Literally every question I got were from bots. What’s the point of this app if it’s not real?

minors and others were bullied on this app harassed anonymously but when we report nothing happened

It used to be good back in 2019 you’d get questions and answers from real people now it’s just full of bots.

I tried to get a free trial!! And they IMMEDIATELY charged me! And now my app store wont let me buy anything because im jot letting a $43 charge go through on my phone when it was supposed to be free SCAMMERS !!!! Waste of time waste of money

I love the ease of asking someone questions with this app, but I HATE the fact that most of the questions are being asked by bots. I signed up for Tello exclusively as a place for people to send me anonymous messages. What I didn't know when signing up is they have bots asking you questions & there's no where to discern if it's a real person or a bot. And the more questions you answer, the more the bots ask you questions.
I have enough stuff to do in my life, so answering a bot question is pointless to me. Like nobody is actually reading it, they just have bots spam you questions to make you feel like people are interested in you. That's incredibly deceptive and I want nothing to do with a company that has bots running rampant for the sake of attempting to generate revenue & keep people on their app.
Hence why I'm deleting it.
I'm getting rid of Tellonym and going back to CuriousCat. I'll return if they remove bot questions entirely or limit them to once a day (and notate that it's a bot question!), but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

This app is trash. Bots galore trying to get you to pay money to find out who they are.
All the profiles that’ve ever interacted with me over a year outside of 1 have been bots.
App constantly wants money, wants access, etc.
Trash, almost malware.
Do not use this drek.

I’ve gotten multiple tells, when i answer and press send it doesn’t send, just loads, pls fix asap.

This app will send its own mean automated tells for engagement.

Their support team never seeks to help their members, they don't even answer.

It was a great app until it started sending me random bot tells! Although i disabled reviving tells from tellonym team i still get loads of them!

After the current update I have been unable to access my Tells or answer them I still get a notification every time i receive a new tell, but I can access or answer any of them I sent a request for help and received a message from there team asking for more information and it worked for a few days afterwards but it is back to not working again. I really enjoy this app but I am saddened that I can’t access my tells. I hope that this issue is resolved soon.

Getting bullied

Please stop the bots several people of my friends deleted the app because of the bots they are so annoying and ruining the app experience for everyone
Even the optional button to turn it off doesn’t work and they are still sending me messages

This app is really ridiculous because y'all literally are letting some account pretend to be the real Jensen Ackles and his wife Danneel this is clearly just some fan pretending to be them because I don't see anywhere on the real celebrities Instagram that they created an account on the app and you're letting some person pretend to be their three kids when it's probably some weirdos pretending to be them and Jensen and his wife's three kids are not on social media and every time I've reported it I have gotten notification saying no violations. Found like that's ridiculous Y'all are so lazy at your job sending me no violations like come on

I can’t see what my notifications from the app say EVERYTIME I go on the app it says “tells are coming update ur profile so people know it’s u” and I try to update but won’t let me do that either.

This app is mid at best. The interface is boring. The design is very basic premium is definitely not worth it and frankly half of the profiles on here are just fake spam profiles with pictures of really sexy girls on them although none of them are real so yeah that about sums up this whole app And any feature that might be even remotely decent is locked behind a paywall. ( but don’t worry you’re not missing much.)

Its big lie and cheating people I pay for plus to see the sender but it’s lie and cheating me

This seems sooooo fake.
Seems to send generic questions to make you feel like there is more activity than there really is.
I’m only getting generic questions none seem from genuine ppl who know me in any way.
I will delete soon if I don’t get real interactions. I’ve even specified not to get recommended to ppl but only thru my personal link.

pretty awful app a lot of kids use to harass and bully other kids anonymously

This app is disappointing because of most questions I received were from bots, not actual humans. Super annoying. And where’s option for setting the profile as completely private with shareable link to access for my audience on other social media platforms

somebody sent me something messy and i wanted to know who it was so i paid for the thing and it has a button saying “👀Who sent this” so clearly you’d think you’d be given the identity of the person who sent it right? wrong, they gave me two idiotic hints instead tb “the sender was or is close to your town” and “the sender almost never sends tells in general” like i couldn’t guess those both on my own? paid $40 for nothing especially since i was gonna cancel this the next day.
