Banned after 10 yr customer
I’ve been a paid customer for over 10 years. I complained when they double billed me. They didn’t give me a refund and they banned my account. It’s not like you can’t find women in Thailand. Sheez.
Getting worse with each update

Unlimited timer
I have been using this app for a while and had rated it 5 stars earlier, but for the last couple days there is a permanent 1 hour cooldown timer when you try to message someone instead of the usual 10 minutes between messages. Even after the 1 hr passes it automatically resets to 1 hr again when you try to type a message. The app is completely unusable now.

I created an account and verified it within a short period, I discovered that my account was suspended I don’t really know what is going on, I as subscribe to it. I’m so angry and upset and a lot of scammers out there!

The app has poor user interface. You must push buttons twice or more for them to operate. Even then, the software does not respond accordingly.
If you block someone, you must continue to press the block button until a popup opens with options yo select for the reason you want your block them, after you choose a reason, their profile will continue to show up on your feed. The only way to remove them afterwards is to hide their profile.
With a premium account, it limits the number of profiles you can view. The system expects you to exhaust the likes you have received before it will show you additional profiles. Then you must go through these likes as i mentioned before to clear them from your feed.
The first option is unresponsive. It has never worked in the year that I’ve used this App 😩
The filter also doesn’t work and will not give an accurate location, even after putting in the exact name of the city where you’re located. You’re supposed to be able to turn off certain features so certain profiles will not show up in your feed. This also does not work. I’ve seen it a number of times before where the app will for no apparent reason, will delete someone’s profile and not allow them to log back in.

Banned for no reason and locked out of my account
I was using my account this afternoon and logged out. Before I said hi and nice to meet you to other people on the app. That’s all I did. I wrote a lengthy profile about not wanting anything weird because I had people send me inappropriate pictures without my consent and to try scam me offline. I had emails with likes from other people early evening. So it’s ok for people on the app to send in appropriate pictures and scam others for actual illegal activity.
Beware, warning

I matched with several people who seemed normal at first, but as soon as we started chatting, they'd start asking me about investing in Bitcoin or sending them cryptocurrency. It was like they were reading from a script. I reported several of these profiles, but they're still active on the app.
To make matters worse, I've encountered numerous fake profiles. These profiles often feature stolen photos, generic descriptions, and suspiciously perfect profiles. It's clear that these profiles are created solely to scam or catfish unsuspecting users.
The app's moderation team seems completely uninterested in addressing these issues. I've sent them multiple reports and messages, but they just respond with generic automated messages.
If you value your financial security and want to avoid being scammed, stay far, far away from this app. It's a complete waste of time and money.

Not even sure how this got a 4.6 review. But the app is a scam. The people on this are real. When you do get a match and talk to people, they say the same thing. “I’m looking for customer that want massage”. I can go on and on on how this app is trash. But I don’t have the energy. PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

I was banned WHILE filling out my profile for the second time. No explanation or email. Not sure what scam they run but I’m not comfortable with the information they farmed.

Not user friendly for good reason. If it was more user friendly you’d quickly realize there’s so many over seas people on here. Like 99%. The other 1% are nowhere near you in the US. Just bad site.
Fix your verification process
It used to be easy to verify your profile photo straight in the app. Now it sends you a link that does not open the camera, then the link itself doesn’t work the second time you click it, then you need to wait to request a new one and the never ending cycle continues..

The first 2 days I received 10+ messages from fake accounts in an attempt to get me to pay money … and I wound up video chatting with “someone” real but she wasn’t the woman in the picture. They were just trying to verify if I was really me.

1 star for the subscription model as all dating apps deserve.
It’s a bit odd, I have a bunch of likes and the app spams me with notifications about them. I can even see a list of my likes complete with a picture and name of who liked me. If I try to decline/like back then it won’t allow me to unless I pay $120 / 4,400 THB. What is the point of a dating app if you can’t message anyone? Complete garbage lol

Once you upgrade to premium, they do not allow to cancel subscription for rest of your life!! They remove all links to cancel subscription

This app never seems to work, I’m always having to restart the app, uninstall and reinstall the app, and quite frankly, way too many times to continue paying for the service. I would suggest staying away from this app if you value your time/patience. Not only do I have the following issues above, but I also can’t login to my account from time to time.

Buggy app
Try to upload a profile picture, but it keeps saying it’s banned. A photo of my face! Sometimes you can like, other times you can’t. Barely working and constant popups to pay for something as simple as looking at a profile on the main search page. Needs an update.

Lower quality dating app
Coming from bumble - tinder. I don't know why the app has good reviews. It's full of fake profile and chat bots. Understand that the girls using this app otherwise are directly looking only for a Farang. This gives you many girls selling services , directing saying looking for support and husband, or generally just poor English and bad communication. In a year I held about 1 conversation with someone who just got the app that day. Otherwise lots of matching with no ability to communicate. It's low quality on this ends. I purchased the pro version for a year fee which is the biggest digital purchase I ever regret in my life considering other dating apps lifetime memberships. Just look at the users photos and creativity in their bio and you can quickly understand what I mean.

This app is designed for men to get your money to upgrade. Most of the profiles you need a paid account to message. The people that do hit your profile are either bots that don’t reply, or scammers.
