They reel you in with “get three things for one cent but then one of those isn’t one cent until you spend a certain amount of money to earn it as one cent. Can you say, okay, I’ll take it for the $26. That’s still a good deal, or delete that item and get the other two for one cent but no, the whole trick is to trick you into spending hundreds of dollars to earn the discounts. What’s the point? If they were honest about it, it would be one thing, but they very much aren’t. They move the goalposts, oh I have to place a normal prices order to get this crazy deal fine. But it’s not just one order, it’s dozens and you only have a day or two days or whatever to do it. Just a very scammy app.

Absolutely nonsense to make me spin your wheel. Also, it asks me to update my phone number. By entering my phone number it says that it’s already under my account. Please enter new number. I remove this app and never coming back.
Too Many Scam Promotions!
Two days ago I made an order on the Temu app which qualified for a $100 Temu credit. However, I did not receive this credit. I tried to resolve the situation by email, phone call and Temu Robo chat, which eventually got me 2 different agents: Cid and Tina. Neither one was capable of giving me the opportunity to earn my $100 Temu credit. Instead, they gave me the link to a full reimbursement page that was full of gifts, allowances, discount cards, and other annoying stuff. They would not or could not give me the chance to earn my originally approved $100 Temu credit. Most apps and websites try to be “user friendly”. Temu has become “user unfriendly”.

I have made numerous attempts to order and use credits that I supposedly earned. They always processed my Order with full payment and I never received credit. And that’s a shame. Lots of good merchandise that I would like to order over time. But you work too hard to get nothing

Constant pointless games and ads throughout the app. Sometime you just want to browse and buy. I try not to go to Temu because of the unstoppable stream of offers roulettes, offers, zero cost items that just confuses me. It makes me shut the page off. Just bring the main page please. Is there a way to opt out of all these offers? Thanks.

The app said it would give me 8 free items and that I'd get one free item if I bought something over $10, but after I made the purchase, the app chose the cheapest item to give away for free. I only received one item, and then the app made me buy more to get the free item. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
Stupid spinning games
I’m dropping my shopping at Temu mainly because of the very stupid spinning wheel games one must play just to go to the shopping pages and look around. You always win these spins and get the best deals but they are never truly explained right and trick you again and again to keep buying more and more things you really don’t want. You end up paying more money than you expected too with extra charges. There always looks like you’re getting a good deal but after you add it all up in the end you pay much more than you think when you look at how you were charged on your credit card. Big cheats.

Scammers Stores working with Temu.
Temu allowed a store to keep my money and delay my order for days while repeatedly claiming the couch would ship “today.” The product page showed there were only 2 couches left in stock, which pushed me to place the order and decline another available offer elsewhere. Even after I ordered, the item still showed as available for days.
Only after I kept demanding tracking information did the store suddenly admit the color was “out of stock.” This feels like deceptive inventory tactics and intentional delay behavior. Customers should not be pressured into purchases with fake scarcity and then left waiting almost a week with no honesty or transparency.
Very disappointed with this experience and how the situation was handled.

I have never struggled this much with trying to just browse a catalog and purchase stuff that I want. All this app wants to do is make me spin a will again and again and again and again. Can I please just browse your catalog and spend my money with you? I don’t mind spending a wheel now and then, I understand what it’s for. But when all it does is continuously pop up that Wheel and then once I’m done with that then it’s a coupon then flipping cards and then some other coupon and then we’re back to the Wheel. I’m not exaggerating when I say it is so hard for me to just view the catalog and the categories. I did get a couple orders through. But then I kept getting notifications that I was getting refunded, making it sound like my order or some of my order wasn’t gonna come through. But as far as I can tell, I got everything so I was super confused by that! I’m sorry, but every time I try to launch that app and look at something I end up closing it. I know you can care less what one Customer thinks but I will be going back to Wish. I never dealt with this type of BS on their app and I ordered a lot of stuff off their app.

Dear Temu, I love shopping on you but you’re silly visuals has caused me to never like to look at the app because it takes about two minutes to be forced to play fake games that are just for visuals when I would just rather go onto from your app I have now started going back to AliExpress because they don’t have these visuals that have absolutely no bearing on whether I’m going to buy that actually prevents me from using your wanting to buy with your company please take them down or at least have have the choice to not participate because I don’t want any of that stuff you can still offer me the coupons me dissatisfied with your app thank you so much for your consideration for this issue. Prize Money seems a scam
I gave two stars because the shopping is great but on the prize portion of it it kept saying you need 51 more cents and you get 20% cashback on everything on this page so I did a $20 purchase of which 20% of that would be four dollars back cashback, but it only gave me three cents. It did this to me three times in a row. It just doesn’t seem to add up. I was 40 $.53 away $.51 away $.49 away and no matter what I bought it would only give me one or two pennies not 20% of my purchase.
Delivery agents are lazy mf
You guys can do better the delivery agents are messed up and lazy it’s supposed to be a home delivery but countless times it’s even in my bustop I do collect it. To the extent even an agent hanged up saying he’s not coming to my bustop when he is close by. I just don’t get… it’s annoying and tiring. Due to privacy I would have even dropped his number here. If they don’t want to work. They should rest and leave it for the ones that needs the job. That’s why my rating is low
