Overpriced & scam
I used to use this app for all picture editing. Now every single filter is charging you to get their subscription which is insanely overpriced. I used to be able to screenshot with the filter without having a subscription and now they put a watermark over screenshots because they are so cheap. Will not be using anymore.

Loved it until I got the subscription
I have been using this app for years and figured it’s worth it for me to purchase the subscription. As soon as I did that, the app stopped opening. I click on it, and it brings me back to my Home Screen. I redownloaded and reinstalled but it deleted all my images. and on top of that, the filter I always used and loved this app for is gone in the new update so this app is useless now. Very unfortunate as I loved this app as a long time user

It was bad
I was really excited to try Tezza: Aesthetic Photo Editor because everyone makes it seem like the perfect app for cute, trendy edits-but honestly, it’s pretty disappointing. A lot of the filters look almost the same, and the best ones are locked behind a subscription, so you basically have to pay just to get anything good. It feels overpriced for what you actually get. The app can also be glitchy and slow, especially when editing multiple photos, and sometimes it crashes out of nowhere. It’s frustrating because there are other free apps that do the same thing, if not better. Overall, it just doesn’t live up to the hype.
Templates not working
Tried this out on a trial and will not be buying. The templates keep crashing every time I try to use them
Not worth it
I honestly wouldn’t pay for this app even with the cheapest option. The fact is that i’m using the free trial version for the yearly plan and was actually looking into buying the monthly or weekly plan but not so much now, its constantly freezing up when i go to edit a photo, crashes and lags whenever i try tapping into ANY photo and completely freezes up my entire phone and turns it black until i attempt at closing the app. I literally had to shut off my phone just to get out and for a moment it didn’t work and lagged even more, not to mention my phone is heating up. Its fully charged and capable of every other powerful app expect this measly expensive camera filter app. Which honestly sucks cause while the camera part of it is good, i enjoy the filters and the editing quality, its just not worth the hassle of such issues and wasted time of trying to edit one photo and repeatedly attempting to close the app and reopen. And this is AFTER IT JUST UPDATED TONIGHT. Its entirely inexcusable why a camera app should completely break down your phone just off one edit. Its a shame because i took nice pictures and edited them well, i was even planning on using this app for an upcoming concert and posting it online but no chance will i open this app and miss the opportunity to take one video when this app can barely manage a photo.
Dont waste your money, better yet dont waste your precious time and privacy onto to this app. You’d be better off using the camera app and just slapping snapchat filter onto it. Or even editing it yourself in your phones official camera app. Same features, just slap a filter and you’re good to go.

Cute presets
Cute presets but the presets alway won’t work for me when I have the premium version & still always having to log in & out just not worth the struggle when paying for it
Ridiculous pricing.
The one filter I used that was free is no longer. As a matter of fact they’re all premium only now and the price is absolutely insane.

I upload the photo and click edit the photo is distraught, like a static old TV. Upsetting i paid a lot to use this app and it doesn’t work?! Help!

stopped working
the photo editor section just started white-screening and is completely unusable as of a couple weeks ago. deleting and reinstalling didn’t help, and every time i try to open it, it doesn’t let me press any of the editing buttons or show me any options in the actual editing menu.
I did not get a refund
I did not get refund from the subscription,that was made by a minor.I have already contacted apple support team ,and they’ve said that all subscriptions are managed by the app developers.I reached the app support ,and I still haven’t gotten any answers.I demand my refund,as soon as possible

Find another app
I've used this app since sophomore year is highschool.. I'm a sophomore in college now. I've never had issues, until now. Anytime I import anything the whole app goes blank. I've restarted my phone and deleted and redownloaded. I've put so many people onto this app and it's sad to see it go. Onto the next! Don't waste your time here.
Save yourself the frustration
I’ve emailed them multiple times with issues in the app. Their subscription versus account is confusing. It’s pretty telling when you email them and an automatic response populates with info on how to request a refund / cancel your subscription , that tells me a lot of people have been very unhappy and are requesting refunds ( like I’ve also done )

Absolutely horrible the way I have to delete it every 2-3 days because it won’t stop spamming me with ads is diabolical it’s deleted for good.
Tezza Pro Doesn’t Work
I love Tezza app and though that getting pro would be beneficial since it’s the only editing app I use at this point. Unfortunately, there’s an issue where it still thinks I’m on Tezza basic so I paid $40 just for nothing! I can’t use any pro filters or anything. I hope they can fix this but otherwise buying pro is a scam.

