This used to be the goat when you couldn’t afford a phone bill for a month or two but now it says error every single time and my entire “account” is deleted after yall updated it this app won’t even let me click any number it says error so text now you fell off

The app is wonders!! But when I bought the lock in subscription thing, it won't let me cancel it at all. I tried everything to the point I had to delete the app. Even after I deleted it, it just keeps charging me every damn week!!! What do I do?? I've gotten almost 130$ stolen from my account and it won't even let me cancel it.

Been with this company for 5 years. Recently having major problems. Not sure why. Customer service is useless. They multi task customer problems so you left holding for hours

I’ve had the app for years. About 3-4. And for 3 out of the 4 years, the app has never worked again. Every time I try to log into my google, it just says “something went worng” and never lets me pick off were I left off 3 YEARS AGO because of issues with this thing.

Don’t pay
Don’t bother paying for it. It won’t work and support goes away during the weekend and you lose your chat and have to explain everything over and over again to different reps and they can’t help you fix issues. Don’t waste your time.

You removed my review from the App Store. You had me verify my identity on the app. Then I couldn’t get pass the press and hold. Then I tried the website and it said my account was closed for suspicious behavior. I have literally only used my account once. I hit appeal and it took me to a broken link. I tried googling and found a customer service form but when I put in the email for my account it said it was an invalid email and WOULDNT LET ME SUBMIT. I will be calling in the morning. When I spoke on chat all they said is I’m permanent banned they wouldn’t even let me appeal.

Worked the first day I used it no issue then a day or two later it just stops working and doesn’t let anyone see my messages or calls but I can see theirs

Keeps repeating steps at account creation even after it says complete or done, just goes back to same step again. Waste of time.
Broke thieves
They’re petty over a dollar. They claim you can get texts but they lied. Don’t use this number if you need PayPal verifications. I hope it tickled their tummies to fight a customer over a dollar.
