Moved from “Challenging and Fun” to “Nearly Impossible and Demotivating”
I’ve been playing this game for years and I’ve genuinely enjoyed it. I have progressed to a high level and have always been able to advance after learning through trial and error. But lately, it’s become so challenging that it is no longer fun. I enjoy a challenge, don’t get me wrong, but I need to see that I CAN eventually win and progress to the next level. I’m at a level know where the little frozen orb jumps around the board and you have to find its ten match to score- which makes sense, but it moves around so much, and freezes everything to the point where I’m just searching for all remaining pairs to end the game because it’s been made nearly impossible for me to clear the board. It’s moved from challenging and fun, to ugh here we go again- everything is frozen, I’ll never clear the board- so how can I end the game as soon as possible. This was my go to game, now I’m considering deleting the app all together. It’s kinda sad.
Charged twice, received NOTHING!!
Tried to purchase the ultimate package for $38.99 but was charged twice and never received the package, not ANYTHING!! Only contact is for feedback and they won’t reply! Over $80 including taxes! Will be deleting game and requesting charge back from bank!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THIS APP!!!

Game is fun but of every ten minutes, six are spent watching long long ads that you can’t get out of. I am deleting it.

weird scam ads
I downloaded this game & within 10 minutes started receiving scam ads. one included a loud beeping noise similarly to the emergency alert system. upon checking, my phone was playing audio from an add claiming to do a malware scan. I immediately deleted the app because it was sketchy. It’s an ok game.. at least the 10 minutes i got out of it but not worth dealing with weird scammy ads lol
Glitchy
Update: this game was great but now I have to delete. I can’t play more than 5 minutes before the app opens my browser to a site that says it’s scanning my phone. This game is a scam and I’m reporting them to Apple for malware. There is no way to report the glitches or the issue of scanning my phone without my permission. Also the site that says it’s scanning my phone does not close when I exit the site. And yes this is the only app on my phone that does this. Highly do not recommend any games from the creator.

Lied about ads
I really like this game. And a couple of years back when they launched, I paid a couple of bucks because as they put it, I would never have to see ads. Now they push intrusive ads.
No longer relaxing
I liked this game st first, but then I got to a level that the numbers don’t clear when you match them, they just flip to a different number. Now I don’t want to play it. I wish i hadn’t paid for the ad free version.

They’re Ripping me off!
I really like this game but I have reached out several times about a problem and have gotten ZERO response. There are in app purchases - doubling rewards once a month for $4.99 and buying some extra helpers for $2.99 - nothing outrageous BUT - for the past month the game takes my payment but doesn’t unlock what I paid for. I used their contact link and explained my problem TWICE! At this point I just feel ripped off, especially since I emailed (nicely) more than once. Sad…
Designed as a ripoff
It quickly gets you to a point that the puzzle is unsolvable, then wants to “sell” you ways out. Basically designed to get kids to steal their parents’ money from what I can tell. Deleted.

I absolutely love this game, but twice I’ve had a separate Safari page pop open while I was playing and a virus attempted to scan my phone. Super sad to have to delete this game but it’s been a little sketchy.

Intrusive ads through entire experience
I used to play this game all the time but the intrusive pop up rotator ads at the bottom of the screen have stopped my play. I understand the need to watch ads to advance to the next level or to gain perks during play BUT, the ads at the bottom of the screen stop my audio 6-8 times during ONE board. That’s ridiculous and not what the description on your app page says to expect.
no way to exit the X ad
I only got to play for about 20 seconds before the first ad for X. I have no idea what it was because an X showed up to trick you into thinking is was an exit but it only takes you to the download for X app. but when an app has to use trickery and deceit it should be banned. So I deleted the game because it uses trickery ads. no thanks

The game is really fun. The redirects with scareware is pretty frustrating and looking at stop playing because of it.

Love this game
I enjoy this game and play regularly. But I bought weekend package and three days later it took back everything I bought but still charged my credit card. No response from customer service and apple refused to credit my card back. Sunday I won the rush competition got the prize Monday morning. Wednesday they took back prize and gave me third place. Again no customer service response. Game is enjoyable just beware and I don’t recommend buying anything with real money.

Right in the middle of the game, pop-up ads will pull you out of the game and into your browser with messages about security warnings. Real scammy stuff that has been going on for a long time
Was a great game until it wasn’t
I usually try to unwind before bed with an audio book and a game on my phone. This game was fun and I enjoyed it. I didn’t mind the adds between games and even popping up occasionally during the middle of the game but suddenly the game would pause my books and not allow them to play either because an actual audio add was play during game play or just an add at the bottom of the screen had an audio component that would make my book pause. Who wants to deal with that every two or three minutes during a book?!

It won’t allow me to click on the “claim x2 w/ad or the claim prize.
I frequently also receive a message that says there is no video available at this time, so I not only lose the ability to collect the x2 but also the x1.
The most recent incident occurred today.
