Set 17 is terrible and unbalanced
I genuinely can’t stand this set, every single patch that they have released during it is doesn’t change anything, it’s just a cycle of nerfing something then the next patch they revert it, they don’t know how to balance their own game, waiting for set 18 and hope they actually fix their game because this is ridiculous.
The pacing is so bad
Wait 3 minutes doing nothing but standing while you have 10 seconds to read abilities, read items, buy champs, and read augments.

The algorithm sucks
The game is fun but unfortunately there’s an algorithm built into it that artificially forces you down in rank over and over to make it a slog.
You can watch your champions freeze up and refuse to fight, the health of enemies stop going down, your champions will get full mana and just not cast for several seconds so the other team has a chance to win.
It makes an otherwise fun game incredibly frustrating and eventually just sucks all the fun out of it. I’m sure they’ll pretend there isn’t an algorithm meant to artificially make ranked more difficult, but there is.

Worst set they have put out in quite some time
Freezes Often
Game keeps freezing, and it feels like it especially happens during key moments like rolling down or repositioning before the last fight. Very frustrating, and I’d rather stick to the PC version.
Meh
Unless you like staring at mobalytics for builds the game is not that fun. If ur not gonna build dark star there’s nothing in terms of playability this season. And it’s usually how each season plays out. Genuine garbage
BS GAME
Avoid this game. Its actual bs how they claim cards are randomized, but its clear programming to keep you from succeeding depending on carying factors. Screw the creators
Time sink slop
It’s the same slop riot always puts out. They overly develop the game and its systems for the people who play it for a living. You almost need a PhD in TFT sets in order to compete even at a mid range level given the amount of complexity they have built in.

I was in such a good round and I had a good dog now it’s all gone cuz they glitched me… smh.
Unbalanced
You are always being contested in this game and people figure out and play extremely powerful comps. Being able to actually play a comp is the 1/10 in that 9 out of 10 situation. Nerf champions bro 😎

This game is terrible
Just rng and people spamming the same reused OP builds and crutching the same OP characters and it’s buggy with buying and choosing stuff sometimes which can sell your entire game. If I could give it zero stars I would, riot is an embarrassment and can’t figure out how to actually make a good game.

Whoever decided to make 1cost reroll a thing should be removed. The nerf was so small that the meta didn’t even change. It’s always the same comp every game so you’re just contested by2-3people and when you do decide to pivot out you’re super low hp. There is no choice in what you pick, just one of the 1cost comp that fit your starting items. The upcoming c patch looks even worse as it won’t change anything just more choices in items for the same 1cost reroll comp. Some of the god’s perks are so bad that you just simply ignore them. Removing a sliver of all 1cost damage would be so beneficial for the game or change some 1cost with 3cost.
No Reporting
Not allowing to Report a teammate for throwing the game is a toxic and harmful way of oppressing your users. Bad User Design and embarrassing lack of ownership for this apps leadership.

Current set is terrible. I’m not one to complain but this is some of the worst I’ve seen balance and conditional sets since probably set 3.

Least favorite patch since TFT
Honestly, I’ve always been excited for new patches, but this patch is my least favorite patch thus far. Its like you either streak the entire game or go 7th 8th. The flow of the game feels like it lacks that comeback reroll potential unless you go anima and pray someone else isnt either etc.

This set is so bad. It feels like Riot spent all of their time designing the creative element of the set, almost zero time playtesting any of this stuff. It feels bad to play this set. Traits are interesting, but are balanced horribly. How disappointing…

RNG RNG RNG. It’s really pointless. Some traits are way more op than others. No strategy, just RNG. The makers must be on som mushrooms. #morelayoffsneeded
The opposite of Dominion
Who thought it was a good idea to let people queue in groups of (I think) 3 in a ranked game where everyone is supposed to be competing against each other? I constantly run into parties that openly are coordinating to counter everyone else’s builds by each taking a couple champs from them. Getting rid of Hyper Roll makes it miserable to chase quest completions and locks you into longer games than a casual LoL game. Just a tremendously unfun experience. This is the natural endpoint of the design process that took away the Dominion game mode (it’s fast, it’s fun, it’s Dominion). As with everything else in LoL, it has gotten steadily worse since 2013.
And to top it all off, most of the time quest progression doesn’t even show up in the app. I can’t see what missions are available right now. I also can’t see how much gold I have in the game. Crazy that billion dollar companies can put this out.

Terrible
There’s simply not enough comps for eight players. The games always come down to pure luck because everyone is trying to get the same fighters and it’s very frustrating. Not to mention some people will somehow get a three star meanwhile, I can’t even get three fizzes.
Used to love/Now Crashes daily
Every single time I use my tokens in the treasure realm my app crashes and i lose the tokens. Which is attributed to REAL MONEY. This is theft.

It’s getting borderline unplayable.

Bring back hyper roll. I miss games not being 45 min- an hour every time. Sometimes I want a quick game.
