Temu is not worth it in 2026
Temu is basically just a bait and switch scam at this point. You’ll buy a few items to get another free, and then they cancel the free one. Really disappointed because it used to be better, but now that they have to pay import taxes their marketing tactics have become predatory. Just use another china retailer that doesn’t inundate you with dishonest promotions.

No Merchandise Received
I placed an order and they said remember it’s coming by ship it could take some time. I’ve waited at least a month or two and and during that time, Tom sent me messages saying your items are on the way your items are almost there. So I waited a little longer and then the messages stopped so I keep messaging them saying hey where’s my package and the assistant or the automatic messenger keeps telling me there is no order so where is my order because it never came to my house. This is not the first time I ordered on to move, but it will be the last.
Stop price manipulation , put best selling price on site AND LEAVE IT THERE.

I was recently just on temu shopping, and got 8 “free” items. And added all the items I wanted. Then it asked me to pay $10 to get the items. Which then I did because I thought ten dollars wasn’t bad for 8 free items. Then it told me that the wishlist is worth $53. And told me that if I wanted to unlock the items I would have to pay $53. Which at that point isn’t “free”. This app is a SCAM STAY OFF THIS APP.

Try this app the first time; so annoying with too long promotion before i can shop. Delete the app less than 24 hrs.
Carrot and bait
The app tries hard to make shopping. Looks like a casino game that you always win. It goes above and beyond by playing animations showing that you’re winning something in reality however it doesn’t give you anything at least not for free. The app is full of false promises and tricks to make you order more things and spend more. I highly recommend staying away from this app unless you wanna raise a bunch of money.

Why must I wait through 10 or 15 screens of what amounts to nonsense, with dials spinning and graphics popping, just to use the app? On my iPhone, which is mostly where I use it, my complaint is that it's such a cluttered interface. I wish it would display products in a format like Amazon, so I could more easily navigate my choices.

I downloaded a shopping app not an app that spams 80s low funded sales commercial style “deals” with misleading terms. “Just pick your 8 ‘gifts’ and you’ll get them for free… oh but wait you need to purchase something that’s worth $1,500 in order to have these ‘gifts.”

Read printed words on shirts. Some have misspelled words. I have returned or refunded several items. It is hit or miss for quality. I have shorts and jumpers that are boutique quality. I will order again from Temu. Would like for Temu to include more specific information on the products. Like the measurements for a bag or fanny pack.

I know your rule is, that you have to spend $20, I did spend over $20 buying all the extra things you wanted me to add onto my order, but I didn’t get the initial swim suit that I did want to get. But all the other garbage that you wanted me to order l, we it was being mailed. So I canceled it all cause I wasn’t getting what I ordered. It’s happened twice. After I get these orders, I’m done ordering from Temu. You don’t appreciate all the money I spent on your website. Ordering from Amazon is much better. You get what you order and you’re not pushed into ordering things you don’t want. That’s what that $20 limit is. I just ordered a bunch of things from you guys as usual., However, this is my last order.

i got a pop up and said “coupon bundle” and said “buy 2 thing to get the $400 coupon” once i did ordered 2 things i got a second step that raised the coupon bundle higher and had to buy another thing but i wanted the original one. i did refund it because i’m not wasting more money on more stuff. despite that most things are cheap and i did get 3 things when i first signed in for 1$ but PLEASE make it clear how many stuff to buy total and stop adding extra. just make it more simple is all i’m wanting
Delivery issues and quality
Items ordered sometimes don’t make it to your house and their customer service is basically useless. You get better customer service on other platforms even if you have to pay a bit more. Items descriptions are very confusing and oftentimes misleading.

I have been told for months I will be getting multiple things free I had atleast 1,000 free money supposedly but never got anything. So please STOP. I got nothing except a pair of shoes which stated 8.00 but was chsrged 36.00. No more
