Complete and utter scam
Really not much else to say, this is simply a scam.
I tried everything to use it. I uploaded my book. Didn’t work. “Too many pages” fine, it’s a textbook so I’ll try something else. Individually took photos of every page I wanted for the chapter and then meticulously uploaded each individual page. This also did not work. This time I was greeted with a wonderful never ending loading screen for a total of 30 full minutes until I gave up and decided it was not real.
Mind you this was all done after purchasing the 10 dollar a WEEK, YES, WEEK NOT MONTH. Plan.
This is frankly just a scam. The only AI being used on this app is the fake reviews they are leaving on their page.
I already reported to Apple and would suggest to do the exact same if you have had the same issue.
If this is just me, then I’d be happy to remove my review on developer response (given a genuine fix); however the price point and the weekly charge gives me little faith that will happen.
If you really need an app like this, go get eleven reader. It’s the same concept, but it works and it is 11 dollars a month compared to this scam app which is 10 dollars a WEEK. Sorry I truly cannot get over that not raising a red flag for me haha.

No voice cloning
The free trial allowed me to clone my voice, and I loved listening to my class summaries in my own voice and when I paid the app, it was deleted and the feature was removed.
Voice cloning worked for two days and thats it
Was very excited about this app and the option to clone my voice. It worked for two days and then completely disappeared from my settings. Very disappointing.

Crashes/sounds super ai
My app crashes and won’t respond or open for a while and the voice with stutter or sound like a robot that you can’t understand every so often and you have to go a read what it messed up.

Changes text and leaves out sentences
Downloaded this and scanned three chapters of the book I'm reading .. and it sounded strange didn't make sense. So I opened the book to read along with the voice, and the voice is changing what the book says.. changing words, leaving out sentences and reversing some things. I deleted that scan and re-scanned and it did the same thing.
Glitching and unable to function.
0 stars if I could I have tried for throughout the day to make this app work, but it doesn’t. I have tried to upload the pictures I have already took in my images and it keeps glitching and doesn’t wanna upload them and then. When I select a whole bunch of pictures and try to upload it, it just does one picture, it’s capable, but it just doesn’t wanna work and I’m very frustrated because I have test and I’m trying to do my textbook and it doesn’t want to do it

I used this app and my first listen was great. After that, the app continues to load and load and doesn’t read my pdf’s or text pasted.
User Error?
Tool doesn’t work as expected. Downloaded and signed up for free trial. Copy pasted text, but no audio. Deleted and redownloaded the application. Still no audio. Tried upload method. Nothing, no voice. App appears to be defunct.

Listened to one paragraph before it prompted me to upgrade and said my limit had been reached. Too expensive for something I will use in frequently.

Good voices. Lots of glitches
The voices sound real and most inflections are normal. If I had to stop a read and then resume, all kinds of irritations would reveal themselves. It would usually freeze and I’d have to restart my device, not just the app. It would pause between characters for no reason. Also, when it uploads a pdf, it adds space between letters in some words and then reads it as two words. “My” became M y. Far from useful in presentations, but okay to get overall timings and check for errors. However, there are many free ways to do that. Not worth the money.

Unfortunately, this app has not met expectations. Despite paying for it, the app is unreliable and frequently fails to work as intended. Core features don’t function consistently, making it hard to justify the cost. I hope the developers address these problems, but until then, I can’t recommend it. I have emailed for a refund and nothing has been done!

I was charged for a subscription even when i cancel before renewal. The app doesn’t work well when everything i was trying to listen a pdf file the app took me out i had to restart the file and unplug again. Not worth it the hustle …

This app only read one paragraph of what I wanted to read so I waited for it to download and to load wasting my time because it only read to me one paragraph and then said I need to upgrade a premium and it wanted me to pay for it, which is stupid, so that is why it has a one star

Won’t Work On Computer
When this app works, it’s great. After having the app for a couple of weeks however, it stopped working on my computer and only works on my phone. As you can imagine, this is a great inconvenience trying to get documents to go back and forth all of the time. When I reached out to support about it, they said they would get back to me, then didn’t. I will say that is has worked pretty well on my phone though and has gotten me through one of my classes that’s super heavy on reading this semester.
Cant edit a document after creating it?????
Either I am really dumb ot the UI is trash because there is seemingly no way to edit after you type text text and save it as a file.
Please just have a "edit" button so I dont have to create a new file everytime i need to speak a new sentence.

Also!! It says unlimited but don’t take it as literal. I hit my “weekly listening minutes”. Imagine paying for something you can’t even use to the fullest.

It was good until it wasn’t. Until I realized it straight up leaves whole sentences out and censors or changes words. Nah I’m good.
A bit dodgy
First of all, it majorly freezes, especially if you pause an article and then try to come back to it later. But also it has charged me twice, on every transaction, plus I didn’t realise the fee was weekly not monthly, so I’ve ended up paying 4x what I ended after only a short time of use. I’ve cancelled and am trying to get my money back
