No matter what I do, the app won’t let me log back in. I recently updated the app, and every time I update it, it logs me out. Unfortunately, this time I was logged out and can no longer access my account.
I’ve already tried using the “Forgot Password” option and changed my password, hoping that would fix the issue, but I still get the same login error every time I try to sign in.

Use to be a good app but now it has crazy ads and now i cant send messages i deleted and uploaded and now i cant log in.

This used to be a good and reliable app, and it’s a shame what it has become. I had my account suddenly banned for accidentally attempting to log into my account with my VPN on, and it only took one time. No warning, no recourse, just a vague error number and no longer able to login until I had to do some searching to find out why. This seems to be happening to many others from the reviews so I’m not alone. Contacts and everything I had for years gone. The account also seems to just be completely gone now too as I tried waiting it out to see if it would clear and now says the user doesn’t exist. Another (better) app I switched to will just paywall you if the VPN is on and won’t let you use it until you turn it off or pay extra. This is a poor approach to security and bad actors. Please don’t reply to “contact support” that ship has sailed and since it seems my account is now just gone. Maybe instead reevaluate your policies on insta-bans that just drive users away. I’ve moved on and won’t be back to just risk one day my account just being dead again and wondering why.

Can’t make calls
I’ve noticed for the last two weeks whenever, my phone is connected to my free WiFi hotspot device, I can no longer make nor receive calls. I’m confused because this wasn’t a problem before, the app now only allows me to make and receive calls through my home WiFi. Why is this? Along with bad quality, the echoing, static, dropped calls. And bad connection overall. Now i have one more issue to deal with. This app is horrible
Why I’m I getting charged still

Can’t Register! Keep getting Error 7163
I’ve been trying to register for 2 days now. Keep getting this error: Request failed with error 7163. I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling. I’ve tried different passwords. I have no clue how to register for this app!

If you want an app that has an add for every message sent or screen change this is the app for you.
The level of adds with deceptive close button boxes that really just end up open the app. Or when you have it muted it starts playing the ad anyways.

Downloaded the app and put me through registration process only to tell me I have to get a new phone to use it!!! Just wanted to waste time dishonestly! Sure I’m am going to buy a new phone now just because u tricked me! Even then u shouldn’t use pinger because they are always first to block u out of your account for not having the newest phone!! I’m sure they get kick backs from phone companies and give their users the finger treatment
Quality of calls are horrible
No exaggeration these calls are horrible. I use the second phone number for my business and everyone tells me they can’t hear me. Or the call is constantly cutting out and the call volume is too. Compared to my normal phone calls.

I am extremely disappointed with this app and it’s costumer service. There is no phone number or effective way to contact real person. I tried to cancel my subscription and to stop the charges and no result. I even changed my payment card, yet the charges keep appearing. I would not recommend this app to anyone unless they are prepared to deal with ongoing billing issues.

blocking phone calls..??
used this number for a work number as i needed one but didmt have one at the time, i need a verification code for an app and it says i need textfree plus to get verification codes.. so the app gives me an option to call instead, but textfree will not allow me to answer the call. how are you gonna just block my calls? like no one’s paying your 4.99 a week bill 😭😭✌️
