I hate this dumb game
OK so here’s what happened. The game is an awesome game very good highly well created. The only problem is I was logging in for my daily streak and I got an Uber super platinum ticket. Well I went to go you said ticket and I pulled an Uber super rare obviously, and then it disappeared out of my inventory. I went to go equipped it and put it on my slot bar, and it was no longer there. I would really like to know what had happened to it because I was saving up my login streak for that one thing and now that it’s gone, I’m pretty mad. Please fix your game and if you’re going to promise your player Base a reward you should let them keep it at least.

I love this game so much but some stages make me question how some people live with themselves like this 👍
Terrible Game
Has like 50 pop ups you have to click to every time you open the app. It makes me crash out so much id actually just rather delete the game and forget i ever liked playing it.

Account help sucks and progression is impossible without spending
I used to play this game all the time and got pretty lucky with the units I unlocked and could progress decently until I hit an unbeatable roadblock. I tried for months-at least 4 months to beat it and it was just impossible, even with the help of strategies. I just downloaded this game again and tried to get that old account back since I had deleted the game on my phone after I quit since it took up an absurd amount of storage. When I redownloaded the game, I tried for hours to get that account back and couldn’t because before when I had played, there was no email saving for the game so when I redownloaded it, there was no way to get it back, even if it was on the same phone. I contacted PONOS support for any other way to get my account back and they said I need an inquiry code which I didn’t remember because who would remember a randomly-generated code of about 10 letters and numbers. I sent an email back and asked if there was any other way and they said I could only restore my old account with an inquiry code. I accepted it, even though I had spent at least over $50 on that account, and made a new account and started playing on it. So far it had been a terrible experience. Progression is near impossible and it took me almost a month to beat up to Into the Future chapter 1, and now I am stuck on chapter 2, which is quite literally double the difficulty. Cat food is near impossible to unlock and so are rare tickets and whenever I do get either of them and use the rare gacha, I only get duplicates and don’t get any good cats that can actually help me progress. I am considering leaving this game forever now because of my very much below average experience with the support team, the progression, and almost everything about this game. I hope that someone who works at PONOS can see this and assist me in getting my old account back, but unless they do, or even if they do, I wouldn’t recommend this game to anyone unless you are willing to spend a good amount of money and an unholy amount of time grinding most of the time for useless currency which won’t get you anything and won’t get you anywhere in the game. Thank you to whoever read this terrible rant about a terrible experience on a mostly terrible game.

I like the game, but the final boss is the worst and I can’t beat him either though I spend lots of money on your game. I still can’t beat him even with half of Ubers. I still can’t beat him. Please Poos listen to me and Nerf him.
Big flaw
The game is good, but I deleted the game a few months ago I think and when I redownloaded it, I found that my stuff was completely wiped. I hadn’t linked my account or saved my safety code so I’m out of luck I believe. I think it should automatically link your battle cats account to your apple account to prevent issues like this. This exact thing happened to me a few years ago, but it still sucks.
