Had the game for MAYBE 24 hours. Opened it for the 3rd time and had to sit here and close out at least 15 mini-transaction pop-ups just to play the game. I hadn’t even closed them all by the time I went and uninstalled. Absolute slop.

Only downloaded it to leave a review. Your stupid ad doesn’t allow you to close out the damn thing without a hard close so for all the time you have wasted of mine and I’m sure everyone else I am going to now dedicate that same time to bringing you holes as much bad publicity as possible

Ok this is just an AHDH $$$ micro transaction grab. I’ve played Tetris since the 80s. I always try these new setups but for real??? I have only so many rotations. No urgency with the blocks falling? Not even all of the pieces are in the game. 1x1 and the L? Just unlocked the T. Having limited rotations is also BS. The game seems to lag after moves when gaining x rewards completely breaking the flow. It really does not work for me. This is just a block placement game.

This game is for kids
I hate this game. I’ve only had it for a couple hours and this is pure slop. The constant and I mean CONSTANT pop ups. The cards, the mini events, watch an ad, buy coins, buy energy. Oh look you have a multiplier available let me just block off the bottom row of the board to tell you. The constant mini games. Destroy this, take this, coins coins coins.
It’s absolutely ridiculous of how often you’re NOT playing. Just avoiding the pop ups. Only a child would click on the first thing on the screen. The big button is right there.
But everything has a payment attached. Buy this, buy that. And so a child is just buying and buying because they don’t know better.
This is pure slop. Calling this a game and not a mobile slot machine is an understatement. I’m sorry for anyone whose favorite game is this. This game who only wants your money and will annoy you and hope you accidentally give them your money

I really wanted to like Tetris Block Party but the monetization completely ruined the entire experience. The game not only feels, but it is entirely paid to play. You’re constantly out of energy which you have to wait. Almost a day for it fills up so slow unless you’re willing to pay 2.99 which immediately turns into 3.99. In, etc.. on top of that the ad frequency is ridiculous. It’s not like video ads, but it’ll keep doing pop-ups in the app trying to get you to spend this money while you’re just trying to play. The mechanics itself is also insane to me while you’re trying to do a crash for someone else’s party they almost always have umbrellas to block, but it seems like you’re getting hit constantly. So yeah, I give this a zero out of five if I could it’s addicting but like at your own expense, I guess I’ll make my own game and like boost it

Well great game but let me tell you you can’t move ahead unless you can spend a lot daily the cost is astronomical I had to stop playing what they give free is not enough to do ANYTHING greedy game!
Managed to Destroy a Classic
I tried to enjoy this game and at first it was, then it was bombarding me with “buy this, buy this, buy this” pop up ads that made it just unplayable. Now, if it was just at the opening of the game, okay, but after every 10 moves? Yep, I’m good hitting that uninstall selection. Keep your corporate greed, I’m good never playing your game again.

Tetris block party
Popped up on screen and will not go off. Very upset with this. I’d never recommend this game to anyone.
Couldn’t close ad
Got an ad for this game in another I like. Could not close it, the “x” in the corner just kept bringing back the App Store tab to download this. So I downloaded it to rate it with one star. I hope your marketing team all get ball cancer.

I have played this game far way more than 2 minutes for a payout. Reached out to support and was advised that FreeCash and the developer can’t help regarding payout. I do feel that this is false advertising. Why lie? You should give what you promised!
Copy-Paste
Same copy-paste of so many other games out there. Exhausting. Play the game (tetris here). Earn coins. Build fake city. Attack other player’s city. Block their attacks. Earn more coins by playing the main game.

Game crashes
This game is fun when it works, but the farther I get in the game ,the more it crashes. And now every time I try to open it it crashes before I can do anything! Very frustrating!

It's not Tetris
TLDR: It's not Tetris, too many pop-ups trying to sell you something, mini-games are disruptive/un-skippable, and animations aren't great/may use AI generated graphics.
It's not the standard Tetris game where the blocks fall as you slide & turn the pieces to get lines. It's basically a re-skin of games like Block Blast; they just tagged on the Tetris logo and added other mechanics/features.
I'm honestly not a fan of the game. I like the main mechanic (placing static blocks to clear lines), but app games now-a-days inundate you with pop-ups telling you to buy their "Offers" as soon as you open the game AND every time you run out of energy. This annoyed me a lot, so I stopped playing.
I never made an in-app purchase.
I also didn't like how the additional mechanics played out. They'll interrupt your gameplay if you trigger them, and you can't really skip the sequences/animations to speed it up. Animations in general are half-butted and a majority of their graphics look to be AI generated.
Maybe if I liked the side games I wouldn't have minded.
It seems like the mini-games are literally copies of other apps' mini-games with lazier animations. Stealing from other players, destroying other player's buildings, collecting cards-- I don't know why all the new apps are doing these same things. It's getting tiring.
I'd say find a different game, but it probably won't be all that different.
