Eye contact lip sync broken
Love this app-eye contact looks GREAT but LIP SYNC IS TOTALLY FOOBAR. I hope the team fixes this immediately because I need this and expect for a pro paid app.

Beware of Free Trial!
They said that they would give me a 3 day free trial to the premium but instead immediately charged my card, without my permission! Dont sign up for the "free" trial if you want to keep your money!

The sound quality through this app is really bad. To be sure I tested other apps and tried through a different device, and it’s only in this app. The video sound is static and muffled. I suggest BigVU teleprompter app, so much better.

No charge alert
App said I would receive a reminder before my free trial was up. I received no such reminder and was charged $89 and they won’t refund. Just beware that you won’t get a reminder if you are on the free trial.
Useless after update - ruined functionality
This app used to be perfect, but after the recent updates, it’s become completely unusable. Now it forces a zoom-out just to start the scroll - and once I zoom out, the text either stops or pauses on its own. I have no control over when the script starts or how it behaves.
I’m just trying to record with my phone’s native camera while reading the script - like it worked before - but now everything is overcomplicated and broken. “Double tap to start, zoom out to play” - none of it makes sense or works smoothly.
Please bring back the old, simple version. At least let us disable all this new, automatic nonsense.

You fixed some things and broke others
For those that like you're basic filters or ai background I'm sure they're happy but I didn't and you took key functionally away by not letting me use it outside your app, so for that reason I will not be continuing my membership.

Eerie Eye Tracking
The first time I used the edit tool to enhance eye tracking, I discovered that it gave me a totally different eye color. There was no way to reverse it and go back to the original recording. That was my best take out of about 10 takes and I was very disappointed because I looked like an alien with the new eye color. I can’t use it now because without a doubt, people think that it was AI and not really me. I wish the app had an ability to revert to original in their editing tools.

It was never perfect but use to be better. I rely on the voice activation. It has always just stopped randomly as if its suddenly stopped listening and then scrolls up super fast which is incredibly frustrating.
After the most recent update, when using voice activation, it just stops. Often in the same place. And you can literally shout the lines into the speaker and it wont move. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re in the middle of a good take and it just stops responding and you have to start over now terrified that it will stop again, which it always does. Recently I had to also print out the sides anyway, so that I can switch to hard copy to reference so Im not forced to start the scene over.
When my subscription ends I will try to find a more reliable voice activated teleprompter, as I believe it could be revolutionary for self tapes.

Semi functional
It takes forever to figure out how to use this thing. If you want to do Live Stream. You have to toggle between apps. To get the prompter started. Once you start and get back to your app four or five sentences already passed through on the prompter. I'll probably have to look for another app

I sure can’t find the floating feature. I am not sure if I can even read a teleprompter from my phone-want to use the floating feature and film with my native camera app-looking involved in an auto subscript. Then I am just moving on. It is like the feature is missing from the app. If it is a pro feature I cannot try out without getting a subscription then it would be nice to know that-don’t see a list of feature for any of your paid plans/-you lost me.
Can’t turn the camera around
There’s no reason why I shouldn’t be able to turn the camera around on this app. It doesn’t just need to be selfie facing. I like to talk not facing my face too. Can you please change this feature?

Works well except for two major issues
Please provide an updated version this app where I DO NOT need to have an active internet connection in order to use the app which I am paying for access to. If I am in a location without internet access on my phone or WiFi the app locks up and can’t be used. Or is there a change to setting I need to make? This is needed because sometimes a person needs to make edits and record in remote locations without internet connections.
The other issue is that for some reason when I try to use the app on my iPhone 12 mini I am only able to record in portrait mode with blurred background when NOT in 4k mode. I have reinstalled several times and it doesn’t make a difference. In 4k mode it works fine, but that generates really large files which I don’t need. How to fix?
