Disappointed
After downloading the game, I played it for only 2 days before it froze while opening to never open. So I deleted the app and re-installed it and it’s doing the same.

The app has been stuck on the same game screen for 2 days even after the update it still doesn’t work, don’t get me wrong it’s a fun game to play but this is crazy
Game Froze
The game just froze at level 3 so I can’t give it anything but a 1 star. It was ok until the freeze.
Pop ups
There are soooo many adds and pop ups every time you try to play, it’s not really worth the hassle.
Pay to win
I don’t want to play pay to win Tetris wheee you have to spend money to keep playing. What happened to regular classic Tetris? I want to play the original experience.

The game itself just ruins Tetris by limiting your moves. It’s more of a slot machine game, really.

Barely playable
The energy system makes it so you can only make a few moves a day. Theres like 20 pop ups every time you open the game trying to get you to spend money.

Was a great game until
They made it that when you close out your game you lose your multiplier. Terrible decision. Deleting the game
NOT Tetris
If you are expecting to play gold old Tetris, this is not it. This is a bunch of nonsense wrapped in a paper thin veneer of Tetris.
Pop ups
Every time I enter the game it spams me with pop ups asking me to buy stuff and do this and that every time. I wish there was a way to turn it off. It drives me nuts. The game itself is amazing but I also have an issue with how quickly the game runs out of energy. I get maybe 10-15 minutes in and I’m out. I’m at a pretty high level, but can’t stand how fast it runs out. While the game may be intended to be difficult it has ran me to not like it for those reasons.

I got a notification that someone attacked and stole $2million from me. I don’t know how they allow this much to be taken. I worked really hard and spent money to get that
Fun at first. Don’t waste your time.
It was fun to play for a bit- but like a lot of other games once you get an hour in you run out of credits and are forced to watch ads or pay to play. Even after leaving it off for a day to “recharge” lives- you get about 3 minutes of gameplay before you are prompted to watch ads or pay money. No thanks.

Just like many other apps, you’re baited with enough play at first but the more you advance the more money to spend or ads to watch. Lately I haven’t been getting credit for ad watching, so I’m done.
Freeze glitch
It keeps freezing and not letting me do anything only app open on my phone

Game was good and relieving. Customer service replied quickly but didn't solve my problem. And they blamed on me saying their system detected it's my fault (I just played the game normally) and nothing they could do. I couldn't get my money or my time back. Whatever I said doesn't matter because they got all the rights. If I don't want to go to court etc I might as well just accept their accuse. You know how it's not your fault but you can't prove it? This is the uncomfortable feeling this game has left me. Never play games of this company again.
