Bad start
This app is a straight up disaster, and honestly, I want my time back. I was actually hyped to test out some early build games, but this platform makes it completely impossible to do anything productive. Don’t even waste your storage space. The user interface looks like a 2012 school project. Finding the actual test builds is a total nightmare. Navigating the menus feels laggy, and the layout is just completely unoptimized for modern phones.Instead of letting you play, the app immediately starts sketchily digging into your private life. It forces you to answer super invasive profile questions before you can even open a single game. It feels less like a beta test and more like a targeted data-mining operation.
genuinely so dumb, just remove it from the app store
the tasks pay pennies, and the minimum withdrawal amount is 55 dollars, pull the plug😭

Contacted support and they were useless and gave me a generic scripted reply that didn’t even answer my question or issue. Utterly useless app that clearly and if I read directions right they have to approve the installed before it tracks progress. So seems to me they dictate whether they want to allow more than 2 games tracking at a time or even if they want to pay out at all. App doesn’t seem legit imo

You do earn real money on this app, it does take you a while to earn it. You do need to spend some money to make some. I have never had any problems cashing out until now. It said I wasn’t accepted and it logged me out and I can’t log back in as it won’t let me. Messaged customer support, now I’m waiting on a reply. There are other tester apps that are much easier to use no minimum earning and you can cash out anytime. I use to love this app and told many people about this app. Frustrating to say the least.
Support miscommunication
It was great for a bit. It takes awhile to earn money but it was all legit and I liked trying new games and earning a bit while I was doing it until the app said it wasn’t available in my region. I’m in the US and reached out to support to try and figure out the issue and told them I was in the US and didn’t use have any VPN to make it seem like I was elsewhere. The response I got was that I was trying to access it from outside of their supported regions and the VPNS are prohibited ( in my email I told them I wasn’t using any) I reached out again saying I was trying to access from the US. I was then told that my account was suspended for breach of the terms of service. I’m guessing they were referring to the. VPN that I was not using so that’s cool
Major tracking issue
I have submitted multiple support requests with screen recordings and have heard nothing back about the 3-4 games it stopped tracking. My balance is not accurate despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue.

Deactivated my ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON
You guys did the same to my sister as well just as I was about to finish the whole tasks it deactivated my account??! And did the same to my sister while she was doing the monopoly tasks and had requested her cash out, I don’t understand why it’s happening and when we emailed you guys didn’t have a valued reason, mine just happened I hope you can reactivate it.
App won’t payout
I have tried and tried but this app refuses to payout every time I try to get my money. I need help.
Showing A False Ad
The Ad I have seen showed a guy who apparently made money from scrolling on Instagram, now being who I am, someone looking for small money, I download the app. Only to realize there is no such task as earning from scrolling on Instagram.
This app did not pay me
This app seems promising, as it allows you to earn money by playing phone games. However, this was not the case with my account. First, the app requires you to dedicate a lot of time to the app and it pays quite a low wage. I was fine with that. However as I reached levels 45 and 51, the app started glitching and didn’t give me credit for the levels I completed. I had earned $64 at that point mainly playing Travel Town. Levels 45 and 51 would have paid an additional $135, however the app continently glitched and did not credit me with accomplishing these levels. I complained to customer service but didn’t hear back. I tried to cash out, but the new “tiered” cash out system only allows me to withdraw $55. So I earned $199 but got $55.

I’ve never had an issue with games being tracked. This is the second game I have downloaded that’s not being tracked. “Customer service” is a joke.

Tracking worked better before, not anymore.
I had a solid experience with Monopoly Go tracking last year and had no issues with tracking my downloaded game plus levels that I had accomplished. Fast forward to this summer, I downloaded Disney Solitaire via the TesterUp link and it did not register. The wheel was still spinning as if I did not download it. I waited 48 hours as indicated in the directions. However, still the same. I reached out to Customer Service and was told that I had probably downloaded the game before and played that games. No, it was my first time playing Disney Solitaire. And I used the link they gave me. They really need to fix this glitch. I was reading other reviews and I know I’m not the only one. I will stop using TesterUp until they find a better way to track our progress.
Scam app
They app is a scam the tasks payments are low and they give you 30 days to beat hundreds of levels. I’ve had this app for six months to a year only made $27

Started good, but went down hill
I have 3 games I am playing, one failed at download, the other two are frozen and not giving me what I earned. The coming just when I am closer to a pay out. I emailed support and I am still waiting to hear back from them.

It stole my money stole $40 from me. They just suck and I only earn $.20 per an hour unless you don’t have a job or something you can earn like maybe $10 in like three days
Support is terrible
Testerup works great half the time. It logs your progress and tracks accordingly. The other half of the time, it stops tracking you so you need to put in a support ticket, which may or may not get a response and if you do get a response it is to say they are investigating. After badgering them about progress on your ticket they pay you out the minimal amount you listed in your ticket.
Update: I have three open tickets with Support for three separate games - two mysteriously stopped tracking progress and one never logged I started playing. I have only received a response on one of the three tickets in the last 26 days…

Starting to become a headache and waste of time
I downloaded this app and at first it worked great, no issues with downloading and playing the games. Lately though, this is nothing but a headache. The last few games I’ve downloaded through the app have not been tracking my progress, so I reach out to support after 48 as the FAQ says to do. Each time I’ve had to do this, which is the last 2 games I’ve downloaded, the support team just comes back with “After reviewing your account we determined “insert game name here” wasn’t installed correctly using our link”. Not sure how they come to that conclusion because I know for a fact it was, I did the EXACT same steps I did for the first couple of games I downloaded where I had no issue. I went to the games page, clicked the download button which then takes me to my App Store where I have to enter my password since it is my first time downloading the game, and yes I allowed tracking. Apparently now that’s now how it needs to be downloaded? So now I’m wasting a download, when I could use a different app that actually still works, AND I’m wasting time actually playing the game since you have to wait 48 hours before even contacting support and some of the speed bonuses are in that time frame, just to be told nope sorry nothing we can do basically. That’s an absolute trash response, because am I supposed to screen record me downloading the games now so I can prove I used your link and it was the first time being downloaded? No, that’s ridiculous to have to do. And the situation is extremely frustrating.
It’s also a little odd this issue only started happening after I experienced a glitch with the app about a month - 2 months ago. Even though my progress before that glitch was tracked so it wasn’t an install issue, and I could provide screenshots of me being past the level of what my next goal would’ve been and explained the glitch and had screenshots of the error as well. Now that game was pointless because it wouldn’t update any progress. Again, frustrating. That’s when I picked a different game and had my first issue with an install.

Technically, you can earn money
The app was working fine, and I was able to transfer funds to my PayPal (in certain increments over $35). My last earnings were $45, but I was only able to withdraw $35. Then, my account was deactivated without warning or notice. So I now cannot login, cannot continue earning, and I’ve lost the last $10 I earned. Overall, I was able to earn $100 before being deactivated, but it took months, and I was not able to withdraw everything I earned. Would not recommend.
Stopped Working
I signed up a few months ago and intially the app tracked my progress and I was able to cash out. About a month ago the app stopped tracking my progress. I submitted a ticket and uploaded the required video of my progress. I haven’t received a response and the app hasn’t updated with the updated progress.
