I’ve never been more frustrated with a mobile game than Pokerist by Kama Games. In my opinion, this app feels designed to push players into spending more money while taking absolutely no responsibility when something goes wrong. The gameplay often feels incredibly unfair, the “luck” can seem impossible to believe, and it leaves you wondering whether you’re playing poker or just feeding a machine that’s designed to empty your wallet.
What makes it even worse is customer support. When you raise legitimate concerns, you get canned responses, no meaningful investigation, and no accountability. If you’ve spent real money on this game, don’t expect them to treat you like a valued customer.
I’ve spent enough time and money on this app to say I’ll never give Kama Games another dollar. There are far better poker apps that actually respect their players.
If enough players have had similar experiences involving purchases, missing items, or other issues, I think those experiences deserve to be documented and reviewed. Companies shouldn’t be allowed to ignore legitimate customer complaints while continuing to profit from them.

It’s slow and boring
I caught a bad beat on my very first hand, so I felt compelled to write a one star review. Maybe you will have better luck.
Worst Experience I have ever had
This is the biggest scam poker I have ever seen. The algorithm is the same for both version arcade and pay to play. They swear it is a fair algorithm and they blatantly lie about it when you question them. Not realistic at all. The odds against you is obvious. Enough to get you hooked and they pray of your addictive reward centers of you brain purposefully making you lose craving more. It is obviously catered to people that pay to play and they are ensuring they make a profit. In is not a fun game and designed only to make the creators and investors money.

Every time playing against low chip stack in tournaments low stack rivers out more than reasonable. Almost 9-1 more so. Algorithm caters to bad players!
Why I quit this game
You will never ever have fun in this game if you don’t spend money. In my opinion it is rigged in some cases. For example a person in my blackjack table put 70k 3 times in a row. He had blackjack every single time with the same pair each time. The reason you will have to spend money to have fun is because to even be competitive in all of these pokers that this game offers because they have people in games betting 40k to 100k and when you dont spend money you won’t be able to call at 40k to 100k because after a month of playing the gameI only had about 150k and I was playing every day.
Improbability off the charts
I’ve played this app for 2 days. The amount of beats I receive on the river is mathematically impossible. I’m not sure if I’m playing bots or real people. You win a couple of hands, get a nice little stack going then you lose to some ridiculous strait ( on turn and river cards) or running cards that only other players have and only after you go all in. Fold your hand and watch your discarded 4 and 6 magically become a full house. Oops! Better purchase a chip package. The real people I encountered are mostly trolls just going all in on every hand. Fun game! (Not)

Listen to the reviews, not the developer responses. This game is 100% rigged everything from the poker to the slots. The offer pushing is through the roof and if you ever buy chips, expect to never actually win anything. Scum bag game from Russia. Stay away

Once you buy coins, you will start winning for a time. Then when the AI wants you to buy more, you will get into an unimaginable losing streak. When the system wanted me to win, I would notice that the players that were losing all had little to no coins. That way they are forced to buy more. System has benefited me and screwed me over.

Players are ai on spades, do not download if you want to play spades, the only players are real is the poker players.

The game will give you more wins when you purchase anything of chips and when you purchase the chips, you win some and then after a little bit You will lose it all so that you will be forced to purchase more chips it’s not like you’re forced to buy them, but if you just wanna play with pennies all day long then so be it the game is for you but if you wanna win big or win, anything you have to purchase a lot and spend a lot of money on this app i’ve played for years and I’ve came to it now that I won’t ever come back due to this unfair rigged game it’s very sad and they will say it’s certified fairness by some type type of fair certification, but it’s not and they’re lying.

I have been playing this app since 2010ish. I understand how it works more than most. When you buy chips, the system knows and does everything it can to make you lose so you’ll buy more chips. I bought some chips yesterday and played poker for hours and maybe had 2 playable hands. Let’s say you delete the app for many months. When you download it again, your first bet should be very big. You will win 99% of the time because your account has been inactive. The system wants to let you win to hook you back in. My point is. It’s completely rigged. If you buy chips, delete the app for a while and then come back and play. If you buy chips and start playing, you’ll lose. Again, I know this system.

Holy Ads
One of the better poker games without a doubt. They have so many ads going it’s crazy. I kind of understand why because they put a lot of money into the app and if you don’t participate in the micro transactions then they don’t get paid but give me a break. Ads even to collect the rewards for completing challenges kills me slowly. Death by a thousand cuts. The amount of ads is reason I stoped playing.

За всеми столами и всегда идет «игра» на размер выигрыша и размер банка. От оборота падают призы и от суммы выигрыша лиги с халявой. Просто ставишь банк и как в рулетке , в слепую, что там откроют. Тебе даже не нужно смотреть на свои карты, не нужно включать мозг. Ва-банк-раздача, Ва-банк-раздача, так и «играют»… Кто хочет играть в покер - это точно не сюда! (Мое оценочное суждение).

The game is rigged, especially blackjack. I suspected this and started playing while keeping track. I played perfect strategy and lost 22 hands in a row. 5 times the dealer had a 9 or 10 showing and always had a ten face down. 4 times drew a 4 hit 21. I know blackjack is a game of chance but 22 hands in a row, not hardly. It’s designed to force you to quit or buy chips. Also there Texas hold em is not random. Their rng certification hasn’t been checked in 7 years. Take a moment and look through the reviews and read the 1 stars who had the same things to say. I’m sure they’ll respond to my review with the standard it’s all luck BS they always do. Where there is smoke, there is fire.

Not what the house demands based on your chip balance. I bought those chips, I should get to decide what level I choose to bet, NOT THE HOUSE. Severe Lag issue
game used to be pretty fun and actually enjoyed playing the poker at one point but now its nothing but severe lag and issues with freezing all of a sudden after the recent update. people complain about the rng issue but i’ve never had a problem as if i start losing i just hop on another time. I also know this lag is not caused by a phone issue cause i play other multiple games and have no issues with lag or freezing.
