Long pauses
The pauses after every sentence are too long. It needs to go back to the old version. It’s starting to sound unnatural. Of course I can speed it up but it’s still does the long pauses.

A week later I was charged again. Be very careful with this app they will take your money regardless of cancellation.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded a pdf of novel and it simply did not work - it read a sentence then waited 30 seconds, on and on.

When using the cut & paste this app only replays a small portion-leaves out too much of the text.

I don't remember even downloading this app, if I used it it was once, my bad I didn't pay closer attention to my subscriptions and billing, until I realized I've been charged 9.99/week for however long. I don't care how amazing this app might be (though the fact that I stopped using it immediately suggests it probably wasn't that great), no app is worth over $500/yr. Hell, Foreflight is half of that, and that's a Boeing app for pilots to use while flying airplanes! Seems hella scammy to me. Caution recommended.
On app camera not working
I have contacted your support team multiple of times regarding an issue where both my iPad and camera are unable to take pictures of the book with the app. The problem has not been resolved.

Take the intelligence out of AI
This app is quite literally the worst app I’ve ever used. It’s incredibly slow and glitchy. You cannot advance or go back easily it freezes constantly and if you upload a ePUB, it does not organize an outline so that way you can skip to specific chapters. If you’re using this to study, choose a different app because it is not worth your time money or effort.

Complete and utter scam
Really not much else to say, this is simply a scam.
I tried everything to use it. I uploaded my book. Didn’t work. “Too many pages” fine, it’s a textbook so I’ll try something else. Individually took photos of every page I wanted for the chapter and then meticulously uploaded each individual page. This also did not work. This time I was greeted with a wonderful never ending loading screen for a total of 30 full minutes until I gave up and decided it was not real.
Mind you this was all done after purchasing the 10 dollar a WEEK, YES, WEEK NOT MONTH. Plan.
This is frankly just a scam. The only AI being used on this app is the fake reviews they are leaving on their page.
I already reported to Apple and would suggest to do the exact same if you have had the same issue.
If this is just me, then I’d be happy to remove my review on developer response (given a genuine fix); however the price point and the weekly charge gives me little faith that will happen.
If you really need an app like this, go get eleven reader. It’s the same concept, but it works and it is 11 dollars a month compared to this scam app which is 10 dollars a WEEK. Sorry I truly cannot get over that not raising a red flag for me haha.

Hope a competitor comes that includes the great voices in this scam app
Had to cancel and ask for a refund. Extremely laggy, can’t open large books, doesn’t have chapter hyperlinks, and doesn’t have a tablet version. Disappointing because amazing voices at fast speeds. I emailed support and got back an AI response not even attempting to read or respond to the actual issues. How insulting.

No voice cloning
The free trial allowed me to clone my voice, and I loved listening to my class summaries in my own voice and when I paid the app, it was deleted and the feature was removed.
Voice cloning worked for two days and thats it

Crashes/sounds super ai
My app crashes and won’t respond or open for a while and the voice with stutter or sound like a robot that you can’t understand every so often and you have to go a read what it messed up.

Changes text and leaves out sentences
Downloaded this and scanned three chapters of the book I'm reading .. and it sounded strange didn't make sense. So I opened the book to read along with the voice, and the voice is changing what the book says.. changing words, leaving out sentences and reversing some things. I deleted that scan and re-scanned and it did the same thing.

Export files for off-line, listening a few times, and you will learn that they control the weekly number of files without telling you anything about it when you subscribe, what the number of files exported is in the limitation, or when the weekly limit of exports reset itself. This is very disappointing. The app is somewhat unstable when used in a cellular network and so exploring Apple notes or other apps is almost necessary to use it in real time.

False advertisement
Love the app. As someone with disability’s it’s such a great tool and I can only see it getting better. That being said I would rate this 5 stars if not for the false advertisement when you sign up for the premium PAID plan. It is advertised as an unlimited reading experience only to be hit with weekly “listening limit reached” limits.
Won’t Work On Computer
When this app works, it’s great. After having the app for a couple of weeks however, it stopped working on my computer and only works on my phone. As you can imagine, this is a great inconvenience trying to get documents to go back and forth all of the time. When I reached out to support about it, they said they would get back to me, then didn’t. I will say that is has worked pretty well on my phone though and has gotten me through one of my classes that’s super heavy on reading this semester.
Cant edit a document after creating it?????
Either I am really dumb ot the UI is trash because there is seemingly no way to edit after you type text text and save it as a file.
Please just have a "edit" button so I dont have to create a new file everytime i need to speak a new sentence.

App keep pausing
The app works amazing and the voice quality is good but damn, I had one update and now the app keeps pausing by itself every 30-45sec. It makes it very annoying to listen to. I use it for Lightnovel. Also!! It says unlimited but don’t take it as literal. I hit my “weekly listening minutes”. Imagine paying for something you can’t even use to the fullest.
Disappointed
It was good until it wasn’t. Until I realized it straight up leaves whole sentences out and censors or changes words. Nah I’m good.
