I purchase the app then I proceeded to use the app and it said I couldn’t use it some type of identity. If that was the case why did they set my money? This is an alternate phone. I don’t want to give up my identity. Best defeats the whole purpose.

This is not good for me. I was using this number for important things. Now it wants me to pay premium to get any number no longer free.

Horrible
They banned my account for no reason. It constantly had bug and would log out mid use. They refused to acknowledge this or fix bugs just banned accounts and could not say why. Many other apps so much better

This app is not functional on the free version you can barely even use it. There’s so many ads. And then the number doesn’t even work.

Every single day it will just stop sending my texts. It doesn’t really notify you very well that it stopped. I’ll be messaging and messaging and they’re not getting any of it. This app is trash. 0/10 fuq this app

I have had this number for about a year. It worked great but suddenly I quit being able to call out. I followed everything I was told to do but so far nothing helps. The team answered my emails promptly.

If I want to call a person for instant i just got someone number an try to call them it says the person number is not supported or real which the numbers are real i woulda like to pay for a year but I’m reconsidering if I can’t even call somebody

The person on the receiving in tells me they are not receiving my messages. So I’m paying for services that barely work.

If TextPlus can 1.)suspend my service, 2.)continue charging my card without providing me service, & 3.)reroute a bank blocked merchant transaction by manipulating the descriptor - then TextPlus is 4.)fraudulently misrepresenting their services to their customers as well as 5.)diffusing all liability to Apple & Google by 6.)claiming zero control over TextPlus subscriptions. TextPlus is violating CashApp merchant rules, Google Play billing policies, Apple App Store billing policies, Visa/Mastercard billing policies, and Consumer Protection policies, & Federal Trade Commission. Lost phone/text services
So logged into my account and it just goes in circles. Can not make a phone call nor text. Called to verify and that works but nothing else. What’s going on???

Horrible company
Among the VoIP services I have tried, textPlus ranks works hands down. I would need to relaunch the app multiple times just to read one txt. Also you can’t delete any messages or pictures!! Seriously?! This app is more like a ad website with some messaging here and there. Their customer service is the same if not worse. There are much better options out there!

Text plus is a scam app and a frustrating app I purchased a number recently but I wasn’t given any number and I was debited 2times,I wrote to their customer support and they didn’t help and neither responded they just ignored me so text plus is the worst

I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’m able to receive message, but i can’t send any at all. It says it sent but nobody is getting any of them. I’m paying for the premium service. What’s going on? Somebody please help.

When someone sent me a text i will get a notification of it but immediately I open up the app and check for the message I wouldn’t find it, it only my text messages it will be showing me and it very annoying

Almost every window I pick on there’s a pop up. I try to call or text numbers with the same area code and it says unavailable outside of my district. One of the worst texting/calling apps I’ve ever used

My messages aren’t delivering
Hello, I’m experiencing an issue where my messages are not delivering. I rely on this number for regular communication, and this problem is causing disruptions. Text Messages Not Showing Up
The whole purpose of this app is to receive messages, but I’ll get a notification for a text, only to not see it in the app when I go to read the entire thing. 12+ hours of waiting for texts to actually show up in-app. Disappointingly nonfunctional- after I paid for premium.
