Should not cost money
This app should 100% be free. The concept is great!!! But at the same time, it’s not a LARGE concept. It’s a simple app with simple features. It shouldn’t cost money. I would be okay with adds after each use. That’s a-okay; However, the subscription is a bit much. Everything is a subscription now days, so why would I spend precious money on THIS of all things? Extremely helpful app? Yes. But it should be free, it just should be. It’s too simple to cost money.

What am I paying for exactly?
This app seems to take a screen recording of your conversations and pull them into the app, creating the same interface that you had in your message app. If you want to do anything useful with this information like export it to a PDF or a spreadsheet you need to pay nine dollars a week. Any of the current AI programs can do the same thing this app does for less money. Using this app was a waste of time.

The way it’s on my phone with emoji’s and texts messages is different than how the app exports them. It’s not accurate.

Getting tired of apps that are not upfront about cost. This is another one of those apps. You've got to install it to find out what it costs. Nothing but a waste of time.

This is what you are buying: instructions to take screenshots and manually assemble the pieces. Worthless. Less than worthless.
Worst kind of app
This is a total bait app. It’s says very clearly you can “download” a whole conversation from messages. So o open the app expecting some version of “try it a couple of times then buy if you want to use it more” and that’s fine.
I want to test out the export and see how it works. But the only thing you can do without the subscription is take screenshots! As if content already do that.

I canceled this subscription immediately. It makes no sense to have to individually take screenshots. I was trying to use this for court documents for a situation that has persisted over years. Nothing was automated or useful. Also I thought I was signing up for a week at $8.99, then there was an attempted charge for $76.99 for an annual subscription. Misleading.
Same issue as top review
Misled by app ad and now out the monthly cost because they lied about how you would actually be able to use the app. I’m not taking screenshots for this to work from my device. Why the HECK would I need an app for that?
Extremely dissapointed
Never before have I been so dissapointed in a paid app. With this app, there are two options for converting texts to script. One is by taking screenshots. If you are like me and looking for an app to allow printed texts, you likely have way too many to make screenshotting worthwhile. The second option is to transfer to a laptop. I had high hopes for this and even bought a new laptop that could host the app. Went through the whole instructed process only to get to the end and be told that the pdf was not able to download because the file was too big. Colossal waste of time and money.
SCAM - Does not work as advertised
I was trying to back up a conversation with my late father. Even after uploading all screenshots (+100) the app only recognizes 67 messages.
Actual garbage app and I will be attempting to get a refund through Apple (even though it will be a pain) simply on the principle that this app DOES NOT WORK. How predatory.

Text only, no images
No free option and this app relies on you uploading screenshots to their backend services. Images are not included in the final conversation except for a placeholder where the image appeared. Not helpful in legal situations when text and photos are required.

Download does not work
Huge waste of time and money. You have to take screenshots, so this app is useless if you’re trying to backup or save more than a month or two of text messages. I needed to download years of texts between myself and one other person, but the app could not even successfully download the contents of my phone to let me select that text thread (stalled at 98% after waiting for hours).
Useless
Tried the app and it appears to be unable to download anything over a couple hundred messages to PDF, and stays buffering forever. Tried competitors like iMazing and they were able to save my chats to PDF in less than a minute.
Additionally, there’s an option to “screenshot” your messages. I don’t need an app to do that!!

Garbage - Purposely Misled - DO NOT BUY
What the app description fails to explain anywhere BEFORE you buy, is that in order for you to export messages from an iPhone or iPad, you must take screenshots of every few sections of the thread, one by one. Screenshots!! So for a conversation thats been ongoing for months, this would take days. In other words, there is no easy way like you would expect from the words they use such as “effortless”, “easy to use”, “quickly”, etc. There is nothing effortless with this app as there is no auto export functions UNLESS you download it on a desktop and plug your phone/ipad but I tried that and it fails every time and doesn’t even ask you what to backup. I’ve read every one of the companies responses and they basically say “tough luck try to get your money back from Apple knowing full well people aren’t going to go thru the trouble for $7. Total scam.

This does not work nor does the desktop companion app. Every time after thinking extensively, the desktop app says “backup process failed.” I tried it repeatedly, different USB cables, restarted the phone, restarted the app, restarted the app on the computer and so on, same result, failed every time, do not waste your money on this app.

Don't market a free app with a "premium plan" for "unlimited exports" when the app doesn't even allow you to export a singular conversation without paying. Even if I wanted to pay for this service, your garbage app constantly messes up the timestamps and order of messages, so it's outrageous you think this app is worth any amount of money, let alone a 40 dollar subscription.
Not What You Think
I thought this would export the thousands of messages on a text thread into a document or PDF or even email but you literally have to take screenshots and import them into the app so YOU are doing all the work for the fee they charge. Pointless.
Why can’t we get apps that do what we want?!
I’m not sure why these apps exist that require you to screenshot your texts, so the app can stitch them together. I can do that manually in almost the same amount of time! The point of wanting such an app is for THE APP TO DO *ALL* THE WORK. Two thumbs DOWN!
