There is no function of monthly payment. They don’t ask about will you use this app? The steal money and don’t refund. Useless app. It’s a big scam. Don’t download it.

This app feels like a virus as no matter what I do I cannot uninstall this app. Plus they dont let you use it for free.. But the most important thing to notice is that it wont uninstall. I have contacted support they never email back. I dont know what to do

I bought this app and use it often. All of the sudden it doesn’t open anymore. How do I work to work or get a refund.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app is a total scam. On the day my trial expired, I contacted their support to cancel. Instead of helping, their system triggered an UNAUTHORIZED upgrade to a $299.99 "Max Plan".
They claim you can cancel in settings, but their app intentionally blocks you with a "Nonce mismatch" login error, making it impossible to manage your account status before they hit you with massive charges. I was double-billed $89.99 and $299.99 on the SAME DAY.
Apple already refunded the $89.99 charge due to this obvious error, but the developer refuses to acknowledge the fraudulent $299.99 charge caused by their own system glitch. Their customer service is useless and hides behind "Apple's policy" to keep your money. This is predatory billing at its worst. Stay away!
Do not trust this developer's response. They use technical glitches to trap you into unauthorized charges.
1. The Technical Trap: I started a trial for the Teleprompter Pro Annual ($89.99). When I tried to cancel, the app displayed a "Nonce mismatch" error, physically blocking me from logging in to manage or cancel the subscription. The developer claims this doesn't prevent cancellation, but it blocked my access to the very account needed to stop the charge.
2. Unauthorized Double Billing: On the same day, the day I contacted their online support, they charged me $89.99 AND an additional unauthorized $299.99 "Max Plan" that I never selected or confirmed.
3. Useless Support: When contacted, the developer hid behind "Apple's policy" to keep the money. Apple has already refunded the $89.99 charge due to the billing anomaly, yet the developer continues to fight the $299.99 charge despite the clear system failure.

Didn’t work proper on iPhone

In-app purchases is their deceptive way to say you must subscribe to use the app-just be transparent. I walked through download to setting up my text just to get hit with their “pay us” screen.

I just got this app and it’s not clear to me AT ALL. I want to record a video on my IPHONE on 4K. Not use the camera in the app. I have NO IDEA how to do this and nothing on this app is telling me how. This is such a huge waste of time. Ugh

No customer service. Bot says they will get back tomorrow after being told all requests are answered immediately. No tutorials.
