sales and seeing a lot of other girls are is hurtful. Every other post is, “I just got my first order.” It’s all just a bit much. There should also be an age restriction on there. There are kids the age of 11 and under 18 on this platform. It takes a lot to try and run a business at 20 let alone 11.

I specifically have the notifications set so that I’m ONLY notified when I have a private message OR a shop message. However, the app doesn’t seem to see this and notifies me for EVERYTHING. I don’t care to be notified for group chats. I have this turned OFF. But I still get bombarded anyway. There doesn’t seem to be a way to leave a group so once you join, you’re stuck. I have missed orders because I am forced to turn off ALL my notifications. I don’t need group chats as they get annoying. This place apparently has turned into some kind of mental health center. Lately the only chat messages I see are people talking about their sorrows. I thought this was about handmade artisans sharing and selling their work. Where are the moderators to police these sorts of posts?
Obnoxious with the push notifications
I was all excited to explore this site and learn so much from people in the community if not also be able to shop for items…. Then I felt constantly bombarded by the push notifications. I changed every setting possible to shut them off in the app and even on my phone for the app all together… THEY KEPT COMING! I have now deleted the app because I couldn’t take the push notifications anymore. Otherwise, I think it’s a great community. The harassment of notifications is just too much for me.
Ai is not art
Yah I’m not gonna support or put my money towards Ai generated products, half of these people actually use their skills and time and then theirs other people taking 5 seconds to generate this stuff as a money grab and the app itself just uses Ai as the icons. Support real artists and real businesses and screw Ai 👎👎
Notifications and bugs
I got a notification saying that I got my first order, yet whenever I went to try and see this order it was not there (where the orders are supposed to be). I also got a message from a customer saying that she needed to redo her order and it would not let me see this message it would only show it from the outside of the messages. Sorry it’s hard to explain. I deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if it would fix these bugs and it did not work. I’m scared I’m going to miss someone’s order or message. Please fix these bugs.

Give opinion in social media and it gets erased (fake videos for promo)
I was on the app for almost 5 months and no sales. I did promote in every social media and posted regularly in Tedooo and nothing. But I noticed how resin art daily on instagram, posted video of resin artist promoting tedooo with an AI voice repeating the same thing in each video of different resin artist promoting Tedooo. When you visit the resin artist Instagram page, they do not promote Tedooo. They are not in Tedooo because I searched some of them. I guess the resin artist sell their video to Tedooo and they just use it for promotion. I just think is shady to post a video saying that you made a sell or have an order when it’s a complete lie. Someone questioned and I gave my experience and they erased my comment.
