Very dishonest business practice
I signed up for this app on December 15. It was not what I needed. I canceled it on December 31. I am still being billed as of today, June 11, 2026. I have sent three emails to cancel and this will not be canceled.

doesn’t do what it says on the can
got this to be able to dump long message dialogs into legally clean form, a thing advertised. when attempting to do that, the only option in the app was to “record screen” and then manually scroll through messages. i wanted transcripts as it claimed with a dump, not a fifteen minute manual scroll through each message thread. using desktop message app and then going back in time and using the print function let me dump the pdf and then pipe that to text FREE with hella less effort. i should know better, most apps these days are garbage.

I agree to one week for $8.99 and charged $28.99?!

You have to screenshot every message and don’t need an app for that!
Desktop app contains virus
The windows desktop download that is required for transferring texts to desktop contains a virus and could not be utilized. For me, the app was useless
Should not cost money
This app should 100% be free. The concept is great!!! But at the same time, it’s not a LARGE concept. It’s a simple app with simple features. It shouldn’t cost money. I would be okay with adds after each use. That’s a-okay; However, the subscription is a bit much. Everything is a subscription now days, so why would I spend precious money on THIS of all things? Extremely helpful app? Yes. But it should be free, it just should be. It’s too simple to cost money.

This is the dumbest app ever I don’t even know why it exists! In order to print your text messages you have to screenshot them all. If you screenshot them all then you don’t need this stupid app to print them off. You can go and print them off anywhere! Waste of money and waste of time!
Doesn't Do what it says!
This doesn't export your conversation! It only makes a screen recording! They also charge you during your free trial! There are better apps that actually ARE allowed in court!
What am I paying for exactly?
This app seems to take a screen recording of your conversations and pull them into the app, creating the same interface that you had in your message app. If you want to do anything useful with this information like export it to a PDF or a spreadsheet you need to pay nine dollars a week. Any of the current AI programs can do the same thing this app does for less money. Using this app was a waste of time.
Doesn’t export the same
The way it’s on my phone with emoji’s and texts messages is different than how the app exports them. It’s not accurate.
Expensive
Too expensive for the one main function I need it for

Horrible app and don’t even work. They got my ten bucks. This is why people don’t trust anyone anymore.