This is one of the worst apps. It’s just a bunch of filters and watch out for the subscription they are sneaky and will over charge your card!

Does Not Work
As others have mentioned, the “+” button does not work. I’ve already tried deleting and redownloading the app. Don’t bother downloading this or paying for a subscription. It’s a waste of money.

Was my favorite
I had a paid subscription to this app and used it almost daily. The interface is pretty easy to with a lot of fun trick tricks and filters. Recently about a month ago everything in the app stopped working it wouldn’t let me upload photos or push any of the buttons in the app. I made sure my iPhone was updated. Did several restarts. I installed and re-downloaded the app. I emailed the company over and over. I did a bug report in app and for the last month that hasn’t worked. I got one email from the company asking me to do a bug. I emailed them multiple times and never heard back from them and then they charged me again. Super upsetting.
Don’t Bother
So I did the free trial for this and this app is not user-friendly. I had no idea how to use it. I thought I canceled the subscription when I was supposed to but now they’re trying to charge me $40 for something I’m never gonna use because it’s so hard. Personally, I wouldn’t bother because you’ll be out $40 and you won’t know how to use it.

Used to love it but now it won’t work
I used to love using this app to edit but one day I went in and the entire screen was frozen. I can’t select anything to even import my pictures. Not sure what is happening!!!

***I received an error message after trying to access the free trial- when I tried again, I was charged for a subscription because my information was recognized from the first attempt at subscribing ended in an error. The app itself is confusing and basic- at best. Do not use or pay for this- there are free apps that do everything this apps does ****

NEED HELP QUICKLY
I subscribed to an annual plan on August 6, 2025, for $39.99. Then the app offered me an upgrade to the higher plan at $59.99. I clicked yes, but it charged me $9.99 per month instead. When I canceled, it removed everything. This is ridiculous! I've tried contacting you through your website, but no one is responding.

I’ve had this app for years, but I stopped using it because it stopped being free, and the edits I liked required payment. So I stopped using it. I just found out that I’ve been paying for a “Basic Subscription” huh? I don’t even use this app. This app is scamming people. Like, in this economy? 🥴

This is not freemium. There is a total of 1 thing for free, everything else is locked, and whatever it is you could download something else to use it for free. Just make us pay to download and get it over with.

Forces interaction with app
I never leave app reviews. However, this app annoyed me so much I feel it’s necessary. At first, it wouldn’t want to load anything I did. I had to repeatedly close and reopen the app. Once I was finally able to use it, I started testing out the free features. Almost immediately it told me I had to follow them on Instagram in order to use one of their filters. This annoyed me but whatever. THEN I instantly got to the premium version where I couldn’t go further until I paid. OF COURSE the only free trial is for the yearly membership. Why would I pay that much money for something I haven’t trialed yet?!? Again. WHATEVER. I paid the $4.99 weekly membership. What’s $5? THEN it forced me to make an account before being able to use another filter. You got my money and my Instagram follow. And you still want more?! MIND YOU.. there are ways to edit photos FREELY elsewhere. I never mind paying money for apps if they’re worth the monthly subscription. I do it all the time. I’ve even paid for yearly memberships. But I’ve never had to do this many things 10 seconds into a new app before. I miss the days where businesses made money without forcing themselves down people’s throats. It’s a photo editing app. There’s no need for this.
Buggy, crashed and did not save
Spent hours editing a video and even though i saved my work multiple times, the app crashed on me and said it failed to initiate media for playback. I’m unable to access what i spent hours working on. Very disappointed, will use another app.
