Ripoff
$10 a month to view the data I should already own is absolutely insane. I don’t even understand how people are so happy to spend such an amount of money for this data.
Severe Charging Bug
I’ve used Tessie to track battery health on M3P for almost 2 years. Recently Tesla replaced my battery and in the Tessie app I entered the date for when it was replaced. I didn’t notice until an hour or so later that the charging stopped on the car. For the next 2 hours I debugged why the car wasn’t charging. I reset my breaker, soft reset the car; no error codes were thrown and no obvious signs of the charger being damaged- verified it worked with my other ev. I then revoked all access from the Tessie app and charging started to work again. Im sure some forum post out there instructs owners to do this, but I didn’t find it and the fact that this app can cause such a severe bug is anxiety inducing. Cancelling sub due to this experience.
Dishonest app and an immature developer
Essentially you pay to give them data and it not provide you any truly useful info. Tesla makes ownership easy. If you want to pay $13 a month just to see your battery temperature then lose the ownership of your data, be my guest.

Подписываешься, не находит мою Теслу, мне интересно было бы как стороне приложение от Tesla.com, а Tessie должен взять аккаунт Tesla, если просроченные сертификаты то подключить автомобиль невозможно, подписки в истории покупок нет, как отменить подписку непонятно!
Overcharging
The Tessie app has set my model Y to charge at 90% in regardless of how many times I change it continues to reset to 90%. Very frustrating. I’m trying to delete this.

Unusable
I am unable to successfully add a third party key. I made sure I was the primary account holder, made sure 2fa was disabled, logged out of the Tesla app and back in, and continue to get “Unable to grant third party access. Request timed out. Please try again later.” This has been troubleshooted to death, and I have run out of energy to simply test out the app.
Overpriced
My car was 100k and doesn’t make the fact that the app does little more than the Tesla app itself. I had it before and it was good now you have to pay extortion prices to get the pro and pay per car (I have 4)

I selected the second level of pricing, even after 5 days, does not show charging characteristics, battery health, and other things that’s mentioned. May be they are waiting for the evaluation period to end so they could charge my card and then show the stats. But that’s not fair.
Fraudulent charges
Don’t bother with this app if you try to cancel, they will keep billing you. They have billed me twice a month for five months and now I’m having to fight with them to get my money back for an app. I’ve absolutely never used and I canceled right away. Total scam.

I just canceled my subscription after a year. Ran into a difficultly with location and there was zero tech support
The app does not recognize any non US Tesla account nor vehicles under such an account.

Tessie is trash
Constant requests to login for authentication. If I could leave a zero star I would. The license for the free version changed without anything heads up rendering the app useless. It was relatively useless beforehand.
Ask for review on first open, lol
TBD for the moment, 1 star for asking me to review the app before I can even look at it.

A paid app - not super useful other than the watch - so just use the standard app.
Useless and annoying
Tried signing up. Linked vehicles. No idea why they need a profile photo. No idea while all the Apple features which make filling out stuff easier are disabled (shortcuts, password creation). Then when I log in I just get popups to subscribe. I don’t even know what the app does yet and you’re bugging me to subscribe. Doesn’t seem to do anything except stats which I don’t need. I am looking for additional features, if they’re there then they are hiding.
Security issues found
Users beware. Third party Tesla apps have been found to be easy to access for people wanting to break into Teslas.
Useless - keeps logging me out
What’s the point of having the watch app if it disconnects you constantly therefore making the app useless. Disconnects didn’t start until recently and it happens multiple times a day now. Whatever release yal just pushed you need to revert.

App is great, new price is outrageous
The app itself is good, no complaints and the details are insightful. The problem is the developer more than tripled the price and it just isn’t worth it.
In response to what the developer wrote, I currently pay $50 per year for the annual plan. The annual plan is now $150 per year. That is triple the price. No other app similar to Tessie has tripled their prices. I don’t appreciate you implying I am lying about the 3x price increase in a single year.

Keeps giving me error message and it does not connect to my Apple Watch
I’ve updated every software and turned on and off iPhone and Apple Watch multiple times and it never connected and gives me error message. I’ve reached out to customer service and they were not able to help me.
Concerning billing system
Trial period not easily feasible. Goes to a stripe page, not a comfortable interface as I wanted to try out the app but unsure of the methodology for the trial. Caused me not to subscribe and deleted the app.
Worth every penny until they increased price like crazy
I don't see the real value now with a $15 monthly charge, while other similar app like Stats only charge $5. And Tessie's lifetime membership is a hefty $400!!!
Nice app but crazy expensive
The features this app has will never be worth $180/year, that’s wild. Pretty though! Nice watch integration! Bonkers price.
Edit: Dev has been fleecing with high prices for months with the claim Tesla will be raising his backend prices “soon”. Hasn’t happened yet and there’s still no official timeline but he gets to enjoy the extra cash until then. Not from me!
