Constant unequal matchups
Don’t expect fair matchups. It just doesn’t happen. It’s made to try and force your hand to spend. Yeah they give you “freebies” but even as a dedicated player it’s nothing that will actually help you fight against all the spenders. This is basically only fun if you’re willing to buy the developers a new condo. You can spend 24 hours a day on this game and you will never come close to beating anyone that spends. Hope you’re rich 😂

I have been playing this game for years. I really want to love this game. The best part of this game is also the worst part of the game, which are the players. I have met some amazing people all over the world thanks to this game. However, what makes this game a terrible game is the customer service that does not keep bad players in check or off the game entirely. There is a player that has completely destroyed the server that I have played on for years. He has made attack after attack against female players. It has gotten to a point where he has met like-minded players who have realized that there is no repercussions and they can do anything. They have multiple accounts so that if one of them gets in trouble, they can still play the game and harass victims from their other accounts. I have actually had one of them say something so discriminatory to a female player that should not be said about anyone and then message me through their other account that has just slight of a difference in username to boast that they have not been banned for their actions.
To the game developers, if you look at the reviews on your game, the majority of the issues that people have are the other players. It destroys the experience of your game. You should be taking more pride in your game and removing players as well as their multiple accounts that destroy your game by continuing to bully people through it. You do nothing but protect the abusive players of your game and do not make a safe environment for your players. There are a lot of minors who are on this game that should not be subjected to these kind of messages. Please do right by your players and remove problem players to allow a much better experience for all. If you did that, I would be so happy to give your game the positive review that I feel it deserves. However, when a problem has been brought up time and time again to the point that your servers are completely empty you do not have any right running a game at all. Unless you start standing by your players, and removing these problem players not just penalties that do nothing, you might as well shut down the completely.

Very Poorly designed. Horrible gameplay.
This is one of the most poorly designed games I have ever played. It requires very specific button presses. Very finicky. Very small pixel area to click on. Frustrating. Sometimes taking several attempts to initiate. Many screen elements overlap and player must click elsewhere on the screen to dismiss, resulting in other screen elements opening that you don’t want open. And there are over 15 different icon elements at any one time leaving very little room for gameplay. Some areas require 9 separate presses just to do one thing. When using speed ups and other items, a banner pops up each button press obscuring the screen. Whomever designed and wrote code for this game should quit. Very poor execution. Quick delete after writing this review. Save yourself a headache.

Within 10 minutes of being in the chat. It was flooded with racism and general hate speech. It’s basically click on stuff when it tells you to. It wants you to join an alliance and I received floods of messages asking me to join different discords. Graphics are mid at best. Might’ve enjoyed the game a little bit if it wasn’t full of so much hate.

I played a demo of this game. The game does not play anything like the demo. I wouldn’t waste your time or your money on this game.

Really got into this game but I made one horrible mistake and there was no way of undoing it. This one thing made me quit the whole game, support didn’t even bother helping just told me to “keep on playing”. Don’t plan on coming back.

Fun, beautiful, but soooo P2W
I enjoyed this game for about the first two weeks. It’s engaging and the idea is wonderful. However, it quickly becomes not only P2W but pay to survive. P2W I can handle but to see all my work destroyed in a blink unless I spend money is a no-go for me.

I had so much fun playing this game and I spent so much money on multiple accounts just for them to randomly charge my card for something they said I bought 3 months ago. This game doesn’t just give you items then charge you later. I tried explaining to the fairy and sent screenshots. They suspended my account for 7 thousand days literally. I was in lost island when yall kicked me too little butt crack suckers. The fact I sent the screenshots and still got suspended is insane

The game is completely unmanaged. Alliances are filled with bots. Lots of pressure to join Discord which seems scammy. For a game that relies on alliances, this is not good.

Battle rules make it UNplayable
The game allows a much stronger anthill to teleport immediately adjacent to yours, attack every anthill in your alliance, stealing all your resources, killing all soldiers, in a matter of minutes. Before anyone in your alliance can do anything about it. And then the attacker just teleports back to their area safe and sound. All your hard work gone in minutes and no chance to retaliate. Utterly stupid.
Good Game with a Big Flaw
I found an inappropriate message regarding someone asking someone for their address that I can’t report because of the level I am at in the game. I am new to this game and reporting this behavior could save a child. Remove this game level gatekeeping reporting feature immediately.

This came is so annoying you have to join an alliance to play the game. In order to be a part of the alliance you have to reply to the messages from the leader, but it is a bot. The bot told me to download discord because the “alliance communicates through discord” then all it wanted me to do is download another game. So silly. When I left that alliance and joined another one the leader said the exact same thing. Not worth the game.

I reported sexual harassment I received in game and the game masters response was that they weren’t going to get involved. Minors shouldn’t play this game. They are unsafe. My heart dropped after getting this message. I really the enjoyed the game but that right there made me feel so unsafe playing. Deleted. Not coming back. Zero stars if I could.

The ads they post to get you to download the game are completely false. The game is not played like that. You might like it you might not. Mostly after the first 30 days if you don’t spend money you will not be in top rankings. You have to log in and play consistently to keep up with others that spend money. This is a strategy war game, not a click and farm game.

Screen rotation
I come across many games to play on my iPad only to delete it because the screen won’t rotate. I’m using iPad to play so why would I want the screen at the position to where the charging cord is at the bottom. I like to keep it charging while I play so I don’t have to stop playing because battery life is getting critical. Plus the cord being at the bottom makes me hold the iPad up in the air so I don’t bend the cord all up pressing on my lap. And to add, the iPad in my lap or resting on me belly. That causes the speaker’s to be blocked. Plus I prefer to play mobile games on landscape position. Come on developers, use your head and think about making playing on iPhones, iPads or other smart devices.

Hate speech
The game itself is cute but the server chat is being spammed with hate speech. Swasticas, white supremacist hate speech, has been posted 24/7 since I started playing. Not really what I expected from a game about ants. Devs need to take a more active roll in getting this under control and remove flagged comments like that immediately
