The amount of spam calls is nauseating. There’s no way to make the calls stop or put a stop to the app notification. I turned them off from my phone settings but them calls keep coming in. I am talking about 5 or more scam calls about debt relief. I tried to contact customer support but to no avail. I can’t change my number since I use it for work purposes. I am beyond frustrated and upset

Couldn’t have wasted money more inconveniently, subscribed just to lose the number and then when I tried to put in the area code, I kept getting this stupid notifications “ERROR: This number is no longer available. The list has been refreshed so you can make another selection”. The list was indeed not refreshed. Stop scamming people, because if I can’t get my money back, that’s a scam. And these bot reviews are pathetic, ya’ll need to do better app creators.

I downloaded this app expecting a simple registration process, but it turned into a headache. Every time I try to create an account, I run into another restriction or error. It feels like the app only works for a small number of people. Please improve the registration process and make it more accessible.

DO NOT bother if you want verification codes, you’ll have to pay weekly to get them and keep your number. i really don’t understand why they will just give away your number after a few weeks unless you pay, it happened to me and it makes no sense-unless it is to scam people, which i guess it is. you can honestly get unlimited data plans at real cellular carriers for about the same price as the scammy plans this app has.

Calls drop all of the time. Calls won’t ring thru as I’m watching voicemail after voicemail show up from the missed call(s) that never rang thru or appeared on the screen. It’s extremely frustrating and far more trouble than what’s it’s worth.

It doesn’t let you get your pictures when someone messaged you
No OTP or 2FA in free plan. Very unreliable calling!
There are much more affordable options available and you get real usa number. Lots of issues with the app as others reported.
Also interface is not intuitive and needs to be redesigned in a similar way to nextplus.
The only saving grace for this app is basic texting is fairly reliable. Still not worthy of more than my rating.

Too many ads
Even in the middle of a phone call an Ad will pop up with music or sound completely blocking the other persons voice or there will be times where it’ll just end the call mid conversation… then wants you to pay for an “ad-free experience” or to lock your number in but it doesn’t work??
VIDEO Sending
When trying to send a video, it has to be a very specific time. Like at least under 30 seconds and if it’s not recorded from the app, it becomes highly pixelated and like 32 pixels instead of like 4K quality this app sucks for videos. Do not send videos please fix this
Can’t purchase data
I haven’t been able purchase data for weekly or daily for the past 3 months. Every time I hit “Buy Now” it loads for 5 seconds and refreshes the page. I love tried it on the website and it just reverts me to the app where I run into the same issue.

Text doesn’t work after free data pack
So I got the free data eSIM and immediately after activating it, I could see the texts other people gave me, but they couldn’t see the ones I was sending, it would be marked as “sent” but the other person couldn’t see the message on their end, text now please fix this!
